The arrangement of the fixed sealing seat ensures that the stirring shaft 22 rotates stably and does not leak materials. Referring to fig. 2-4, in some embodiments, the particulate sauce filling apparatus further comprises a particulate sauce filling device 100 comprising: the sauce packaging tank 2 is used for containing granular sauce; the coarse filling conveying pipe 3 and the fine filling conveying pipe 4 are used for conveying the granular sauce into the sauce packaging tank 2; a rough filling valve 5 and a fine filling valve 6 which are respectively used for switching on and off the rough filling conveying pipe 3 and the fine filling conveying pipe 4; a metering means for detecting the amount of the granular sauce fed into the sauce packaging can 2; and a control component (not shown) for controlling the on-off of the coarse filling valve 5 and the fine filling valve 6 respectively according to the granule sauce conveying amount fed back by the metering component, wherein the sauce outlets of the stirring tank 200 are communicated with the sauce inlet of the coarse filling conveying pipe 3 and the sauce inlet of the fine filling conveying pipe 4 respectively.

wherein the granular sauce stirring tank (200) is a horizontal stirring tank.

9. The particulate sauce filling apparatus of claim 5, further comprising:
the stirring tank spray washing ball (31) is arranged at the upper part of the tank body (21) and is used for spraying the washing liquid B into the tank body (21), and a liquid inlet of the stirring tank spray washing ball is communicated with a washing station;
