As shown in fig. 2 and 4, the top surface of the housing 41 is provided with a temperature sensing container 418, and the magnet 60 is provided near the periphery of the housing 41 with respect to the center of the housing 41. The temperature sensing assembly 70 is installed in the temperature sensing accommodating groove 418 to monitor the temperature of the toasting assembly 40 and monitor the temperature of the toasting assembly 40 in real time. By providing the magnet 60 at the periphery of the housing 41, interference between the magnet 60 and other structural members can be reduced.
Specifically, the plurality of magnets 60 are provided, and the plurality of magnets 60 are provided at intervals at the periphery of the top surface of the housing 41. The placement of the plurality of magnets 60 increases the tightness of the connection between the grilling component 40 and the lid 30, and reduces the likelihood of separation between the grilling component 40 and the lid 30.
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, the top surface of the housing 41 is provided with a receiving boss 416, the receiving boss 416 has a sinking groove 417, and the magnet 60 is disposed at the sinking groove 417. The accommodating boss 416 can increase the distance between the magnet 60 and the heating element 42, further reduce the heat transferred to the magnet 60, and prevent the magnet 60 from demagnetizing at high temperature. In addition, the receiving boss 416 also cooperates with a structure on the lid 30 to provide a location for the installation of the toasting assembly 40 and the lid 30, and to increase the accuracy of the assembly between the toasting assembly 40 and the lid 30.
As shown in fig. 5, the bottom surface of the sinking groove 417 has a mounting post 4171 and a plurality of limiting bosses 4172 extending toward the cover 30, the limiting bosses 4172 are spaced around the circumference of the sinking groove 417, the mounting post 4171 is located at the center of the sinking groove 417, and the center of the magnet 60 has a mounting hole for the mounting post 4171 to pass through, so as to fix the magnet 60 in the sinking groove 417. The magnet 60 penetrates through the mounting column 4171, the limiting boss can limit the magnet 60 to rotate in the sinking groove 417, and the limiting boss 4172 is in interference fit with the magnet 60, so that the separation between the magnet 60 and the sinking groove 417 is reduced, and the mounting stability between the magnet 60 and the shell 41 is improved. In addition, the position restricting bosses 4172 span the magnet 60 such that the bottom surface of the sinking groove 417 is spaced apart from the magnet 60 to reduce the amount of heat transferred to the magnet 60.
As shown in fig. 5, the receiving boss 416 further has a plurality of position-limiting columns 4161, the position-limiting columns 4161 are arranged at intervals around the circumference of the sinking groove 417, the position-limiting columns 4161 are hollow, and the outer wall of the position-limiting columns 4161 and the inner groove wall of the sinking groove 417 have a common area. In the present application, the outer wall of the restricting post 4161 is recessed into the sinking groove 417, so that the sinking groove 417 is not perfectly circular, and the magnet 60 matching with the sinking groove is not perfectly circular, so that the magnet 60 and the sinking groove 417 are not easily moved relative to each other.
As shown in fig. 6, the lid body 30 includes an inner liner 31 and a steel ring 32 pivotally disposed below the inner liner 31, the steel ring 32 having teeth for cooperating with the inner pot 21 of the pot body 20 to stably close the pot cover 10 with the pot body 20, the inner liner 31 having a magnetic member mounting hole 35, the magnetic body 160 being mounted in the magnetic member mounting hole 35; the liner 31 also has first and second relief holes 312 and 314 to allow the lid to be cooked. The magnetic member mounting hole 35 is provided so that the magnetic body 160 can be stably mounted on the inner liner 31, and the first and second relief holes 312 and 314 are provided so that the cover 30 can perform high-pressure cooking.
Specifically, the toasting assembly 40 extends beyond the lower edge of the cover 30. This arrangement allows grilling component 40 to be positioned closer to the food items within pot 20, thereby reducing the amount of time that heat generated by grilling component 40 is transferred to the food items and increasing the grilling efficiency of grilling component 40.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the toasting assembly 40 further comprises a plurality of fixing clips 45, the heating element 42 is connected to the reflective hood 411 through the fixing clips 45, and the fixing clips 45 are fixedly connected to the reflective hood through screws, so as to increase the tightness of the connection. The baking assembly 40 and the cover body 30 are convenient to connect and detach, the convenience of disassembling and assembling the baking assembly 40 is improved, and the use convenience of a user is improved.
