According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4-9, the first detection assembly 40a includes: the first opening and closing member 41a and the first movable member 42 are disposed on the first cover assembly 20, and the first movable member 42 is connected to the first opening and closing member 41. The first switch 41a is electrically connected to the control device 50, so that the control device 50 controls the operating state of the first heating device 21 according to the detection result of the first switch 41 a. The first movable member 42 can be in abutting engagement with the main body 11 to detect the closed state of the first cover assembly 20.
As shown in fig. 4 and 10-14, the second sensing assembly 40b includes: the second opening and closing member 41b and the second movable member 43 are disposed on the first cover member 20. The second switch 41b is electrically connected to the control device 50, so that the control device 50 controls the operating state of the first heating device 21 according to the detection result of the second switch 41 b. The second movable member 43 can be in abutting engagement with the food container 12 to enable detection of the engagement state of the food container 12.
The control device 50 controls the working state of the first heating device 21 according to the detection results of the first switch element 41a and the second switch element 41b, and the detection device 4 is respectively matched with the body 11 and the food container 12 through the first movable element 42 and the second movable element 43, so that the interference between the detection of the covering state of the first cover body assembly 20 and the detection of the matching state of the food container 12 can be avoided, the detection accuracy can be improved, a mechanical matching structure is not required to be arranged between the first detection assembly 40a and the second detection assembly 40b, the structure of the detection device 4 can be simplified, the arrangement positions of the first detection assembly 40a and the second detection assembly 40b on the first cover body assembly 20 are not interfered with each other, and the layout is more reasonable.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7 and 9, the body 11, when engaged with the first cover assembly 20, raises the first moveable member 42 to secure the first cover assembly 20 in place, and as shown in fig. 12 and 14, the food container 12, when engaged with the first cover assembly 20, raises the second moveable member 43 to secure the food container 12 in place. In a state where both the first movable member 42 and the second movable member 43 are lifted, the first opening and closing member 41a and the second opening and closing member 41b control the operation of the first heating device 21 together. When at least one of the first movable member 42 and the second movable member 43 is not jacked up, the first heating device 21 does not work, the first movable member 42 and the second movable member 43 have certain moving strokes, the occurrence of false triggering is favorably reduced, and the detection structure is simple.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the body 11 includes a housing 112 and an insulated pan 113, the insulated pan 113 is disposed in the housing 112, the food container 12 is disposed in the insulated pan 113, and the housing 112 or the insulated pan 113 can lift up the first movable member 42 when the body 11 is engaged with the first cover assembly 20.
In other embodiments, the body 11 includes a housing 112, and the food container 12 is disposed in the housing 112, and the housing 112 can jack up the first movable member 42 when the body 11 is engaged with the first cover assembly 20. Of course, in the embodiment that the main body 11 includes other structures, the first movable member 42 may be lifted by other structures of the main body 11 in the state that the main body 11 is engaged with the first cover assembly 20, and only the requirement of being able to detect the closed state of the first cover assembly 20 and the main body 11 needs to be satisfied.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6-9, the body 11 has a first mating member 111 capable of mating against the first movable member 42, and as shown in fig. 11-14, the food container 12 has a second mating member capable of mating against the second movable member 43, such that the body 11 and the first movable member 42 are mated conveniently, and the food container 12 and the second movable member 43 are mated conveniently.
As shown in fig. 7 and 9, the first mating member 111 may be an upper surface of the body 11, for example, an upper surface of the housing 112 or an upper surface of the heat insulation pan 113, and no additional component for mating with the first movable member 42 is required on the body 11, which is beneficial to simplifying the structure of the body 11. As shown in fig. 12 and 14, the second mating member is a rim 121 of the food container 12, and no additional member for mating with the second movable member 43 is required on the food container 12, which is beneficial to simplifying the structure of the food container 12. For example, the body 11 and the food container 12 may be constructed as in the prior art, and the body 11 and the food container 12 may be fitted to the detecting unit 4 without modification.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the switch member (including the first switch member 41a and the second switch member 41b) may include a micro switch or a magnetic sensitive switch with a reed switch, etc. according to the actual requirement, and the switch member has a simple structure and is sensitive to reaction, which is beneficial to improving the detection accuracy of the covering state of the first cover assembly 20 and the matching state of the food container 12.
