The length of the wall toe 202 is 1/9H-1/6H, and the thickness is 1/18H-1/16H. The section width of the groove 204 is 20-40 mm larger than the diameter of the waste tire 1, and the height h of the groove 204 is 2t +150mm (t is the section width of the waste tire).