As shown in fig. 1, 9 to 11, at least a portion of the toasting assembly 40 sinks into the inner pan 21, and the ratio of the height of the toasting assembly 40 sinking into the inner pan 21 to the depth of the inner pan 21 is greater than or equal to 0.05 and less than or equal to 0.45. A part of the baking assembly 40 is sunk into the inner pot 21, so that the food in the inner pot 21 can be quickly cooked, the working time of the baking assembly 40 is shortened, and the energy is saved. The cooking utensil realizes the function of culinary art for the setting of pot cover 10 for cooking utensil can realize two kinds of different culinary art modes, has increased the variety that cooking utensil used. Set up like this and can toast under the abundant prerequisite in space in the pot 21 in guaranteeing, can effectively improve the heat transfer, shorten the toasting time to can guarantee to toast the bottom that the subassembly 40 was interior to transmit the temperature to pot 21 fast, so that the edible material in the pot 21 is heated more evenly in making, reduces to toast some well done not ripe phenomenon yet of food after the end.
As shown in fig. 1, 9 to 11, the portion of the toasting assembly 40 sinking into the inner pan 21 constitutes a sinking portion, and the sinking portion is spaced apart from the inner sidewall of the inner pan 21 to form an exhaust gap. By sinking a portion of the grilling component 40 into the inner pan 21, the grilling time of the grilling component 40 during grilling cooking can be reduced, so that heat can be quickly transferred to the inner pan 21, the grilling efficiency of the grilling component 40 is increased, and the operating time of the cooking appliance is reduced. The interval between the sinking part and the inner side wall of the inner pot 21 just forms an exhaust gap, so that hot air in the inner pot 21 is exhausted, moisture in the inner pot 21 is reduced, and the baking time can be further reduced. In addition, it is convenient to put the roasting assembly 40 into the inner pot 21 to increase the roasting efficiency.
Specifically, the ratio of the diameter of the sinking portion to the inner diameter of the inner pot 21 is greater than or equal to 0.85 and less than or equal to 0.95. The ratio of the diameter of the sinking part to the inner diameter of the inner pot 21 is limited to be between 0.85 and 0.95, so that the baking assembly 40 is conveniently placed into the inner pot 21, the interval between the sinking part and the inner side wall of the inner pot 21 is not easy to be too large, otherwise, the effective baking area is reduced, and the baking efficiency is ensured. For example, the ratio between the diameter of the depressed portion and the inner diameter of the inner pot 21 may be 0.87, 0.89, 0.9, 0.91, 0.93, etc., with a preferred ratio of 0.90.
As shown in fig. 10 and 11, the upper edge 415 of the toasting assembly 40 is stopped on the rim of the pan body 20, and the upper edge 415 of the toasting assembly 40 is provided with a vent structure 414, wherein the vent structure 414 is communicated with the vent gap. The upper edge 415 and the pot edge of the pot body 20 are mutually stopped, so that the baking assembly 40 is suspended on the inner pot 21, the baking assembly 40 is prevented from being separated from the pot body 20, and the potential safety hazard is reduced. The positioning of the venting structure 414 at the upper edge 415 of the bake assembly 40 reduces the venting of hot gases from the interior of the bake assembly 40, reduces the effects of hot gases on the components within the bake assembly 40, and increases the stability of the operation of the bake assembly 40. Interference of the venting structure 414 with structural features on the cover 30 may be reduced. In addition, this arrangement provides the grilling component 40 with high integrity and ease of assembly and use.
Specifically, the upper edge 415 is further provided with a sealing structure, the sealing structure is in sealing fit with the pot edge, so that the upper edge 415 and the pot edge form a sealing surface, and gas in the inner pot 21 is exhausted through the exhaust gap and the exhaust structure 414. The arrangement of the sealing structure can ensure that gas in the cooking appliance can only be discharged through the exhaust gap and the exhaust structure 414 and cannot be discharged from other positions, so that scalding of high-temperature gas to a user can be avoided, the use safety of the user is improved, and potential safety hazards are reduced.