For example, in some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5-14, the first switch element 41a comprises a first microswitch that is triggered when the first moveable element 42 is in abutting engagement with the body 11, the second switch element 41b comprises a second microswitch that is triggered when the second moveable element 43 is in abutting engagement with the food container 12, and the first heating device 21 operates when the first microswitch and the second microswitch are both triggered and does not operate when at least one of the first microswitch and the second microswitch is not triggered. The micro switch (comprising the first micro switch and the second micro switch) is adopted for control, the response is sensitive, and misoperation or failure is not easy to occur.
Here, "the microswitch is triggered" means that the microswitch is operated to be in a triggered position, that is, the movable contact and the fixed contact of the microswitch are connected, and "the microswitch is not triggered" means that the microswitch is in a normal position, that is, the movable contact and the fixed contact are in a normal off position.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 6-9 and 11-14, each of the first and second micro switches includes a switch body 44 and a switch elastic sheet 45, and the structure and operation of the first and second micro switches are described by taking the first micro switch as an example. The switch body 44 is provided with a contact 441, and one end of the switch elastic sheet 45 is connected with the switch body 44. The switch elastic sheet 45 is not in contact with the contact 441 when not deformed, and the switch elastic sheet 45 can be deformed under the stop of the first moving member 42 to be in contact with and connected to the contact 441, so as to trigger the switch body 44. Because the movable stroke of the first moving part 42 is very large compared with the trigger stroke of the first microswitch, the movement of the first moving part 42 with a large distance can be converted into the relative movement of the switch elastic sheet 45 and the contact 441 with a small distance by arranging the switch elastic sheet 45, which is beneficial to prolonging the service life of the first microswitch.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 5-14, the first cover assembly 20 is provided with a first mounting hole 201, the first movable member 42 includes a first movable rod 422, and the first movable rod 422 is movable up and down in the first mounting hole 201.
Therefore, when the first end of the first moving rod 422 contacts the upper surface of the body 11, the first moving rod 422 is pushed up by the upper surface of the body 11, and the second end of the first moving rod 422 triggers the switch elastic piece 45 of the first switch 41a to move, so that the switch elastic piece 45 of the first switch 41a can be connected with the contact 441 of the first switch 41 a. The first mounting hole 201 can guide and limit the first moving rod 422, when the body 11 jacks up the first moving rod 422, the first moving rod 422 can more accurately and directly touch the switch elastic sheet 45 of the first switch piece 41a, when the body 11 is not matched with the first moving rod 422 in a butting manner, the first moving rod 422 can smoothly fall to be disengaged from the switch elastic sheet 45 of the first switch piece 41a, the first switch piece 41a is prevented from being triggered by mistake to cause the failure of the working state control of the first heating device 21, and the first moving rod 422 is not easy to incline or jam in the rising and falling processes.
As shown in fig. 5-14, the first cover assembly 20 is provided with a second mounting hole 202, and the second movable member 43 includes a second movable rod 432, and the second movable rod 432 can move up and down in the second mounting hole 202.
Therefore, when the first end of the second moving rod 432 contacts the food container 12, the second moving rod 432 is pushed up by the food container 12, and the second end of the second moving rod 432 triggers the switch elastic piece 45 of the second switch 41b to move, so that the switch elastic piece 45 of the second switch 41b can be connected with the contact 441 of the second switch 41 b. The second mounting hole 202 can guide and limit the second moving rod 432, when the food container 12 jacks up the second moving rod 432, the second moving rod 432 can more accurately and directly touch the switch elastic sheet 45 of the second switch piece 41b, when the food container 12 is not matched with the second moving rod 432 in a stop manner, the second moving rod 432 can smoothly fall to be disengaged from the switch elastic sheet 45 of the second switch piece 41b, the second switch piece 41b is prevented from being triggered by mistake to cause the failure of the control of the working state of the first heating device 21, and the second moving rod 432 is not easy to deflect or jam in the rising and falling processes.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5 to 14, the first moving rod 422 is provided with a first anti-slip portion 421, the first anti-slip portion 421 protrudes out of the outer peripheral surface of the first moving rod 422, and the first anti-slip portion 421 is located above the first mounting hole 201. In the radial direction of the first mounting hole 201, the maximum extension of the first retaining portion 421 is larger than the diameter of the first mounting hole 201, so that the first retaining portion 421 can prevent the first movable piece 42 from being removed downward from the first mounting hole 201. The second moving bar 432 is provided with a second retaining portion 431, the second retaining portion 431 protrudes from the outer peripheral surface of the second moving bar 432, and the second retaining portion 431 is located above the second mounting hole 202. In the radial direction of the second mounting hole 202, the maximum extension of the second retaining portion 431 is larger than the diameter of the second mounting hole 202, and thus the second retaining portion 431 can prevent the second movable element 43 from being removed downward from the second mounting hole 202. The first movable member 42 and the second movable member 43 are more reliable in limiting.
