A driving part 4 is provided behind the harvesting part 3 of the machine body. The cab 4 is located on the right side of the front of the machine body. A carrying section 5 for carrying the reaped material reaped by the reaping section 3 is provided to the left of the steering section 4.
A threshing device 6 for threshing the reaped material conveyed by the conveying part 5 is provided behind the conveying part 5.
A grain tank 7 (an example of a "grain storage unit") for storing grains obtained by the threshing device 6 is provided behind the driving unit 4 and to the right of the threshing device 6. A discharging device 8 for discharging the grains stored in the grain box 7 to the outside is provided behind the grain box 7.
The discharge device 8 includes: a vertical conveying part 8a connected to the grain box 7 and extending in the vertical direction; a horizontal conveying unit 8b connected to an upper end of the vertical conveying unit 8a so as to be vertically swingable; and a discharge section 8c connected to the distal end of the horizontal conveyance section 8 b. The discharge device 8 is rotatable about a rotation axis extending in the vertical direction.
The vertical conveying part 8a ascends to convey grains. The horizontal conveying part 8b conveys the grains conveyed to the vertical conveying part 8a in the horizontal direction and feeds the grains into the discharge part 8 c. The discharge part 8c discharges the grains conveyed to the horizontal conveying part 8b to the outside.
The discharge portion 8c has a cylindrical member 8 d. The cylindrical member 8d extends in the vertical direction. The cylindrical member 8d has a discharge port 8e for discharging grains at its lower end.
The discharge portion 8c of the discharge device 8 is provided with a pressure sensor 10. The pressure sensor 10 is provided on the inner surface of the cylindrical member 8 d. The pressure sensor 10 detects the pressure of the grains inside the discharge portion 8c (cylindrical member 8d), and outputs the detected pressure to a control portion 70 (described below). In particular, the pressure sensor 10 measures the force received from a grain in contact. The pressure sensor 10 is disposed below the connection portion 8f between the lateral conveying portion and the discharge portion and above the discharge port 8 e.
A combine harvester comprises: a control unit 70 for controlling the operation of the combine harvester; a timer 80 for measuring time; and a notification unit 90 for performing notification. The timer 80 and the notification unit 90 are connected to the control unit 70. The notification unit 90 is, for example, a buzzer for generating sound, a lamp for emitting light, a speaker for generating sound, a display device for displaying characters or images, or the like.
The control unit 70 is a computer system, and includes: a notification control unit 71 that controls the operation of the notification unit 90; and a discharge control unit 72 for controlling the operation of the discharge device 8. Specifically, the control unit 70 includes a memory (not shown) such as a Hard Disk Drive (HDD) or a nonvolatile random access memory (nonvolatile RAM) in which programs corresponding to these functional units are stored, and a CPU (central processing unit, not shown) that executes the programs. The functions of the notification control section 71 and the discharge control section 72 are realized by the CPU executing a program.
The notification control unit 71 operates the notification unit 90 in response to the output of the pressure sensor 10 exceeding a predetermined notification threshold. Specifically, the notification control unit 71 operates the notification unit 90 in response to a state in which the output of the pressure sensor 10 exceeds the notification threshold value for a predetermined first time period.
The discharge control unit 72 stops the discharge device 8 in response to a state in which the output of the pressure sensor 10 exceeds the notification threshold value continuing for more than a predetermined second time longer than the first time.
When directly bagging the grain discharged from the discharge device 8, as shown in fig. 2, the discharge device 8 is operated while covering the bag a with the cylindrical member 8d of the discharge portion 8 c. When the bag a is filled with grains and the grains are stacked near the broken line in fig. 2, the output of the pressure sensor 10 exceeds a predetermined notification threshold. When this state continues for a predetermined first time, the notification control unit 71 operates the notification unit 90. When this state continues for a predetermined second time, the discharge control unit 72 stops the discharge device 8. This stops the flow of grains from the discharge device 8, and prevents the grains from overflowing from the bag a.

The discharge device 30 has 3 discharge portions 30 a. The discharge portions 30a each have a tubular member 30 b. The tubular member 30b extends in the vertical direction. The cylindrical member 30b has a discharge port 30c for discharging grains at a lower end thereof.
As shown in fig. 4, when directly bagging the grains discharged from the discharge device 30, the discharge device 30 is operated while the bag a is covered with the cylindrical member 30b of the discharge portion 30 a.
The pressure sensors 10 are provided in the 3 discharge portions 30a of the discharge device 30. The pressure sensor 10 is provided on the inner surface of the cylindrical member 30 b. The pressure sensor 10 detects the pressure of the grains inside the discharge portion 30a (the cylindrical member 30b), and outputs the detected pressure to the control portion 70.
The control unit 70 includes: a notification control unit 71 that controls the operation of the notification unit 90; and a discharge control unit 72 for controlling the operation of the discharge device 30.
The discharge control unit 72 stops the discharge device 30 in response to a state in which the output of the pressure sensor 10 exceeds the notification threshold value continuing for more than a predetermined second time longer than the first time.
(other embodiments)
