1. An electrical control box, comprising:
the box body is internally provided with a wiring groove, and the wiring groove is provided with a wire outlet;
the circuit board is arranged in the box body and provided with electronic elements;
a heat sink connected to at least a portion of the electronic components on the circuit board and adapted to transfer heat to form a heat dissipation structure,
the wire straightening device comprises a wire casing, a wire straightening rib and a wire straightening mechanism, wherein the wire casing is internally provided with the wire straightening rib, and the wire straightening rib is separated into at least two wire straightening grooves in the extending direction perpendicular to the wire casing.

The electrical control box according to claim 1, wherein the wiring slot comprises a first slot portion, a second slot portion and a third slot portion, the first slot portion and the second slot portion are vertically distributed on two opposite sides of the circuit board, the first slot portion and the second slot portion extend along a transverse direction, the third slot portion is arranged on a side of the circuit board and extends along a vertical direction, the third slot portion is connected with the first slot portion and the second slot portion, and the transverse direction is perpendicular to the vertical direction.
3. The electrical control box according to claim 2, wherein a heat sink is disposed on the circuit board, and the heat sink is disposed on the circuit board at a position away from the third slot portion.
4. An electrical control box according to claim 2, wherein the first slot portion is connected to one end of the third slot portion, the second slot portion is connected to a middle portion of the third slot portion and extends transversely through the third slot portion to vertically divide the third slot portion, and the outlet is provided at the other end of the third slot portion.
5. The electrical control box according to claim 3, wherein the wire stroking rib is arranged in the third groove part.
6. The electrical control box according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein a wire fixing rib is provided on at least one of the wire smoothing rib and the side wall of the wiring groove, and a positioning space for positioning a wire harness is formed between the wire fixing rib and the bottom surface of the wiring groove.
7. The electrical control box according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the at least two wire slots comprise a weak wire slot close to the circuit board and a strong wire slot remote from the circuit board.
8. The electrical control box according to claim 1, further comprising:
and the outdoor temperature sensor is arranged on the box body.
9. The electrical control box according to claim 8, wherein the outdoor temperature sensor is provided at the outlet.
10. The electrical control box according to claim 9, wherein the outlet comprises a plurality of outlets, and an inner side of the outlet in which the outdoor temperature sensor is disposed is separated from an inner side of the outlet in which the wiring harness is led out by a partition.
11. An electrically controlled box according to any of claims 1-5, characterized in that the box body comprises:
the circuit board is arranged in the box seat, and the wiring groove is formed in the box seat;
the box cover covers the box base.
12. The electrical control box according to claim 11, wherein one of the box cover and the box base is provided with a wire outlet notch, and an opening of the wire outlet notch is provided with an anti-falling buckle having an opening.
13. An electrical control box according to claim 12, wherein a wind-guiding notch is provided in the other of the box base and the box cover, the wind-guiding notch and the wind-guiding notch being longitudinally opposed to each other to form the outlet.

The electrical control box according to claim 13, wherein the air guiding notch extends in a vertically circuitous manner, the air guiding notch is formed by a first baffle, a third baffle and a second baffle which are vertically arranged in sequence, the first baffle and the second baffle are provided with vertically opposite ventilation openings, and the third baffle is arranged between the three air openings of the first baffle and the second baffle at intervals.
15. The electronic control box according to claim 11, wherein the circuit board is disposed on the box base, the box cover is provided with a relief opening, and the heat sink comprises:
a backplane interfacing with at least some of the electronic components on the circuit board and adapted for heat transfer;
the heat radiating fins are connected with the bottom plate and extend out of the box body from the abdication port,
the sealing element surrounds the radiating fins, and is arranged between the bottom plate and the periphery of the abdicating opening to form a sealing structure.
16. The electrical control box according to claim 15, wherein a plurality of annular ribs are arranged on the surface of the sealing member, which is attached to the periphery of the abdicating opening, the annular ribs are annular and extend in the same direction as the sealing member, and the annular ribs are configured into a plurality of rings arranged from inside to outside at intervals.
17. The electrical control box according to claim 16,
the cross section of the annular rib is configured to be semicircular, trapezoidal or rectangular;
the groove between two adjacent annular ribs is configured to be semicircular, trapezoidal or rectangular.

