The tensioning device 5 is used for pressing and plugging the plugging member 6 at one side of the pouring slot 3, and the tensioning device 5 comprises a support plate 51, a support member 52 and a distance adjusting assembly.
The support plate 51 has two pieces, which are arranged side by side. The leg 52 abuts between the two plates 51 and is located at a middle position, which is a position between the first end 511 and the second end 512 of the plate 51 and is not limited to a central position of the plate 51.