Optionally, the lower surface of the upper rim 415 has a sealing ring rib protruding toward the pot rim, the sealing ring rib is disposed close to the outer edge of the upper rim 415 relative to the sinking portion, and the portion of the sealing ring rib contacting with the upper surface of the pot rim serves as a sealing surface. In the present embodiment, the sealing ring rib is spaced from the sinking portion, and the sealing ring rib does not extend into the inner pan 21, but only contacts and seals with the upper surface of the pan rim, so as to ensure that the high-temperature gas does not flow out from the gap between the roasting assembly 40 and the pan body 20, but flows out from the exhaust structure 414 of the roasting assembly 40, thereby ensuring the safety of the user.
Optionally, the lower surface of the upper edge 415 has a sealing ring rib protruding toward the pot rim, the sealing ring rib is disposed near the sinking portion relative to the outer edge of the upper edge 415, the sealing ring rib contacts with the inner circumferential surface of the pot rim to form a primary seal, a portion between the outer edge of the upper edge 415 and the sealing ring rib contacts with the upper surface of the pot rim to form a secondary seal, and positions of the upper edge 415 corresponding to the primary seal and the secondary seal are used as sealing surfaces. That is to say, in this embodiment, the sealing ring rib is deep into the inner pot 21, and is attached to the inner side wall of the inner pot 21, so as to prevent the high-temperature gas from flowing out from the gap between the inner pot 21 and the roasting assembly 40, and the portion between the outer edge of the upper edge 415 and the sealing ring rib and the portion contacting with the upper surface of the pot edge form a secondary seal, so as to prevent the secondary seal from increasing again due to instability of the primary seal, and the sealing performance between the roasting assembly 40 and the pot body 20 is greatly increased by the two-stage sealing mode.
Optionally, a plurality of fastening teeth are arranged at the outer edge of the upper edge 415 at intervals, and each fastening tooth is correspondingly limited between two adjacent pot teeth of the pot edge. The mutual backstop takes place between subassembly 40 and the pot body 20 toasts like this setting, avoids toasting the separation between subassembly 40 and the pot body 20, has guaranteed toast the stability of subassembly 40 work.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the toasting assembly 40 has a toasting fool-proofing structure 48, and the pan body 20 includes an inner pan 21 having pan teeth, where the inner pan fool-proofing structure 211 is disposed to cooperate with the toasting fool-proofing structure 48.
Prevent slow-witted structure 48 and set up interior pot through setting up toasting on toasting subassembly 40 and preventing slow-witted structure 211 in pot 21 for toasting and preventing mutually supporting between slow-witted structure 48 and the interior pot prevents slow-witted structure 211, convenience of customers installs, avoids the installation dislocation, with the phenomenon that breaks away from between reduction toasting subassembly 40 and the interior pot 21, and then has avoided toasting subassembly 40 that has higher temperature to cause the injury to the user, has increased the stability and the security of toasting subassembly 40 work.
Optionally, the toasting fool-proofing structure 48 is a fool-proofing protrusion provided at the upper edge 415 of the toasting assembly 40, and the inner pan fool-proofing structure 211 is a fool-proofing groove provided on the pan teeth; or the baking fool-proofing structure 48 is a fool-proofing groove arranged at the upper edge 415, and the inner pot fool-proofing structure 211 is a fool-proofing protrusion arranged on the pot teeth. The cooperation of the fool-proof protrusion and the fool-proof groove makes the connection between the baking assembly 40 and the pan body 20 more tight, increasing the fool-proof effect.
As shown in fig. 7, the fool-proof groove is vertically through, and the fool-proof groove is communicated to the edge of the pot teeth or communicated to the edge of the baking assembly 40. The arrangement is convenient for the fool-proof protrusion to extend into the fool-proof groove, and the rotation between the baking component 40 and the inner pot 21 is stopped.
Specifically, the baking fool-proof structures 48 are multiple, and the baking fool-proof structures 48 are arranged around the baking assembly 40 at intervals in the circumferential direction. Therefore, the baking assembly 40 and the inner pot 21 can be in foolproof cooperation at a plurality of positions, and the stability of the foolproof cooperation between the baking assembly 40 and the inner pot 21 is improved.
