The first inclined plane 521 is used to provide a guide for the protruding buckle position 41 to enable the first buckle body 52 to retract upwards in the process of installing the water tank 4 to the installation groove, so that the protruding buckle position 41 is switched from an outer side surface of the first buckle body 52 facing the notch (that is, the outer side surface of the first buckle body 52 refers to the side surface of the first buckle body 52 facing the notch) to a limiting position on the inner side surface of the first buckle body 52 when the first buckle body 52 retracts upwards, that is, the protruding buckle position 41 and the lower end of the first buckle body 52 are switched from a non-limiting state to a limiting state. The second inclined surface 522 is used for guiding the protruding buckle position 41 to retract upwards in the process of detaching the water tank 4 from the mounting groove, so that the protruding buckle position 41 is switched from the inner side surface of the first buckle body 52 to the outer side surface of the first buckle body 52 at the protruding buckle position 41, that is, the protruding buckle position 41 and the lower end of the first buckle body 52 are switched from a limiting state to a non-limiting state.
Again as shown in connection with fig. 5. The concave buckling position 42 is a concave groove arranged on the bottom end face of the water tank 4. The lower elastic body includes a second receiving hole 14, a second elastic element 53 and a second buckle 54, the second elastic element 53 is an elastic element such as a spring or an adhesive tape disposed between the second receiving hole 14 and the lower end of the second buckle 54, the second receiving hole 14 is disposed on the second rail 16 with its opening facing upward, the second buckle 54 is disposed in the second receiving hole 14 through the second elastic element 53, and the upper end of the second buckle 54 is exposed out of the second receiving hole 14.
Moreover, an upward third inclined surface 541 and an upward fourth inclined surface 542 are disposed at the upper end of the second buckle body 54, the third inclined surface 541 and the fourth inclined surface 542 are disposed opposite to each other, the third inclined surface 541 is disposed toward the notch of the mounting groove, and the fourth inclined surface 542 is disposed opposite to the notch of the mounting groove. The third inclined surface 541 is used for guiding the bottom end surface of the water tank 4 in the process of installing the water tank 4 in the installation slot, so that the second buckle body 54 retracts downwards to accumulate an upward return elastic force, and the upper end of the second buckle body 54 is limited in the concave buckle position 42 when the concave buckle position 42 is aligned with the upper end of the second buckle body 54, that is, the concave buckle position 42 and the upper end of the second buckle body 54 are switched from a non-limiting state to a limiting state. The fourth inclined surface 542 is used for guiding the bottom end surface of the water tank 4 during the process of detaching the water tank 4 from the mounting groove, so that the second buckle body 54 retracts downwards to separate the upper end of the second buckle body 54 from the concave buckle position 42, i.e. the position between the concave buckle position 42 and the upper end of the second buckle body 54 is switched from a limiting state to a non-limiting state.
Specifically, the process of mounting the water tank 4 to the mounting groove is as follows: the water tank 4 is pushed in from the notch of the mounting groove, the first inclined surface 521 of the first buckle body 52 is in contact with the outer side surface of the convex buckle position 41, and the third inclined surface 541 of the second buckle body 54 is in contact with the bottom end surface of the water tank 4; when a pushing force F1 pushing toward the mounting groove is continuously applied to the water tank 4, the pushing force F1 applies an upward acting component force to the first buckle body 52 through the first inclined surface 521, so that the first elastic element 51 is compressed to accumulate a downward restoring elastic force, the first buckle body 52 is driven to generate an upward retracting force until the position of the lower end of the first buckle body 52 is not lower than the top end surface of the convex buckle position 41, the convex buckle position 41 is switched to be positioned on the inner side surface of the first buckle body 52 after the outer side surface of the first buckle body 52 passes over the lower end of the first buckle body 52 along with the pushing of the water tank 4, at this time, the first elastic element 51 generates a downward restoring elastic force to the first buckle body 52 to drive the lower end of the first buckle body 52 to move downward, and therefore the lower end of the first buckle body 52 is limited on the inner side surface of the convex buckle position 41, the convex buckle position 41 and the lower end of the first buckle body 52 are switched from a non-limiting state to a limiting state; meanwhile, under the action of a pushing force F1, the bottom end surface of the water tank 4 is in contact connection with the third inclined surface 541 of the second buckle body 54, and a downward acting component force is applied to the second buckle body 54 by the bottom end surface of the water tank 4 through the third inclined surface 541, so that the second elastic element 53 is compressed to accumulate an upward return elastic force and drive the second buckle body 54 to move downward, and thus the second buckle body 54 does not interfere with the bottom end surface of the water tank 4, so that the water tank 4 moves toward the mounting groove, until the upper end of the second buckle body 54 enters the concave buckle position 42, the second elastic element 53 generates an upward return elastic force to drive the second buckle body 54 to move upward, so that the upper end of the second buckle body 54 is limited in the concave buckle position 42, and the position between the concave buckle position 42 and the upper end of the second buckle body 54 is switched from a non-limited state to a limited state, and finally, the installation of the water tank 4 is finished.
