The zero check means that the measurement reliability of the instrument is judged according to the indicating value error of zero liquid or low-range standard liquid of the instrument; span check means that the concentration range of a standard solution of a daily quality control measure is arranged in the range of the water quality category of a section as much as possible, standard points of an instrument working curve in the range are increased through quality control check, the linear correlation coefficient of the working curve in the range is checked, the uncertainty of the instrument working curve in the range is reduced, and the reliability of water sample measurement of the instrument in the range is improved; the 24-hour zero drift and the 24-hour span drift are used for judging the long-term stability of the instrument, the multi-point linear check can be performed through linear fitting of the measured values and the analysis values of various standard sample water, whether the linearity of the multi-point linear check meets the requirement that the linearity of the multi-point linear check is larger than or equal to 0.98 or not is calculated, the analysis errors of the various standard sample water are calculated, the uncertainty of the working curve of the analyzer in the span range is checked, and the reliability of the analysis data in the span range is judged.
In some optional embodiments of this embodiment, the standard sample water pipeline 3 may further include a plurality of pipelines, and each pipeline is provided with a corresponding standard sample valve 31, so that the valve pipelines can be switched to provide standard samples with different concentrations to the water quality detection and analysis instrument, collect analysis data, and perform calculation and analysis.

1. A standard liquid checking and quality control instrument is characterized by comprising a control panel (1), a sample water pipeline (2) to be tested, a standard sample water pipeline (3) and a switching valve group;
the control panel (1) is configured to be capable of being connected with a connection serial port (100) of a water quality detection and analysis instrument, so that the control panel (1) collects and sends water quality detection data information obtained by analysis of the water quality detection and analysis instrument;
the sample water pipeline (2) to be tested and the standard sample water pipeline (3) are connected with the switching valve group, the switching valve group is connected with the control panel (1) through a circuit, the control panel (1) is further configured to be capable of controlling the switching valve group to select the sample water pipeline (2) to be tested and the standard sample water pipeline (3) to be tested and the sample inlet (200) of the water quality detection and analysis instrument to be connected.

The standard solution examination quality control instrument according to claim 1, wherein the switching valve set comprises a standard sample valve (31), a sample water standard solution switching three-way valve (4), a sample introduction emptying switching three-way valve (5) and an emptying pump (6);
the water inlet end of the sample water pipeline (2) to be tested is used for accessing sample water to be tested, and the water inlet end of the standard sample water pipeline (3) is used for accessing standard sample water;
the standard sample valve (31) is arranged on the standard sample water pipeline (3);
the common end of the sample water mark liquid switching three-way valve (4) is connected with the common end of the sample introduction emptying switching three-way valve (5), the normally open end of the sample water mark liquid switching three-way valve (4) is connected with the water outlet end of the sample water pipeline (2) to be tested, and the normally closed end of the sample water mark liquid switching three-way valve (4) is connected with the water outlet end of the standard sample water pipeline (3);
the normally closed end of the sample introduction emptying switching three-way valve (5) is connected with the emptying pump (6), and the normally open end of the sample introduction emptying switching three-way valve (5) is configured to be connected with a sample introduction port (200) of the water quality detection and analysis instrument;
the standard sample valve (31), the sample water standard liquid switching three-way valve (4) and the sample introduction emptying switching three-way valve (5) are connected with the control panel (1).
3. The standard solution inspection quality control instrument according to claim 2, further comprising a standard sample water supply tank (7), wherein the standard sample water supply tank (7) is connected with a water inlet end of the standard sample water pipeline (3).

The standard solution inspection and quality control instrument according to claim 3, further comprising a constant temperature refrigeration device (8), wherein the constant temperature refrigeration device (8) is configured to refrigerate the standard sample water supply tank (7) under the control of the control board (1).
5. The standard solution examination and quality control instrument according to claim 4, wherein the temperature of the constant temperature refrigerating device (8) for refrigerating the standard sample water supply tank (7) is 2-6 ℃.

The standard solution examination and quality control instrument according to claim 2, further comprising a cleaning pipeline (9), wherein a water inlet end of the cleaning pipeline (9) is used for connecting distilled water, a water outlet end of the cleaning pipeline (9) is connected with a normally closed end of the sample solution standard solution switching three-way valve (4), and a cleaning valve (91) is arranged on the cleaning pipeline (9).

The standard solution examination and quality control instrument according to claim 2, further comprising an evacuation pipeline (10), wherein an inlet end of the evacuation pipeline (10) is connected with air, an outlet end of the evacuation pipeline (10) is connected with a normally closed end of the sample water standard solution switching three-way valve (4), and an evacuation valve (101) is arranged on the evacuation pipeline (10).
8. The standard solution inspection quality control instrument according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the standard sample water pipeline (3) comprises a zero-point standard sample pipeline.
9. The standard solution inspection quality control instrument according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the standard sample water pipeline (3) comprises a span standard sample pipeline.

The standard solution examination and quality control instrument according to any one of claims 1 to 7, further comprising a display screen (11), wherein the control panel (1) is further configured to transmit the collected water quality detection data information analyzed by the water quality detection and analysis instrument to the display screen (11) for display.