Optionally, the baking fool-proof structure 48 includes a first baking fool-proof member and a second baking fool-proof member, and the first baking fool-proof member and the second baking fool-proof member are located at two sides of the baking assembly 40 and are located at symmetrical positions of the baking assembly 40. The arrangement is such that the fool-proof fit between the grilling component 40 and the inner pan 21 is symmetrical, increasing the stability of the fit between the grilling component 40 and the inner pan 21.
Optionally, the first baking fool-proof piece and the second baking fool-proof piece are different in shape; or the first baking fool-proof piece and the second baking fool-proof piece are the same in shape and different in size. The arrangement can avoid the situation of assembly dislocation of the baking assembly 40, and the assembly accuracy between the baking assembly 40 and the pot body 20 and the cover body 30 is improved.
Optionally, the first baking fool-proof pieces are multiple, the multiple first baking fool-proof pieces are located on the same pot tooth, the number of the second baking fool-proof pieces is at least one, and the number of the second baking fool-proof pieces is different from the number of the first baking fool-proof pieces. The arrangement can avoid the situation of assembly dislocation of the baking assembly 40, and the assembly accuracy between the baking assembly 40 and the pot body 20 and the cover body 30 is improved.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the fool-proof protrusion extends downwardly from the outer edge of the grilling component 40; or the fool-proof bulge extends upwards from the edge of the pot teeth. This configuration reduces interference between the fool-proof protrusion and other structures on the bake assembly 40, and also facilitates insertion of the fool-proof protrusion into the fool-proof recess.
As shown in fig. 13, the lid body 30 includes a pressure exhaust passage, the lid 10 further includes a detachable inner lid 50 which can be used in place of the toasting assembly 40, the inner lid 50 has a pressure limiting valve seat 51, and after the inner lid 50 and the lid body 30 are assembled in place, the pressure limiting valve seat 51 extends into the pressure exhaust passage; the upper edge 415 of the toasting assembly 40 is provided with an air exhaust structure 414; after the baking assembly 40 and the cover 30 are assembled in place, the gas at the exhaust structure 414 flows out through the gap between the baking assembly 40 and the cover 30; or after the toasting assembly 40 and the cover 30 are assembled in place, the gas at the venting structure 414 flows out through the pressure vent channel. The venting structure 414 of the toasting assembly 40 can be shared with the pressure venting channel of the inner lid 50, and can also flow out through the gap between the toasting assembly 40 and the lid 30 to increase the diversity of the arrangement of the venting structure 414.
Through toasting subassembly 40 and inner cup 50 and lid 30 detachably connected, and toast subassembly 40 and inner cup 50 and can alternate the use each other to make cooking utensil realize toasting the culinary art and other culinary art two kinds of cooking modes of cooking, increased cooking utensil work's variety, realized a pot is multi-purpose. With the mutual replacement use between inner cup 50 and the subassembly 40 that toasts, can effectively avoid toasting the influence of subassembly 40 time to inner cup 50 in the use, also can avoid simultaneously causing the influence to toasting the subassembly 40 when using inner cup 50, reduced the interference between subassembly 40 and the inner cup 50 that toasts, increased cooking utensil job stabilization nature.
Specifically, the orthographic projection of the reflecting cover 411 on the lining plate 413 is positioned in the circumferential edge of the lining plate 413, and the ratio of the distance between the reflecting cover 411 and the circumferential edge of the lining plate 413 to the diameter of the inner pot 21 of the pot body 20 is more than or equal to 0.01 and less than or equal to 0.1. The arrangement of the lining plate 413 can reduce the heat transmitted upwards by the reflective cover 411, reduce the heat loss and increase the baking efficiency of the baking assembly 40. Meanwhile, the device on the upper part of the baking assembly 40 can be protected, and the influence of heat on the device on the upper part of the baking assembly 40 is reduced. An upper edge 415 is formed between the reflective hood 411 and the edge of the liner 413 so that the toasting assembly 40 can be snapped onto other components. The vent structure 414 is disposed at the upper edge 415, so as to reduce the outflow of high-temperature gas from the interior of the bake assembly 40, and effectively reduce the influence of the high-temperature gas on the devices inside the bake assembly 40. The ratio of the distance between the reflective cover 411 and the circumferential edge of the lining plate 413 to the diameter of the inner pot 21 is limited to be in the range of 0.01 to 0.1, so that the cooking appliances with different sizes can achieve the effect of quick air exhaust, and food can achieve the best taste.
