The tail end of the traction adjusting strip 2 extends into the fixed seat 401 on the first base strip 101, and the front end of the traction adjusting strip 2 passes through the adjusting seat 402 on the second base strip 102.
As shown in fig. 3-4 and 6-7, the tail end of the draft adjusting bar 2 is provided with a boss 201. The upper part of the cavity 5 in the fixing seat 401 is provided with a first opening 601 matched with the boss 201. The boss 201 is circular in cross section. The traction adjusting strip 2 is provided with an elastic bulge 202. The upper part of the chamber 5 in the adjusting seat 402 is provided with a second opening 602 which is matched with the elastic bulge 202. The elastic protrusion 202 is disposed toward the rear end of the draft adjusting bar 2. The first and second apertures 601, 602 are circular in cross-section. The outside both sides of fixing base 401 all are equipped with opening 7. The height position of the opening 7 is located between the lower chamber 5 and the upper first opening 601, and the tail end of the traction adjusting bar 2 extends into the fixing seat 401 through the opening 7 on the side of the fixing seat 401. The two outer sides of the adjusting seat 402 are provided with openings 7. The height position of the opening 7 is between the lower chamber 5 and the upper second hole 602, and the front end of the traction adjusting strip 2 passes through the opening 7 on the side of the adjusting seat 402 from the inside of the adjusting seat 402.

As shown in fig. 5, the embodiment 1 is repeated, except that the inlet 701 of the adjusting bar 2 is larger than the outlet 702 in the openings 7 on both sides of the fixing base 401.

Example 2 is repeated, except that the inlet and outlet of the adjusting strip 2 are of equal size in the openings 7 on both sides of the adjusting seat 402.

The number of the traction adjusting strips 2 is equal to that of the bases 4 on each base strip 1.

As shown in fig. 2, the magnetic anastomat for the skin wound comprises 2 base strips 1, a traction adjusting strip 2 and 2 sticky plates 3 which are oppositely arranged. The 2 base bars are a first base bar 101 and a second base bar 102, respectively. The 2 sticky boards are respectively a first sticky board 301 and a second sticky board 302. Wherein the first base strip 101 is fixed on the first adhesive plate 301, and the second base strip 102 is fixed on the second adhesive plate 302. All be equipped with base 4 on 2 base strips 1, the lower part in base 4 is equipped with cavity 5, is equipped with the magnet in the cavity 5. The traction adjustment bar 2 is located between the bases 4 of the 2 base bars 1.
Wherein, the bases on the first base strip 101 and the second base strip 102 are both adjusting bases 402. The two ends of the traction adjusting strip 2 respectively pass through the adjusting seats 402 on the first base strip 101 and the second base strip 102.
As shown in fig. 8-9, the draft adjusting bar 2 is provided with a plurality of elastic protrusions 202. The upper part of the chamber 5 in the adjusting seat 402 is provided with a second opening 602 which is matched with the elastic bulge 202. The elastic bulges 202 positioned at the two sides of the traction adjusting strip 2 are symmetrically arranged by taking the center of the traction adjusting strip 2 as a dividing point.
The two outer sides of the adjusting base 402 are provided with openings 7. The height position of the opening 7 is located between the lower chamber 5 and the upper second opening 602, and both ends of the traction adjusting strip 2 respectively pass through the adjusting seats 402 on the first base strip 101 and the second base strip 102 through the openings on the side portions of the adjusting seats 402. The size of the inlet and the outlet of the traction adjusting strip 2 in the opening 7 at the two sides of the adjusting seat 402 is equal.
The traction adjusting strip 2 is provided with 8 elastic bulges 202, and a gap is reserved between every two adjacent elastic bulges 202. Each base strip 1 is provided with 10 bases 4, and a gap is reserved between every two adjacent bases 4. The number of the traction adjusting strips 2 is equal to that of the bases 4 on each base strip 1.
In this embodiment, the elastic protrusions 202 on the traction adjustment strip are symmetrically arranged, and can be bilaterally adjusted according to the width of the skin wound during use.

