Wherein, can carry out the block between water tank 20 and the catch basin 11 and link to each other, perhaps set up mutually independently between water tank 20 and the catch basin 11, for example the mutual separation between water tank 20 and the catch basin 11, water tank 20 places on the catch basin 11, when needing to wash or add water, water tank 20 can take off from the catch basin 11, of course, water tank 20 also can place on the catch basin 11 and add water.
In the prior art, when the water tank 20 continuously fills the reservoir 11 and the water level in the reservoir 11 reaches a predetermined value, the sealing member of the float 13 contacts the filling channel 12 of the reservoir 11 to close the filling channel 12 of the reservoir 11. As the water in the reservoir tank 11 continuously flows into the heating element assembly 30, the float 13 descends along with the change of the liquid level in the reservoir tank 11, the water filling channel 12 of the reservoir tank 11 is opened, the water in the water tank 20 flows into the reservoir tank 11 to replenish the water amount in the reservoir tank 11, and the float 13 continuously ascends along with the liquid level to close the water filling channel 12 of the reservoir tank 11 again. However, in the using process of the garment steamer, the floater 13 is easy to move in the water storage tank 11, sometimes the water level in the water storage tank 11 reaches the preset water level, but the floater 13 has a certain distance from the water inlet in the water storage tank, and the water inlet in the water storage tank 11 cannot be closed.
To solve the above problems, in the present embodiment, the reservoir 11 has a float 13 and a sealing member 14 for sealing the filling passage 12, and the sealing member 14 is connected to the float 13 such that when the water level in the reservoir 11 rises, the sealing member 14 seals the filling passage 12 by the thrust of the float 13. Wherein the sealing assembly 14 is opposite to the water filling channel 12, the sealing assembly 14 is positioned below the water filling channel 12, the upper side of the sealing assembly 14 is opposite to the water filling channel 12, and the float 13 is connected to the sealing assembly 14.
When water in the water tank 20 enters the water storage tank 11 through the water outlet 21, the water level in the water storage tank 11 rises, meanwhile, the water in the water storage tank 11 enters the heating element assembly 30, the floater 13 rises towards the water injection channel 12, when the water level in the water storage tank 11 is balanced with the water level in the heating element assembly 30, namely the water in the water storage tank 11 reaches the preset water level, the sealing assembly 14 seals the water injection channel 12 under the thrust action of the floater 13, and the sealing assembly 14 seals the water injection channel 12. The heat generating body assembly 30 heats water inside the heat generating body assembly 30 to become steam, thereby ironing the laundry. After the water in the heating element assembly 30 is heated and evaporated, the water level in the heating element assembly 30 is lowered, meanwhile, the water level in the water storage tank 11 is lowered, the floater 13 moves towards the bottom direction of the water storage tank 11, and the sealing assembly 14 opens the water injection channel 12 under the pulling force of the floater 13, so that the water in the water tank 20 enters the water storage tank 11 through the water outlet 21. The purpose of automatically storing water into the water storage tank 11 by the water tank 20 is completed, thus ensuring that the water level in the water storage tank 11 is always kept at a certain water level,
it should be noted that the preset water level in the water storage tank 11 can be determined according to the actual requirement of the garment steamer during operation, which is not limited in this embodiment.
The embodiment of the utility model provides a garment steamer, through setting up sealing component 14, sealing component 14 seals water injection passageway 12 under the effect of float 13 thrust, perhaps when the water level of catch basin 11 descends, sealing component 14 opens water injection passageway 12 under the effect of float 13 pulling force. Through setting up seal assembly 14, seal assembly 14 is connected with float 13, prevents that float 13 from producing the drunkenness at rising or decline in-process, can in time close the water injection passageway 12 of catch basin 11 after the water level in catch basin 11 reaches preset water level to accurate control catch basin 11 middle water level makes steam can produce smoothly.
As an optional mode, in the garment steamer provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the water storage tank 11 includes a water storage tank body 111 and a cover 112 covering the water storage tank body 111, and the water injection channel 12 is located in the cover 112. The reservoir body 111 may be barrel-shaped, the cover 112 covers the opening of the reservoir body 111, the cover 112 may have an extending portion 1121 extending toward the inside of the reservoir body 111, and the water injection channel 12 is located in the extending portion 1121.
As an optional mode, the embodiment of the present invention provides a garment steamer, wherein the sealing assembly 14 includes a sealing structure 141 partially extending into the water filling channel 12 and a sealing member 142 for sealing the water filling channel 12, the sealing structure 141 is connected to the float 13, the sealing member 142 is disposed on the sealing structure 141, and the sealing member 142 is disposed between the float 13 and the water filling channel 12.
In a concrete implementation, one end of the sealing structure 141 passes through the water filling channel 12, and maintains a state in which a portion is located in the water filling channel 12. That is, when the reservoir tank 11 is empty of water and the float 13 abuts against the bottom of the reservoir tank 11, one end of the seal structure 141 is positioned in the water filling passage 12. When the float 13 rises, one end of the sealing structure 141 moves along the filling channel 12 toward the water outlet 21 until the sealing member 142 closes the end of the filling channel 12 toward the float 13.
Specifically, when the water level in the reservoir tank 11 drops, the float 13 moves towards the bottom of the reservoir tank 11 under the action of gravity, and simultaneously the float 13 drives the sealing structure 141 to move towards the bottom of the reservoir tank 11, and the sealing structure 141 moves to drive the sealing member 142 to move so as to open the water filling channel 12, so that the water in the water tank 20 flows into the reservoir tank 11. When the float 13 is pushed up by the water in the reservoir 11, the float 13 drives the sealing structure 141 to move toward the water outlet 21, so that the sealing member 142 seals the water filling channel 12, and the water in the water tank 20 cannot flow into the reservoir 11 through the water outlet 21 and the water filling channel 12.