In addition, when the water tank 4 needs to be added with water or cleaned, the process of detaching the water tank 4 from the mounting groove is as follows: a user (or a user) holds the water tank 4 by hands, and generates a pulling force F2 (the direction of the pulling force F2 is opposite to the direction of the pushing force F1) for the water tank 4 to move away from the mounting groove; the second inclined surface 522 of the first buckle body 52 is in contact with the inner side surface of the male buckle portion 41, the fourth inclined surface 542 of the second buckle body 54 is in contact with the groove wall of the female buckle portion 42, the pulling force F2 is respectively decomposed by the first inclined surface 521 and the fourth inclined surface 542 into an upward acting component force on the first buckle body 52 and a downward acting component force on the second buckle body 54, so that the first elastic element 51 is compressed to drive the first buckle body 52 to move upward and the second elastic element 53 is compressed to drive the second buckle body 54 to move downward, the lower end of the first buckle body 52 does not limit the male buckle portion 41, so that the male buckle portion 41 can be switched to the outer side surface of the first buckle body 52 after the inner side surface of the first buckle body 52 passes over the lower end of the first buckle body 52 when the water tank 4 moves, and the upper end of the second buckle body 54 moves downward and then moves out of the female buckle portion 42 under the pulling force F2 So that the concave buckling position 42 also releases the limit of the second buckling body 54; when the position between the concave buckle position 42 and the upper end of the second buckle body 54 is switched from the limit state to the non-limit state and the position between the concave buckle position 42 and the upper end of the second buckle body 54 is switched from the non-limit state to the limit state, the water tank 4 can be taken down from the notch. After the water tank 4 is taken down, the water tank cover is opened, and water can be conveniently added or cleaned.
The slope of the first slope 521 of the first buckle body 52 is greater than the slope of the second slope 522; at the same pushing force F1 or pulling force F2, when the slope is larger, the component force acting upward on the first buckle body 52 through the convex buckle position 41 is larger, so that the first elastic element 51 is easier to be compressed. That is, when the slope of the first slope 521 is greater than the slope of the second slope 522, the pushing force F1 required for mounting the water tank 4 is less than the pulling force F2 required for detaching the water tank 4, the smaller pushing force F1 is beneficial to reducing the difficulty of mounting the water tank 4, and the larger pulling force F2 can ensure that the water tank 4 is firmly mounted in the mounting groove, so that the situation that the weight of the full water in the water tank 4 is too large and the water tank is separated from the mounting groove in the use process of the garment steamer is avoided, and the overall reliability of the garment steamer is improved. Similarly, the slope of the third slope 541 of the second buckle body 54 is greater than the slope of the fourth slope 542.
The lower end of the first receiving hole 13 is provided with an inner protrusion 131, the upper end of the first buckle body 52 is provided with an outer protrusion 520, the size of the outer protrusion 520 is larger than that of the inner protrusion 131, so that the outer protrusion 520 is limited in the first receiving hole 13 by the inner protrusion 131, and thus the length of the lower end of the first buckle body 52 exposed out of the first receiving hole 13 can be ensured by the limiting action of the inner protrusion 131 on the outer protrusion 520, that is, the height position of the lower end of the first buckle body 52 is determined, so that the buckle position 41 can be in contact with the first inclined surface 521 or the second inclined surface 522 of the lower end of the first buckle body 52 in the process of assembling and disassembling the water tank 4, and the water tank 4 can be installed in the installation groove or disassembled from the installation groove.
In addition, in order to ensure that the water tank 4 is firmly and stably installed in the installation groove, the male buckling position 41 and the female buckling position 42 are both located on a central axis of the water tank 4, or the male buckling position 41 and the female buckling position 42 are respectively symmetrically arranged on two opposite side surfaces of the central axis of the water tank 4.