As shown in fig. 3, 6, and 11, in a state where the first retaining portion 421 abuts against the upper edge of the first mounting hole 201 and the second retaining portion 431 abuts against the upper edge of the second mounting hole 202, the lower surface of at least one of the first moving bar 422 and the second moving bar 432 is higher than the lower surface of the first cover assembly 20. Therefore, when the first cover assembly 20 is directly placed on a placing surface such as a desktop, at least one of the first movable member 42 and the second movable member 43 is not jacked up by the placing surface, i.e., at least one of the covering state of the first cover assembly 20 and the matching state of the food container 12 is not misjudged, and further the first switch element 41a and the second switch element 41b are prevented from being mistriggered, thereby effectively preventing the first heating device 21 from working and baking out the placing surface when the first cover assembly 20 is directly placed on the placing surface.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, one of the first movable member 42 and the first microswitch is provided with a first guide hole 412a, and the other one of the first movable member 42 and the first microswitch is provided with a first guide post 423 that is vertically movably inserted into the first guide hole 412a, so that the first microswitch can be accurately triggered when the first movable member 42 vertically moves in the first guide hole 412a, thereby improving the detection accuracy.
As shown in fig. 10 and 14, one of the second movable member 43 and the second microswitch is provided with a second guide hole 412b, and the other one of the second movable member 43 and the second microswitch is provided with a second guide post 433 which is vertically movably inserted into the second guide hole 412b, so that the second microswitch can be accurately triggered when the second movable member 43 moves vertically by the movement of the second guide post 433 in the second guide hole 412b, thereby improving the detection accuracy.
In other embodiments of the present invention, the first movable member 42 may be installed on the body 11, the second movable member 43 may be installed on the food container 12, when the first cover member 20 is covered on the body 11, the first movable member 42 can pass through the first installation hole 201 and stop and cooperate with the first microswitch, when the first cover member 20 is covered on the food container 12, the second movable member 43 can pass through the second installation hole 202 and stop and cooperate with the second microswitch, and when the first cover member 20 is not engaged with the body 11 and the food container 12, the first movable member 42 and the second movable member 43 are both separated from the first cover member 20, so that the first cover member 20 can be separated from the pot body member 10.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, a fan 22 is disposed on the first cover assembly 20, and the fan 22 is configured to deliver the high-temperature gas heated by the first heating device 21 into the cooking cavity 101, that is, to drive the high-temperature gas to blow toward the food, so as to improve the cooking effect and cooking efficiency of the food, and to facilitate the air-frying function. In some embodiments, the blower 22 may include a convection fan.
In embodiments where a fan 22 is provided, the fan 22 may be operated under the control of a control device 50, as shown in FIG. 15. Specifically, the control device 50 controls the blower 22 to be not operated under the condition that the first detecting member 40a detects that the first cover member 20 is not properly covered and/or the second detecting member 40b detects that the food container 12 is not properly fitted. In other words, the control device 50 will control the fan 22 to operate only when the first detecting element 40a detects that the first cover element 20 is covered in place and the second detecting element 40b detects that the food container 12 is fitted in place. In other words, the control device 50 controls the fan 22 and the first heating device 21 to operate simultaneously or not to operate simultaneously. Therefore, the fan 22 is prevented from being wasted when the first heating device 21 does not work, and only one control device 50 is needed, thereby simplifying the structure of the cooking appliance 100.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the cooking appliance 100 further includes a roasting container 60 and a supporter 61, the roasting container 60 and the supporter 61 being removably disposed within the food container 12. The roasting container 60 is supported on the supporting member 61 such that the bottom of the roasting container 60 is spaced apart from the bottom of the food container 12, the bottom of the roasting container 60 has air inlet holes 601, a gas passing flow passage 102 for passing high-temperature gas is formed between the food container 12 and the roasting container 60, and the gas passing flow passage 102 communicates with the air inlet holes 601.
