Description

本实用新型涉及一种对污水进行生化处理的曝气设备,特别适宜做氧化沟专用曝气设备。
近年来大型污水处理厂广泛采用氧化沟法,这种方法具有维护管理方便,运行稳定可靠,处理效果好的特点。目前使用的氧化沟曝气设备多数采用倒伞型表曝机或曝气转刷。
受曝气设备的性能的影响,氧化沟的深度大都在3.0~3.5米,从而使氧化沟占地面积较大,使得氧化沟工艺的推广应用受到了一定的限制。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种新型的氧化沟曝气转盘,改进转盘的结构构造,使其具有结构简单、安装方便、能耗省、水平推力大及充氧量大的特点。
本实用新型的氧化沟曝气转盘,由圆盘体和圆盘轴心组成,其特征是:由玻璃钢压铸成的圆盘体上设有加强肋,在圆盘体上呈放射状规则地密布排列梯形凸出物,在凸出物间钻密布的有圆形坑凹和小孔;圆盘轴心处加厚,和圆盘体呈过渡状,在轴心设有和圆盘平面垂直的连接用的螺纹,在加强肋间设有减轻自重的缺口。
本实用新型的氧化沟曝气转盘,由于采用玻璃钢材质做圆盘体,在圆盘体上设有与轴心呈90°设置的加强肋,使具有抗腐蚀、高强度的特点;圆盘体表面上设置的梯形凸出物和圆形坑凹及通气孔,可以在转盘转动时对氧化沟的污水作充氧及推动污水混合液流动混合,增强混合液充氧效率;圆盘体最佳直径为1.4米。具有结构简单、安装方便的优点,适用水深可达4.0~4.5米的氧化沟,从而可减少氧化沟占地面积,适用于大中型污水处理厂的氧化沟曝气处理。
本实用新型的氧化沟曝气转盘的主要技术性能为:
转盘浸没深度变化范围250~450毫米;
转速n=40~60转/分;
单片传氧率1.0~1.5kg O2/h·n;
充氧效率 1.75~2.8kg O2/kw·h;
适用水深4.0~4.5米;
沟内平均流速达0.3~0.6M/s。

由图可见,氧化沟曝气转盘由圆盘体1和圆盘轴心3组成,其特征是:由玻璃钢压铸成的圆盘体1上设有四条加强肋2,在圆盘体1上呈放射状规则地排列梯形凸出物4,在凸出物间钻有圆形坑凹5和小孔6;圆盘轴心3处加厚,和圆盘体1呈过渡状,在轴心设有和圆盘平面垂直的连接用的螺纹7,在肋间设有减轻自重的缺口8。
氧化沟曝气转盘直径为1.4米。

1、一种氧化沟曝气转盘,由圆盘体和圆盘轴心组成,其特征是:由玻璃钢压铸成的圆盘体上设有加强肋,在圆盘体上呈放射状规则地密布排列梯形凸出物,在凸出物间钻有密布的圆形坑凹和小孔;圆盘轴心处加厚,和圆盘体呈过渡状,在轴心设有和圆盘平面垂直的连接用的螺纹,在加强肋间设有减轻自重的缺口。