As shown in fig. 14 and 16, the in-position detecting element 140 is disposed on the cover 30, the engaging element 150 is disposed on the toasting assembly 40, and the in-position detecting element 140 sends an in-position signal when the toasting assembly 40 and the cover 30 are in place. The matching piece 150 and the in-place detection piece 140 are matched with each other, so that the cooking appliance can detect whether the baking assembly 40 is in place or not, the cooking appliance can start to work after the baking assembly 40 is stably connected with the cover body 30, the display panel of the cooking appliance can display that the baking assembly 40 is in place, a user can be prompted to bake cooking, the phenomenon of misoperation is avoided, and the working stability of the cooking appliance is improved.
The installation-in-place signal includes at least one of a sound signal, a display signal, and an electrical signal.
Optionally, the lid further comprises a control structure electrically connected to the in-place installation detecting element 140, the toasting assembly 40 and the lid body 30, so as to energize the toasting assembly 40 and the lid body 30 when receiving the in-place installation signal. The provision of the control structure can accurately control the energization state of the toasting assembly 40.
As shown in fig. 16, the installation-in-place detecting member 140 is a sensing element, the mating member 150 is a sensed element, the sensed element is located in a sensing area of the sensing element, and the sensing element transmits an installation-in-place signal; the sensed element is separated from the sensing area of the sensing element, the sensing element sends a power-off signal, and the baking assembly 40 and the cover 30 are powered off when the control structure receives the power-off signal. Since the fitting member 150 is located on the toasting assembly 40 and the in-position detecting member 140 is located on the cover 30, the sensing element can sense the sensed element only when the distance between the toasting assembly 40 and the cover 30 is small to a certain extent, and the in-position signal can be transmitted. The matching form between the induction element and the sensed element is simple, the operation is convenient, the condition of detection error is small, and the working stability and safety of the cooking appliance are improved.
Specifically, the inductive element is a magnetic inductive element provided on the lid body 30; the sensed element is a permanent magnet disposed on the grilling component 40. The permanent magnet can be detected only by the magnetic induction element within a certain distance, so that the detection accuracy can be increased. In addition, the magnetic induction element is only influenced by the magnetic field, and other magnetic elements do not exist in the cooking appliance, so that the influence of devices in the cooking appliance on detection is greatly reduced.
It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, when the engaging element 150 is an induced element, the permanent magnet may be the above-mentioned magnet 60, so that the use of structural members can be reduced. Of course, a permanent magnet may be provided separately for use with the position detector 140.
Optionally, the magnetic induction element is a reed switch.
Optionally, the in-position detecting element 140 is a trigger switch, the mating element 150 is a trigger element, and the trigger element presses the trigger switch to send an in-position installation signal after the toasting assembly 40 and the cover 30 are installed in position; when the trigger is disengaged from the trigger switch, the trigger switch sends a power-off signal, and the control structure receives the power-off signal, so that the baking assembly 40 and the cover 30 are powered off. The cooperation between trigger switch and the trigger piece is more stable, and the phenomenon of demagnetization is difficult to appear, but easily receives the influence of other structures.
The lid 30 has a lid vent channel and a lid bake vent channel that are independent of each other, wherein, after the bake assembly 40 and the lid 30 are installed, the lid bake vent channel is open and the lid vent channel is closed; after the inner lid 50 and the lid body 30 are mounted, the lid body exhaust passage is opened and the lid body bake exhaust passage is closed.