Thereby, the high-temperature gas can flow in the direction indicated by the arrow in fig. 2. Specifically, the fan 22 blows high-temperature gas to the gas passing flow passage 102, and then enters the baking container 60 from the air inlet holes 601 to be in full contact with the food in the baking container 60 to heat the food; the heat-exchanged gas then returns to the first heating device 21 through the opening of the roasting container 60, and continues to flow circularly after being heated again by the first heating device 21.
It should be noted that, in the example shown in fig. 2, the air inlet 601 is disposed at the bottom of the baking container 60, so that the high-temperature air can pass through the food from bottom to top, and fully contact with the food is achieved, and meanwhile, the first heating device 21 directly bakes and heats the food from the upper side, so that the upper layer and the lower layer of the food are heated uniformly, and the cooking taste is better.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the cooking appliance 100 further includes a second cover assembly 30, and the second cover assembly 30 is detachably covered on the body 10.
Cooking utensil 100 has a first cooking mode and a second cooking mode, wherein when cooking utensil 100 is in the first cooking mode, first cover assembly 20 covers pot assembly 10, and during this process, first heating device 21 can work to steam, stew, boil, fry or air fry the food in pot assembly 10. In the second cooking mode of cooking utensil 100, second cover assembly 30 covers pan body assembly 10, and during the process, second heating device 13 on pan body assembly 10 can work to steam, stew, boil, fry or air fry the food in pan body assembly 10.
By replacing the first cover assembly 20 or the second cover assembly 30 covering the pot body assembly 10, the cooking appliance 100 can work in different cooking modes, and the cooking appliance 100 can meet more cooking requirements and achieve different cooking effects.
When cooking utensil 100 realizes the change of the cooking mode by changing the cover body covering on pot body assembly 10, and the cover body covering on pot body assembly 10 is first cover body assembly 20 or second cover body assembly 30, the unused cover body can be separated from pot body assembly 10, so that the whole height of cooking utensil 100 is smaller, and the occupied space is reduced. In addition, in the process of detaching the first cover assembly 20 and the second cover assembly 30 from the pot body assembly 10, the required operating space is small, and the cooking utensil 100 can meet more kitchen placing and accommodating requirements. For example, the cooking appliance 100 may be placed in a kitchen cabinet for use, which greatly enhances the utility of the cooking appliance 100.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the first cooking mode may be a baking cooking mode, and in the baking cooking mode, the first heating device 21 may heat the food inside the pan body assembly 10 from the upper side to achieve the baking, frying, air-frying and other treatments of the food, so that the food is heated uniformly and the baking effect is good. The second cooking mode may be a pressure cooking mode, and in the pressure cooking mode, the second heating device 13 may heat food in the pot assembly 10, and through the cooperation of the second cover assembly 20 and the pot assembly 10, may change the air pressure in the cooking cavity 101 of the pot assembly 10 to form a positive pressure (i.e., the pressure in the cooking cavity 101 is greater than the external pressure) or a negative pressure (i.e., the pressure in the cooking cavity 101 is less than the external pressure). Under the pressure cooking mode, the food can be stewed, boiled, stewed and the like, the food cooking efficiency is high, and the nutrition extraction effect is better. Alternatively, the second heating means 13 may heat from at least one of the bottom and the side of the food. The cooking appliance 100 is formed as a baking electric pressure cooker, has two cooking modes of pressure cooking and baking cooking, and has strong practicability.
Of course, in other embodiments of the present invention, the second cooking mode may also be an electric cooking mode, so that the cooking appliance 100 may be used as an electric cooker, a soup cooker, etc., which is also within the protection scope of the present invention.
In some embodiments of the present invention, first cover assembly 20 and pan body assembly 10 may be independently powered. From this, first lid subassembly 20 is split type with pot body subassembly 10, can separate completely, makes first lid subassembly 20 not only can cover and fits the food of pot body subassembly 10 in to pot body subassembly 10 and heat, and first lid subassembly 20 can also cover and fit other pot bodies for other culinary art environment to satisfy more user demands of user, cooking utensil 100's practicality is stronger.