As further shown in connection with fig. 6. A water supply channel 47 communicated with the water outlet 43 is arranged in the water tank 4, a sealing valve for sealing the water outlet 43 is arranged in the water supply channel 47, the sealing valve includes a valve seat 44, a third elastic element 45 and a valve core 46, the valve core 46 is elastically connected with the valve body 44 through the third elastic element 45, and the valve core 46 is abutted and sealed against the inner side surface of the water outlet 43 under the elastic action of the third elastic element 45, so that the water in the water tank 4 cannot flow out of the water outlet 43.
When the water tank 4 is installed in the installation groove, the water inlet insertion tube 11 is inserted into the water outlet 43 and pushes the valve core 46 to leave the water outlet 43, and the sealing valve no longer seals the water outlet 43, so that water in the water tank 4 can enter the water inlet insertion tube 11 through the water outlet 43. One end of the water pump 12 is communicated with the water inlet insertion pipe 11, and the other end of the water pump 12 is communicated with the evaporation device, so that water in the water tank 4 is sent to the evaporation device through the water pump 12, steam generated by the evaporation device is sent to the steam ironing head 3, and clothes are ironed by the steam ironing head 3. Wherein, the evaporation device and the steam ironing head 3 are realized by any one of the prior art, and the present application does not make any innovation, and the structure and function thereof are not further described.
In addition, in order to avoid water leakage from the water tank 4 when the sealing valve fails, the water outlet 43 is preferably provided at the upper end of the water tank 4. A water pipe 48 communicated with the water supply passage 47 is provided in the water tank 4, an upper end of the water pipe 48 is communicated with the water supply passage 47, and a lower end of the water pipe 48 extends to the bottom of the water tank 4, so that the water can be supplied to the water tank 4 normally even when the water level is low through the water pipe 48.
Furthermore, the water inlet inserting pipe 11 is preferably arranged on the wall of the mounting groove opposite to the notch, so that when the water inlet inserting pipe 11 is inserted into the water outlet 43, the water inlet inserting pipe 11 and the water outlet 43 can also play a role in fixing the water tank 4 to a certain extent so as to prevent the water tank 4 from being separated from the notch.
Furthermore, as shown in fig. 7, since the steamer head 3 and the water tank 4 are respectively located at two ends of the steamer body 1, it is preferable that the water tank 4 and the steamer head 3 are located at the same side of the steamer body 1, and the handle 2 and the water tank 4 are respectively located at two opposite sides of the same end of the steamer body 1. That is, the water tank 4 is located on the same side of the steamer body 1 as the steamer head 3, and the handle 2 is located on the back of the water tank 4. The structure has the advantages that when the garment is ironed by the garment steamer, the steam ironing head 3 is aligned downwards with the garment 9 placed on the operation table, the water tank 4 is downward close to the garment 9, and the handle 2 is upward relative to the garment 9, so that the overall gravity center of the garment steamer is basically located on the water tank 4 or below the water tank 4, the overall gravity center of the garment steamer is reduced, the defect that the garment steamer cannot be ironed because the steam ironing head 3 is separated from the garment due to swinging of the garment steamer caused by high gravity center in the use process is overcome, a user can relatively easily align the steam ironing head 3 downwards with the garment 9 and conveniently move the steam ironing head 3 on the garment 9 by holding the handle 2, and the garment steamer is very convenient to use.
Furthermore, the overall appearance of the garment steamer body 1 is inverted L-shaped or arc-shaped, the steam ironing head 3 is arranged at the first tail end of the garment steamer body 1, and the handle 2 and the water tank 4 are arranged at the second tail end of the garment steamer body 1; the steamer head 3 and at least part of the second end of the steamer body 1 are located on the same plane. Therefore, when the garment is ironed by using the garment steamer, the steam ironing head 3 is downward aligned with the garment 9 placed on the operation table board, the second tail end of the garment steamer body 1 can also be placed on the operation table board or the garment 9, a user can hold the handle 2 to push the steam ironing head 3 to iron different parts of the garment 9, the user does not need to bear all or most of the weight of the garment steamer when holding the handle 2, and the use difficulty of the garment steamer is reduced, so that the garment steamer is convenient to use.
The above description is only exemplary of the present application and should not be taken as limiting the present application, as any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present application should be included in the protection scope of the present application.