By arranging the cover body exhaust channel and the cover body baking exhaust channel which are independent of each other on the cover body 30, when the cooking appliance carries out different cookings, gas in the cooking appliance flows out from different exhaust channels. When high-pressure cooking is performed, it is necessary to seal gas inside the cooking device to increase the pressure inside the cooking device, and the gas is discharged after the high-pressure cooking is completed. When cooking by baking, it is necessary to quickly discharge the gas all the time to reduce the moisture in the cooking utensil. Because high pressure cooking is different with the carminative demand of toasting the culinary art, so set up independent lid exhaust passage each other and lid toasts exhaust passage on lid 30, and then make cooking utensil when carrying out the culinary art function of difference, gas can both be followed specific position and discharged, has reduced high hot gas and has increased the security that cooking utensil used to user. After the baking assembly 40 is installed with the cover 30, the cover is required to bake the exhaust channel without the cover exhaust channel, and the cover exhaust channel is closed to reduce the influence on the cover exhaust channel during baking and cooking. Similarly, when the inner lid 50 is mounted to the lid body 30, a lid body exhaust passage is required instead of the lid body baking exhaust passage, and closing the lid body baking exhaust passage can reduce the influence on the lid body baking exhaust passage during high pressure cooking. Similarly, after the inner cover and the cover body are installed, the cover body exhaust channel is needed and is not needed to be baked, and the cover body baking exhaust channel is closed so that the cooking appliance can exhaust air from a specific position, and scalding of a user due to irregular air emission is avoided.
Moreover, the mutually independent cover body exhaust channel and the cover body baking exhaust channel can keep most of the structure of the upper cover of the original cooking utensil and accord with the conventional use habit of a user; the baking assembly 40 has strong integrity, simple structure and easy realization.
As shown in FIG. 10, when the bake assembly 40 is mounted to the lid 30, the bake assembly 40 blocks the lid vent path. Set up like this and just can realize toasting when cooking, the gas in the cooking utensil that has the function of toasting only toasts exhaust passage from the lid and flows out, and can not flow from lid exhaust passage for gas exhaust's position is fixed, in order to reduce the potential safety hazard. And the adoption of the baking assembly 40 to shield the exhaust channel of the cover body does not need to add other structural parts, thereby simplifying the installation step.
Alternatively, the inner lid 50 blocks the baking exhaust passage when the inner lid 50 is mounted to the lid body 30. Set up like this and just can realize when high-pressure cooking, the gas in the cooking utensil only flows from lid exhaust passage, and can not toast exhaust passage from the lid and flow for gas exhaust's position is fixed, in order to reduce the potential safety hazard. And the inner cover 50 is adopted to shield the cover body baking exhaust channel without adding other structural parts, thereby simplifying the installation steps.
In the present embodiment, when the cover 30 is in the locked and engaged state, the cover baking exhaust channel of the cover 30 is cut off. When the cooking utensil is used for baking and cooking, the cover body 30 and the pot body 20 do not need to be locked and buckled, and the pressure is not increased by sealing the internal gas during baking and cooking. When the cooking utensil is used for high-pressure cooking, the cover 30 and the pot body 20 need to be locked and buckled, because the internal gas needs to be sealed for increasing the pressure in the high-pressure cooking. That is, when the lid 30 is locked and engaged, the cooking utensil needs to be cooked under high pressure, and the lid baking exhaust passage is cut off.
As shown in fig. 10 and 11, the cover 30 includes a lining 31 and a steel ring 32 pivotally disposed below the lining 31, a lining through hole 316 is disposed on the lining 31 and a steel ring through hole 321 is disposed on the steel ring 32, only when the steel ring 32 rotates to the uncovering position, the lining through hole 316 is aligned with the steel ring through hole 321, and the exhaust structure 414 sequentially passes through the lining through hole 316 and the steel ring through hole 321. In the present embodiment, only after the lining via hole 316 and the steel ring via hole 321 are aligned, the air exhausting structure 414 can extend into the lining via hole 316 and the steel ring via hole 321, so as to exhaust air during cooking. When the exhaust structure 414 of the baking assembly 40 extends into the lining through hole 316 and the steel ring through hole 321, a stop will occur between the steel ring 32 and the exhaust structure, and at this time, the steel ring 32 will not rotate any more, so that the steel ring 32 is located at the open-lid position and will not seal the pot body 20, and the gas in the pot body 20 is smoothly exhausted, thereby reducing the moisture in the pot body 20.
