Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种临床检验采血用医疗器
械,特别是一种由针头、接头、内塞和带刻度筒管组成
的抽血器,其特征是内塞中设计有通闭针头与筒管用
的控制阀,且内塞过盈配合于筒管,使用时预先将筒
管内空气抽去经无菌处理后,只需将针头插入血管,
打开控制阀,血液就会快速流入形成负压的筒管内,
既不受受检者血管脉压的限制而采血,又能方便地取
下按刻度采足血量的筒管,作检验用试管。

负压式两用抽血器。
本实用新型涉及医疗器械技术领域,特别是一种用于临床医学检验抽取血液标本用负压式两用抽血器。
现行临床检验常用的“一次性注射器”,虽能避免交叉感染,终因其“一次性”而使用成本居高,且会因抽取后再次将血液标本注入试管,从而带来溶血因素,致使检验结果可靠性下降。为此,中国专利88219475.5号“一次性化验抽血器”将抽血空针与化验试管两者一体化,有效地利用了注射器针筒替代试管,且克服了采血后二次注入试管造成的溶血因素。但是该实用新型使用时采血原理是利用受检者的血管脉压和血液的重力作用而使血液慢慢流入抽血器试管内,因而正如其在产品广告中(《临床检验杂志》1990年第3期)所述:“抽5ml血液,约需10-20秒”。实际使用中为了加快血流速度,除了采用会增加受检者痛苦的8、9号粗针头外,还需让“患者作不断放松和握紧拳头的动作”。(江苏金坛建昌医疗输液器厂产《洁身》牌一次性化验抽血器《使用说明书》)对于血管脉压相当低的危重病人和不能作配合动作的受检者则使用效果就受到严重影响。显然,设计一种不受受检者脉压限制,无需作配合动作和采用8、9号粗针头又能快速抽取血液标本的抽血器是必要的。
本实用新型的目的是设计一种不受受检者脉压限制,不需受检者作配合动作和采用8、9号粗针头,即能快速抽取血液标本的负压式两用抽血器。
本实用新型的技术方案是一种由针头、与针头配合的接头,位于接头内腔的内塞、与内塞和接头配合的带刻度的筒管组成的负压式两用抽血器,本实用新型的特征是内塞中设计有控制针头与筒管通闭的控制阀,内塞外周过盈配合于筒管管口。
本实用新型实施得到的负压式两用抽血器,在使用时预先将筒管内的空气抽去并经无菌处理,这样在采取血液标本时只需将针头插入受检者血管,打开控制阀,血液就会快速流入形成负压的筒管内,既不受受检者血管脉压限制,也可采用较小的针头,以减轻受检者的痛苦。根据临床试用,采用7号针头抽取5ml血液只需5-10秒钟,即使在脉压较低的危重病人的情况下也不会超10秒钟,更不用让患者作不断放松和握紧拳头的动作。当然,仍然保持了既能抽血,又能将采足所需血标本量的筒管取下,作检验用试管的两用性,降低了使用成本,保证了检验质量。

结合附图1将本实用新型的实施细节说明如下:是一种由针头1、与针头1配合的接头2,位于接头2内腔的内塞3,与内塞3和接头2配合的带刻度的筒管4组成的负压式两用抽血器,本实用新型的特征是内塞3中设计有控制针头1与筒管4通闭用的控制阀5,内塞3外周过盈配合于筒管4的管口,以便保持筒管内腔的良好密封性。针头1可市购或经金加工、注塑而成;接头2、筒管4、控制阀5均可采用注塑成型,内塞3也可注塑成型,但本实用新型为了让内塞3与筒管4和控制阀5达到良好的过盈紧密配合,采用了注胶硫化成型工艺。

1、一种由针头1、与针头1配合的接头2、位于接头内腔的内塞3、与内塞3和接头2配合的带刻度的筒管4组成的负压式两用抽血器,本实用新型的特征在于内塞3中设计有控制针头1与筒管4通闭用的控制阀5,内塞3外周过盈配合于筒管4的管口。