Claims (25)

1. A skin wound magnetic force anastomat, the magnetic force anastomat includes 2 base strips (1), traction adjusting strips (2) and 2 sticky boards (3) which are arranged oppositely; the 2 base bars are respectively a first base bar (101) and a second base bar (102); the 2 sticky boards are respectively a first sticky board (301) and a second sticky board (302); wherein, the first base strip (101) is fixed on the first sticky board (301), and the second base strip (102) is fixed on the second sticky board (302); 2 bases (4) are arranged on the base strips (1), a cavity (5) is arranged at the lower part in each base (4), and a magnet is arranged in each cavity (5); the traction adjusting strip (2) is positioned between the bases (4) on the 2 base strips (1).
2. The magnetic skin wound stapler of claim 1, wherein: the base on the first base strip (101) is a fixed seat (401); the base on the second base strip (102) is an adjusting seat (402); the tail end of the traction adjusting strip (2) extends into the fixed seat (401) on the first base strip (101), and the front end of the traction adjusting strip (2) penetrates through the adjusting seat (402) on the second base strip (102).

The magnetic skin wound stapler of claim 1, wherein: bases on the first base strip (101) and the second base strip (102) are both adjusting bases (402); two ends of the traction adjusting strip (2) respectively penetrate through the adjusting seats (402) on the first base strip (101) and the second base strip (102).
4. The magnetic skin wound stapler of claim 2, wherein: a lug boss (201) is arranged at the tail end of the traction adjusting strip (2); and/or
The traction adjusting strip (2) is provided with an elastic bulge (202).
5. The magnetic skin wound stapler of claim 4, wherein: the upper part of the inner chamber (5) of the fixed seat (401) is provided with a first opening (601) matched with the boss (201); and/or
The upper part of the inner chamber (5) of the adjusting seat (402) is provided with a second opening (602) matched with the elastic bulge (202).
6. The magnetic skin wound stapler of claim 5, wherein: the cross section of the boss (201) is circular or square; and/or
The elastic bulge (202) is arranged towards the tail end direction of the traction adjusting strip (2).
7. The magnetic skin wound stapler of claim 6, wherein: the cross section of the first opening (601) and/or the second opening (602) is circular or square.

The magnetic skin wound stapler of any one of claims 4-7, wherein: openings (7) are formed in the two outer sides of the fixed seat (401); the height position of the opening (7) is located between the lower chamber (5) and the upper first opening hole (601), and the tail end of the traction adjusting strip (2) extends into the fixing seat (401) through the opening (7) in the side part of the fixing seat (401).
9. The magnetic skin wound stapler of claim 8, wherein: in the openings (7) on the two sides of the fixed seat (401), the inlet (701) of the traction adjusting strip (2) is larger than the outlet (702).

The magnetic skin wound stapler of claim 8, wherein: openings (7) are formed in the two outer sides of the adjusting seat (402); the height position of the opening (7) is positioned between the chamber (5) at the lower part and the second opening hole (602) at the upper part, and the front end of the traction adjusting strip (2) passes through the opening (7) at the side part of the adjusting seat (402) from the inside of the adjusting seat (402).
11. The magnetic skin wound stapler of claim 10, wherein: in the openings (7) at the two sides of the adjusting seat (402), the sizes of the inlet and the outlet of the traction adjusting strip (2) are equal.
12. The magnetic skin wound stapler of any one of claims 4-7, 9-11, wherein: the traction adjusting strip (2) is provided with a plurality of elastic bulges (202).
13. The magnetic skin wound stapler of claim 12, wherein: the upper part of the inner chamber (5) of the adjusting seat (402) is provided with a second opening (602) matched with the elastic bulge (202).
14. The magnetic skin wound stapler of claim 13, wherein: elastic bulges (202) positioned at two sides of the traction adjusting strip (2) are symmetrically arranged by taking the center of the traction adjusting strip (2) as a dividing point.

The magnetic skin wound stapler of claim 3, wherein: openings (7) are formed in the two sides of the outer part of the adjusting seat (402); the height position of the opening (7) is positioned between the lower chamber (5) and the upper second opening hole (602), and two ends of the traction adjusting strip (2) respectively pass through the adjusting seats (402) on the first base strip (101) and the second base strip (102) through the openings on the side parts of the adjusting seats (402).
16. The magnetic skin wound stapler of claim 15, wherein: in the openings (7) at the two sides of the adjusting seat (402), the sizes of the inlet and the outlet of the traction adjusting strip (2) are equal.
17. The magnetic skin wound stapler of claim 4, wherein: the traction adjusting strip (2) is provided with m elastic bulges (202), and m is 2-100.
18. The skin wound magnetic stapler of claim 17, wherein: the traction adjusting strip (2) is provided with m elastic bulges (202), and m is 3-80.