It should be noted that in the embodiment of fig. 11, the venting structure 414 is not capable of passing through the steel ring 32, but the toasting assembly 40 is mounted to the lid 30 for easy viewing of the relationship between the toasting assembly 40 and the steel ring 32, and in fact the toasting assembly 40 cannot be mounted to the lid 30 without the steel ring via 321 and the liner via 316 being aligned.
As shown in fig. 12, the lid 30 further includes a lid 33 disposed above the liner 31, the lid 33 has a baking exhaust hole 331, the baking exhaust hole 331 corresponds to the liner via hole 316, and the baking exhaust hole 331, the liner via hole 316 and the steel ring via hole 321 form a lid baking exhaust channel. The exhaust structure 414 sequentially extends into the steel ring via hole 321, the lining via hole 316 and the baking exhaust hole 331, and then exhausts the high-temperature gas in the pot body 20 to reduce the moisture in the pot body 20, thereby reducing the baking time and achieving the purpose of quick baking.
As shown in fig. 7, there are a plurality of venting structures 414, the plurality of venting structures 414 are spaced along the circumference of the toasting assembly 40, and the venting structures 414 are located inside the inner pot 21 of the pot body 20 to communicate the inner space of the pot body 20 with the outer space of the cooking utensil. This arrangement facilitates the engagement of the venting structure 414 with the steel ring 32 and reduces interference between the venting structure 414 and other structural components on the cover 30. The arrangement of the exhaust structures 414 increases the exhaust rapidity, so that the high-temperature gas in the pan body 20 can be exhausted from a plurality of positions, the exhaust efficiency is increased, and the phenomenon that the gas cannot be exhausted from the position farthest from the exhaust structure 414 because only one exhaust structure 414 is arranged is avoided, so that the food is baked more uniformly.
Of course, the exhaust structure 414 can be stopped by other forms to extend into the lining through hole 316, the lid 30 includes the lining 31, the lid 33 and the rotating rod assembly, the lining 31 has the lining through hole 316, the lid 33 has the baking exhaust hole 331 above the lining 31, the baking exhaust hole 331 and the lining through hole 316 form a lid baking exhaust channel, the rotating rod assembly is disposed between the lining 31 and the lid 33, when the lid 10 is in the locked and fastened state, a part of the rotating rod assembly rotates to between the lining through hole 316 and the baking exhaust hole 331, so that the lid baking exhaust channel is cut off. The arrangement of the rotating rod component realizes the opening and closing between the cooker cover 10 and the cooker body 20, when the cooker cover 10 is in a locking buckling state, a part of the rotating rod component bakes the cover body to cut off an exhaust channel, and the arrangement can avoid the phenomenon of air leakage of the cooker cover 10 during high-pressure cooking.
Specifically, the baking exhaust hole 331 is a cylindrical hole, when the cooking appliance is in a baking state, the exhaust structure 414 extends into the baking exhaust hole 331, and the outer wall of the exhaust structure 414 is in contact with and sealed with the inner wall of the baking exhaust hole 331; and/or a sealing member is arranged between the exhaust structure 414 and the baking exhaust hole 331, and the sealing member is detachable along with the exhaust structure 414. The arrangement can reduce the influence of gas on devices in the cover body 30, reduce the short circuit phenomenon of the devices in the cover body 30 and increase the use stability of the cooking utensil.
As shown in fig. 6, the lining 31 has a pressure vent hole, a sealing gasket 311 is disposed on a side surface of the lining 31 facing the pot body 20, a first avoiding hole 312 is disposed at a position of the sealing gasket 311 corresponding to the pressure vent hole, and when the baking assembly 40 is mounted on the lid body 30, the sealing gasket 311 is pressed against an upper surface of the baking assembly 40, so that a lid body vent channel formed by the first avoiding hole 312 and the pressure vent hole is cut off. Set up like this and make the cooking utensil who toasts the function when toasting the culinary art, cut off lid exhaust passage so that the high-temperature gas in the cooking utensil who has the function of toasting only toasts exhaust passage outflow from the lid, avoided the influence of temperature sensing gas to lid 30 pressure channel, and can reduce from a plurality of positions with gas outgoing to cause the phenomenon of unexpected injury to the user, increased the stability that the user used. Of course, the mode of cutting off the lid body exhaust passage does not necessarily have to be the gasket 311, and may be another type of seal structure.