The electrical control box according to claim 15, wherein the sealing member comprises a first portion and a second portion, the first portion covers a periphery of a surface of the base plate to which the heat dissipation fins are attached, and the second portion is sleeved on a peripheral surface of the base plate.
19. An electrical control box according to claim 15, wherein the box cover and the box base are connected by fasteners at locations adjacent the ends of the heat sink.
20. The electrical control box according to claim 15, wherein at least a portion of the surface of the electronic component on the circuit board is provided with a thermally conductive sheet, the thermally conductive sheet is in thermal communication with the electronic component, and the heat sink is engaged with the thermally conductive sheet and adapted to conduct heat.
21. The electrical control box according to claim 20, wherein the heat conducting sheet and the heat sink have a gap therebetween in a range of 0.1 mm to 1.0 mm and are filled with a heat conducting medium.
22. The electrical control box according to claim 20, wherein a heat dissipating bracket is provided on the circuit board, and the heat sink and the heat conductive sheet are mounted on the heat dissipating bracket.
23. The electrical control box according to claim 11,
the box seat comprises a first inner shell and a first outer shell, the first outer shell is covered outside the first inner shell,
the box cover comprises a second inner shell and a second outer shell, the second outer shell is covered outside the second inner shell,
the first inner shell and the second inner shell are both insulating shells, the first outer shell and the second outer shell are both fireproof shells, the first inner shell and the second inner shell are spliced, and the wiring groove is formed in the inner side of the first inner shell.
24. The electrical control box according to claim 23, wherein the circuit board is mounted on the first inner housing, and positioning structures are disposed on an inner side of the first inner housing and arranged along a direction surrounding the circuit board, and each positioning structure comprises a positioning rib and a positioning hook.
25. The electrical control box according to claim 24, wherein the positioning rib surrounds a placement space on the first inner housing, the circuit board is disposed in the placement space, and the positioning hook comprises a plurality of positioning hooks spaced around the circuit board.
26. The electrical control box according to claim 25, wherein a guide rib is provided on a peripheral wall of the placement space, the guide rib is perpendicular to the circuit board and connects an inner side surface and an inner bottom surface of the placement space, respectively, and an end of the guide rib remote from the inner bottom surface of the placement space is configured as a wedge structure that gradually increases in height toward the inner bottom surface of the placement space with respect to a height of the inner side surface of the placement space.
27. The electrical control box according to claim 23,
at least one of the first inner shell and the second inner shell is provided with a heat dissipation window;
and supporting ribs are connected in the heat dissipation window and are in a grid form in criss-cross arrangement.
28. The electrical control box according to claim 27, wherein the circuit board is mounted on the first inner housing, and the heat dissipation window is provided in a region of the first inner housing opposite to the circuit board.
29. The electrical control box according to claim 28, wherein there is a gap between the circuit board and the first housing of 8mm to 18 mm.
30. The electrical control box according to claim 23, wherein the first inner housing has a first support structure with an opening, the first support structure comprising:
a first support spacer provided at an end of the first inner case and including a plurality of spaced-apart support spacers;
every two adjacent first supporting partition plates are connected with the first reinforcing parts, and holes are formed in the first reinforcing parts.
31. The electrical control box according to claim 30, wherein a second support structure is provided on the second inner housing, the second support structure having an opening, the second support structure comprising:
a second support spacer provided at an end of the second inner case and including a plurality of spaced-apart support spacers;
and the second reinforcing parts are connected between every two adjacent second supporting partition plates, and holes are formed in the second reinforcing parts along the longitudinal direction.
32. The electrical control box according to claim 31, wherein the second stiffener comprises:
the first reinforcing plate is connected with two adjacent supporting partition plates and the second inner shell, and an opening is formed in the first reinforcing plate;
the second reinforcing plate is connected with one side, far away from the second inner shell, of the first reinforcing plate and is connected with two adjacent supporting partition plates, and the second reinforcing plate is perpendicular to the first reinforcing plate.
33. The electrical control box according to claim 32, wherein the longitudinal edge of the second reinforcing plate is a concave arc edge.
34. An electric control box according to any one of claims 1-5, wherein the box body is further provided with a reactance, the box body is vertically arranged, and the reactance and the circuit board are vertically arranged in the box body at a spacing.
35. The electrical control box according to claim 34, wherein a partition wall is provided in the box body, the partition wall separates the circuit board from the reactance, and a wire passing port is provided in the partition wall to connect the circuit board and the reactance.
36. The electrical control box as claimed in claim 35, wherein the wire passage opening is formed in a recessed shape at the edge of the peripheral wall of the partition wall, and an anti-slip buckle having an opening is provided at the opening of the wire passage opening.
37. The electrical control box according to claim 34, wherein one end of the reactance is plugged into the box body and the other end is connected with the box body by a fixing member.
38. The electrical control box according to claim 34, wherein the outer side of the box body is provided with a ground connection or a ground indication opposite the reactance.
39. A window type air conditioner, comprising:
a chassis;
the box body assembly is arranged on the chassis;
an electronic control box, the electronic control box is arranged in the box body assembly and is installed on the chassis, and the electronic control box is according to any one of claims 1-38.
40. The window air conditioner as set forth in claim 39, wherein said cabinet assembly includes:
the inner box body is arranged on the chassis;
the outer box body is installed on the chassis, and the inner box body and the outer box body are spaced apart to form a containing groove for containing a window sash.
41. The window air conditioner of claim 40, further comprising:
the sealing block is arranged on at least one side of the two opposite outer sides of the chassis at the unfolding position and is used for closing a gap between the window sash and the window frame;
the sealing block also has a stowed position in which it is received in the case assembly.