In some embodiments, in which the first cover assembly 20 and the pot assembly 10 are independently powered, the first cover assembly 20 may be provided with a power supply battery therein, or as shown in fig. 1, the first cover assembly 20 may be provided with a power cord, and the power cord may be connected to an external power source to realize independent power supply, which is within the scope of the present invention.
The present invention also provides a control method of a cooking appliance, where the cooking appliance 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention may be controlled by using the control method of the cooking appliance according to the embodiment of the present invention, or may be controlled by using other control methods, and the control method of the cooking appliance according to the embodiment of the present invention may be used to control the operation of the cooking appliance 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention, or may be used to control the operation of other cooking appliances.
A control method of a cooking appliance according to a more preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 16, the method of controlling a cooking appliance according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the steps of:
s1: detecting the covering state of the first cover body assembly on the body;
s2: detecting the matching state of the food container in the body;
s3: and controlling the first heating device not to work when the first cover body assembly is not in place to cover and/or the food container is not in place to fit.
According to the control method of the cooking appliance, the working state of the first heating device is controlled according to the covering state of the first cover body assembly on the body and the matching state of the food container in the body, so that the first heating device is prevented from working to roast other equipment such as a table top and the like or scald a user when the first cover body assembly is not covered on the body, the first heating device is prevented from working to cause a safety accident when the first cover body assembly is not buckled with the body, the risk of fire on the body caused by the working of the first heating device when the food container is not installed in the body is also prevented, and the cooking appliance is safer to use.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the execution of the step S1 and the step S2 are not in sequence, and the step S1 and the step S2 may be performed simultaneously, or the step S1 may be performed first, and then the step S2 is performed, or the step S2 may be performed first, and then the step S1 is performed, which is within the protection scope of the present invention.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the cooking appliance includes an alarm assembly for determining that the first cover assembly is not properly covered and/or the food container is not properly fitted and controlling the first heating device to be not operated, and further includes: and controlling an alarm component to alarm.
Therefore, when the first cover body assembly is detected not to be covered on the body, for example, the first cover body assembly is not installed on the body but is directly placed on a desktop, the user is reminded through the first heating device which does not work and gives an alarm, the safety risk that the desktop is baked by the first heating device with waste heat is avoided, the first cover body assembly covers the body but is badly buckled with the body, and the user is reminded through the first heating device which does not work and gives an alarm to check the buckling condition of the first cover body assembly. When the food container is detected not to be matched in place in the body, for example, the first cover body assembly covers the body but the food container is not installed in the body, the user is reminded through the non-operation and alarm of the first heating device, the body is prevented from being directly baked by the first heating device, and the fire risk caused by the circulation of high-temperature gas on the plastic structure of the body is avoided. In the invention, the alarm component can also be connected with the control device to alarm under the control of the control device.
A control process of the cooking appliance 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1-5, 10, 15 and 17, the first cover assembly 20 is provided with a detection device 4, the detection device 4 includes a first detection assembly 40a and a second detection assembly 40b, the first detection assembly 40a includes a first microswitch and a first movable member 42, and the second detection assembly 40b includes a second microswitch and a second movable member 43.
Food container 12 detection: as shown in fig. 11, the second movable member 43 is in a free state when not contacting the food container 12, and does not contact the second microswitch, which is not triggered, so that the first heating device 21 does not work; as shown in fig. 11 and 14, after the second movable member 43 contacts the food container 12, the second movable member moves upward under the action of the rim 121 of the food container 12 and triggers the switch elastic sheet 45 of the second microswitch to be connected with the contact 441, so as to realize signal switching, and the detection of whether the food container 12 exists can be realized through the action structure.
And (3) detecting the body 11: as shown in fig. 6, the first movable member 42 is in a free state when not contacting the main body 11, and does not contact the first micro switch, and the first micro switch is not triggered, so that the first heating device 21 does not work; as shown in fig. 7 and 9, when the first moving member 42 contacts the body 11, the first moving member moves upward under the action of the body 11 to touch the switch elastic sheet 45 of the first micro switch to be connected with the contact 441, so as to implement signal switching, and the presence or absence of the body 11 can be detected through the action structure.