As shown in fig. 13, the pressure limiting valve seat 51 is disposed on the inner cover 50, after the inner cover 50 is mounted with the cover body 30, the pressure limiting valve seat 51 passes through the first avoiding hole 312 and the pressure vent hole and extends out of the face cover 33 of the cover body 30, a first sealing flange 313 is disposed at an edge of the first avoiding hole 312, and the first sealing flange 313 is attached to an outer surface of the pressure limiting valve seat 51. The arrangement of the first sealing flange 313 can seal the gap between the pressure limiting valve seat 51 and the cover body 30, so that high-temperature gas in the cooking utensil is prevented from flowing out from the gap between the pressure limiting valve seat 51 and the cover body 30, the pressure relief possibility of the cooking utensil is reduced, and the working stability and safety of the cooking utensil are improved.
As shown in fig. 13, the liner 31 further has an opening-stopping exhaust hole, a second avoiding hole 314 is disposed at the position of the sealing gasket 311 corresponding to the opening-stopping exhaust hole, an opening-stopping valve seat 52 is disposed on the inner cover 50, after the inner cover 50 is mounted on the cover body 30, the opening-stopping valve seat 52 passes through the second avoiding hole 314 and extends into the opening-stopping exhaust hole, a second sealing flange 315 is disposed at the edge of the second avoiding hole 314, and the second sealing flange 315 is attached to the outer surface of the opening-stopping valve seat 52. The second sealing flange 315 is arranged to seal a gap between the valve seat 52 and the cover 30, so as to prevent high-temperature gas in the cooking utensil from flowing out from the gap between the valve seat 52 and the cover 30, reduce the pressure relief possibility of the cooking utensil, and increase the working stability and safety of the cooking utensil.
Specifically, the pot cover 10 is provided with a pressure limiting valve and a stop valve. The pressure limiting valve and the opening stopping valve are arranged on the cooker cover 10, so that the cooker cover 10 can perform high-pressure cooking, and the cooking appliance can realize two cooking functions. Because high pressure cooking is different with the carminative demand of toasting the culinary art, so set up independent lid exhaust passage each other and lid toasts exhaust passage on the lid, and then make cooking utensil when carrying out the culinary art function of difference, gas can both be followed specific position and discharged, has reduced high hot gas and has increased the security that cooking utensil used to user.
Specifically, the baking assembly 40 is hermetically connected with the inner pot 21, so that gas is led out from the baking exhaust channel of the cover body; and/or the inner lid 50 is sealingly connected to the inner pot 21 so that gas is conducted out of the lid vent passage. The arrangement enables the gas to be discharged from the designated position, thereby avoiding scalding the user and increasing the safety of the user.
It should be noted that, the exhaust structure 414 in the present application is in fool-proof fit with the steel ring via hole 321 and the via hole of the lining via hole 316, so as to avoid the installation dislocation between the baking assembly 40 and the lid 30, and increase the installation accuracy of the baking assembly 40.
Of course, the gasket is laid flat on the surface of the inner liner 31 facing the pan body 20 (not shown in the drawings), and has a first escape hole avoiding the pressure limiting valve seat 51 and a second escape hole avoiding the opening preventing valve seat 52. The edge of the first avoidance hole is provided with a first sealing flanging, and the edge of the second avoidance hole is provided with a second sealing flanging. Of course, the sealing pad is laid on the whole surface of the inner liner 31 facing the pot body 20, and a hole for avoiding other structural members is formed on the sealing pad, so that the pot cover can work normally. This arrangement facilitates the installation of the gasket to the inner liner 31 and prevents the gasket from being easily detached from the inner liner 31.
Example two
The difference from the first embodiment is that the toasting assembly 40 is not electrically coupled to the lid 30, but rather to the pan body 20. Of course, in this embodiment, the toasting assembly 40 can be electrically coupled to either the lid 30 or the pan body.
As shown in fig. 17 to 22, the toasting assembly 40 includes a housing 41 and a heating element 42, wherein one side of the housing 41 has an electrical connection base 46, the electrical connection base 46 is electrically coupled with the pan body 20 and/or the cover 30, and the heating element 42 is disposed in the housing 41.
