Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种多功能采血器。由穿刺针、持针器、试管、中空管和运动活塞组成,其特征在于:穿刺针安装于持针器前端上,持针器套于试管外,中空管置于试管内,其前端连接于穿刺针的针座,与穿刺针连通,末端连接于试管内的运动活塞,与试管连通。本实用新型集血液采集与收集于一体,且可满足临床上一针多管的需要。同时本采血器设计新颖,结构简单,使用方便,成本低廉。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种医疗器械，确切地说是一种多功能采血器。
临床检验是疾病诊断的一项重要手段，临床检验所取的标本主要有血液、体液及分泌物、排泄物，尤以血液标本最为常用。传统采集的血液标本分三类，即静脉血、末梢血和动脉血。末梢采血无需特殊器材，而静脉、动脉采血则需要穿刺器具及收集血液标本的容器。目前，用于静脉及动脉采血的医疗器械主要有三类：一次性注射器、真空采血管及折断式采血管。一次性注射器作为传统的采血器具已沿用多年，但只可以用做采血，采血后必需将采集的血液标本加入到特制的试管或其他容器中，使用不便。近年来进入市场的真空采血管虽可以兼顾采血和收集，但所用试管必须预先真空化处理，处理后还必须用特制橡胶塞密封以保持真空度，在运输贮存及使用过程中容易造成管塞松动而导致采血失败。折断式采血器是在传统的一次性注射器基础上将注射器栓塞改进，在采血后折断栓塞以堵住注射器的一端使其成为收集血液标本的容器，由于受模具精密度等因素影响，这种容器在血液标本送检后经不起高速离心处理往往出现渗漏而导致标本损坏。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种克服上述缺陷，集采集与收集于一体的结构简单，使用方便的多功能采血器。
本实用新型的目的是由以下技术方案实现的。
本实用新型由穿刺针、持针器、试管、中空管和运动活塞组成，其特征在于：穿刺针安装于持针器前端上，持针器套于试管外，中空管置于试管内，其前端连接于穿刺针的针座，与穿刺针连通，末端连接于试管内的运动活塞，与试管连通。
采血时，将穿刺针穿刺静脉或动脉，向后拉动试管，血液则经穿刺针、中空管流入试管内，若需将采集的血液注入其它容器，则只需轻推试管即可。采血后将试管后拉，使活塞拉出试管连同持针器、穿刺针一并弃去，可将试管内的血液标本送检。
本实用新型的优点是不仅集血液采集与收集于一体，而且可满足临床上一针多管的需要，即为经一次采血可分成多管送检。同时还可根据需要预先在试管中加入抗凝剂、分离胶、促凝剂、保护剂等成分，以满足不同送检标本的需求。
本实用新型的另一优点是设计新颖，结构简单，使用方便，成本低廉。

实施例1：
(参见图1)将持针器2套于试管3外，再将中空管4置放于试管3内，将其前端连接于穿刺针的针座6使其与安装于持针器2前端的穿刺针1连通。末端穿接于试管3内的运动活塞5，使其末端口与试管3连通。

1、一种多功能采血器，由穿刺针(1)、持针器(2)、试管(3)、中空管(4)和运动活塞(5)组成，其特征在于：穿刺针(1)安装于持针器(2)前端上，持针器套于试管(3)外，中空管(4)置于试管(3)内，其前端连接于穿刺针的针座(6)，与穿刺针(1)连通，末端连接于试管内的运动活塞(5)，与试管连通。