The detection of the food container 12 and the detection of the body 11 are realized through the two structures, and the control working modes of combining two detection signals are as follows:
1) after the cooking appliance 100 is powered on, when the food container 12 is detected and indicated not to be switched on (i.e. the food container 12 is not matched in place), a signal indicates that no food container 12 exists, the first cover body assembly 20 is not placed on the food container 12 in the state, the working is abnormal, the risk of fire caused by the first heating device 21 exists, and the whole machine alarms and cannot work;
2) after the cooking appliance 100 is powered on, when the body 11 is detected and indicated to be not switched on (i.e. the first cover assembly 20 is not matched in place), a signal indicates that the body 11 is absent, in this state, the first cover assembly 20 is not placed on the body 11 and may be placed on a table top or an inflammable object, so that the risk of burning the table top or the inflammable object directly exists, the work is indicated to be abnormal, and the whole machine cannot work;
3) after the cooking appliance 100 is powered on, it is detected that the food container 12 is turned on (i.e. the food container 12 is engaged in position), and the main body 11 is turned on (i.e. the first cover assembly 20 is engaged in position), in this state, the food container 12 is normally placed in the main body 11, the first cover assembly 20 is also normally placed on the main body 11, and the whole cooking machine is in a normal state, and can safely work, and start entering the cooking mode selected by the user, for example, the baking cooking mode.
The signal detection can realize double protection of the whole machine working mode of the cooking appliance 100, so that the whole machine is prevented from causing combustion risks, and the safety factor of the whole machine is improved.
Other configurations and operations of the cooking appliance 100 and the control method according to the embodiment of the present invention are known to those skilled in the art and will not be described in detail herein.
In the description of the present invention, it should be noted that, unless otherwise explicitly specified or limited, the terms "mounted," "connected," and "connected" are to be construed broadly, e.g., as meaning either a fixed connection, a removable connection, or an integral connection; can be mechanically or electrically connected; they may be connected directly or indirectly through intervening media, or they may be interconnected between two elements. While embodiments of the invention have been shown and described, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: various changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made to the embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined by the claims and their equivalents.

Claims (19)

1. A cooking appliance, comprising:
a pan assembly comprising a body and a food container removably disposed within the body;
the first cover body assembly is detachably arranged on the body in a covering manner and comprises a first heating device;
a detection device including a first detection assembly and a second detection assembly, the first detection assembly being configured to detect a covering state of the first cover assembly on the body, the second detection assembly being configured to detect a fitting state of the food container in the body;
the control device is arranged in the pot body assembly or the first cover body assembly and is connected with the detection device, and the control device controls the first heating device to stop working under the condition that the first detection assembly detects that the first cover body assembly is not covered in place and/or the second detection assembly detects that the food container is not matched in place.
2. The cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein the control device controls the first heating device to operate under the condition that the first detecting assembly detects that the first cover assembly is covered in place and the second detecting assembly detects that the food container is fitted in place.
3. The cooking appliance of claim 1, wherein the first detection assembly comprises a proximity switch, a micro switch, or a capacitive signal sensing switch, and/or wherein the second detection assembly comprises a proximity switch, a micro switch, or a capacitive signal sensing switch.
4. The cooking appliance of claim 1, wherein the first detection assembly comprises:
the first switch piece is arranged on the first cover body assembly and is electrically connected with the control device;
the first movable part is arranged on the first cover body assembly and connected with the first switch element, the first movable part is suitable for abutting and matching with the body, and the body jacks up the first movable part in a state of matching with the first cover body assembly so as to determine that the first cover body assembly is covered in place.
5. The cooking appliance of claim 4, wherein the body includes a housing and a thermally insulated pan disposed within the housing, the food container is disposed within the thermally insulated pan, and the housing or the thermally insulated pan jacks up the first movable member in a state where the body is engaged with the first cover assembly, or,
the body comprises a shell, the food container is arranged in the shell, and the shell jacks up the first movable piece when the body is matched with the first cover body assembly.
6. The cooking appliance of claim 4, wherein the second detection assembly comprises:
the second switch piece is arranged on the first cover body assembly and is electrically connected with the control device;
the second movable part is arranged on the first cover body assembly and connected with the second switch element, the second movable part is suitable for abutting cooperation with the food container to realize detection of the cooperation state of the food container, and the food container jacks up the second movable part in the state of cooperation with the first cover body assembly to determine that the food container is matched in place.
7. The cooking appliance according to claim 6, wherein the control device controls the first heating device to operate in a state where both the first movable member and the second movable member are lifted.
8. The cooking appliance of claim 4, wherein the body has a first engagement member adapted to engage against the first movable member, the first engagement member being an upper surface of the body.
9. The cooking appliance of claim 6, wherein the food container has a second engagement member adapted to engage against the second movable member, the second engagement member being a rim of the food container.
10. The cooking appliance of claim 6, wherein the first switch member includes a first micro switch that is activated in a state in which the first movable member is in abutting engagement with the body, the second switch member includes a second micro switch that is activated in a state in which the second movable member is in abutting engagement with the food container, and the first heating device operates in a state in which the first micro switch and the second micro switch are simultaneously activated and does not operate in a state in which at least one of the first micro switch and the second micro switch is not activated.
11. The cooking appliance according to claim 4, wherein the first cover assembly has a first mounting hole, the first movable member includes a first movable rod, the first movable rod moves up and down in the first mounting hole, when a first end of the first movable rod contacts with the upper surface of the main body, the first movable rod is pushed up by the upper surface of the main body, and a second end of the first movable rod triggers the switch elastic piece of the first switch member to move, so that the switch elastic piece of the first switch member is connected with the contact of the first switch member.
12. The cooking appliance according to claim 6, wherein the first cover assembly has a second mounting hole, the second movable member includes a second movable rod, the second movable rod moves up and down in the second mounting hole, the first end of the second movable rod is lifted by the food container when contacting the food container, and the second end of the second movable rod triggers the switch spring of the second switch member, so that the switch spring of the second switch member is connected to the contact of the second switch member.
13. The cooking appliance according to claim 11, wherein the first moving rod is provided with a first retaining portion protruding from an outer peripheral surface of the first moving rod and located above the first mounting hole, a maximum extension of the first retaining portion in a radial direction of the first mounting hole is larger than a diameter of the first mounting hole,
under the state that the first anti-falling part is abutted to the upper edge of the first mounting hole, the lower surface of the first moving rod is higher than the lower surface of the first cover body assembly.
14. The cooking appliance according to claim 12, wherein the second moving rod is provided with a second retaining portion which projects from an outer peripheral surface of the second moving rod and is located above the second mounting hole, a maximum extension of the second retaining portion in a radial direction of the second mounting hole is larger than a diameter of the second mounting hole,
and under the state that the second anti-falling part is abutted against the upper edge of the second mounting hole, the lower surface of the second movable rod is higher than the lower surface of the first cover body assembly.
15. The cooking appliance of claim 1, wherein the first detection assembly is located on a side of the second detection assembly that is distal from an axis of the first cover assembly in a radial direction of the first cover assembly.
16. The cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein a fan is provided on the first cover assembly, and the control device controls the fan not to operate under the condition that the first detection assembly detects that the first cover assembly is not properly covered and/or the second detection assembly detects that the food container is not properly fitted.
17. The cooking appliance of any one of claims 1 to 16, further comprising a second cover assembly detachably attached to the body,
wherein the cooking appliance has a first cooking mode and a second cooking mode,
when the cooking appliance is in the first cooking mode, the first cover body assembly covers the pot body assembly;
when the cooking utensil is in the second cooking mode, the second cover body assembly covers the pot body assembly, wherein,
the first cooking mode is a baking cooking mode, and the second cooking mode is a pressure cooking mode or an electric cooking mode.
18. A method for controlling a cooking appliance according to any one of claims 1 to 17, comprising the steps of:
detecting the covering state of the first cover body assembly on the body;
detecting a fitting state of the food container in the body;
and controlling the first heating device not to work when the first cover body assembly is not covered in place and/or the food container is not matched in place.
19. The method of claim 18, wherein the cooking appliance includes an alarm assembly, the determining that the first cover assembly is not properly seated and/or the food container is not properly seated controls the first heating device to be deactivated, and further comprising:
and controlling the alarm component to alarm.
