Referring to fig. 1, the cleaning apparatus 100 includes a cleaning container 20, a position-limiting structure 40 and a cleaning structure. Wherein, cleaning container 20 is arranged in splendid attire washing liquids such as water, and limit structure 40 is arranged in cleaning container 20 with scrubbing brush 200 spacing, and the cleaning structure is arranged in driving scrubbing brush 200 washing liquid and rotates to realize scrubbing brush 200's washing.
The cleaning container 20 comprises a water tank 21 and a support base 23 installed in the water tank 21, the water tank 21 is used for containing cleaning liquid, and the limiting structure 40 and the cleaning structure are detachably installed in the water tank 21 through the support base 23.
As shown in fig. 3, 4 and 5, the water tank 21 includes a tank body 212 and a piston assembly 214 detachably coupled to the tank body 212. The tank body 212 has a substantially cubic housing structure, and in this application, the longitudinal direction of the tank body 212 is defined as a first direction, the width direction of the tank body 212 is defined as a second direction, and the height direction of the tank body 212 is defined as a third direction. The tank body 212 includes a tank bottom wall 211 and a tank sidewall 213 formed by extending the edge of the tank bottom wall 211 in the same direction, and the tank sidewall 213 surrounds the outer circumference of the tank bottom wall 211 to form a cleaning chamber with an opening at one end together with the tank bottom wall 211.
The water tank bottom wall 211 is provided with a water outlet 2112 communicating the cleaning cavity with the external environment, and the piston assembly 214 is detachably mounted on the water outlet 2112 to open or close the water outlet 2112. In this manner, when the piston assembly 214 closes the outlet hole 2112, water can be stored in the tank body 212 to clean the floor brush 200. After the cleaning is completed, the user can operate the piston assembly 214 to open the water outlet 2112, and the sewage in the tank body 212 can be discharged through the water outlet 2112.
Further, in some embodiments, the bottom wall 211 of the tank is inclined with respect to the horizontal plane, the bottom wall 211 of the tank extends obliquely from the sidewall 213 of the tank toward the outlet hole 2112, and the distance between the sidewall 213 of the tank and the opening end of the cleaning chamber decreases monotonically. So, apopore 2112 sets up in the lower extreme of water tank diapire 211 on vertical direction, and the water in the cistern body 212 can flow out fast through apopore 2112 under the action of gravity, avoids having water to remain in the cistern body 212.
One end of the piston assembly 214 is detachably inserted into the water outlet hole 2112 along the third direction to open or close the water outlet hole 2112, and the other end of the piston assembly 214 extends out of the cleaning chamber to be held by a user at the edge.
Specifically, the piston assembly 214 includes a piston rod 2141, a sealing member 2143, and a limiting member 2145. The piston rod 2141 is a cylindrical structure extending along a straight line, the sealing element 2143 is sleeved at one end of the piston rod 2141, the outer diameter of the sealing element 2143 is matched with the inner diameter of the water outlet hole 2112, and the sealing element 2143 can generate recoverable elastic deformation under the action of external force. In this way, the sealing member 2143 may be detachably inserted into the outlet hole 2112 along the third direction, thereby effectively closing the outlet hole 2112 to prevent water in the tank body 212 from leaking. The end of the plunger rod 2141 distal to the seal 2143 extends out of the washing chamber in a third direction for gripping by a user. The end of the piston rod 2141 extending out of the cleaning cavity is provided with a limiting part 2145, the limiting part 2145 includes a limiting part main body and positioning columns, the limiting part main body abuts against a side end face of the water tank sidewall 213 away from the water tank bottom wall 211, the two positioning columns are convexly arranged on a side surface of the limiting part main body abutting against the water tank sidewall 213 and are arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction, two positioning holes are arranged at intervals at one end of the water tank sidewall 213 away from the water tank bottom wall 211, and the two positioning columns can be respectively inserted into the two positioning holes, so that the limiting part 2145 is limited.
Thus, the sealing element 2143 is embedded in the water outlet 2112 to block the water outlet 2112, and the piston rod 2141 is vertically retained in the cleaning container 20 by the retaining element 2145. When the user needs to discharge the sewage, the user can hold the limiting member 2145 and apply a pulling force to separate the sealing member 2143 from the water outlet 2112 without touching the sewage with hands.

Referring to fig. 2, 5 and 6, the limiting structure 40 is detachably mounted on the tank body 212, and the limiting structure 40 is used for forming a limiting space to accommodate the floor brush 200. Thus, the user can detach the limiting structure 40 from the water tank main body 212, then limit the floor brush 200 in the limiting space, and finally install the limiting structure 40 in the water tank main body 212 to enable the limiting space to be located in the cleaning cavity, so that the floor brush 200 is limited in the cleaning cavity.
Specifically, the position limiting structure 40 includes a first position limiting clamp 41 and a second position limiting clamp 43. The first position-limiting clamp 41 includes a first connecting portion 412, and a first position-limiting portion 414 and a first manipulating portion 416 connected to two ends of the first connecting portion 412, and the second position-limiting clamp 43 includes a second connecting portion 432, and a second position-limiting portion 434 and a second manipulating portion 436 connected to two ends of the second connecting portion 432.
The first connecting portion 412 and the second connecting portion 432 are rotatably connected, and a rotation axis of the first connecting portion 412 and the second connecting portion extends along a first direction. The cross sections of the first limiting portion 414 and the second limiting portion 434 perpendicular to the first direction are both arc-shaped, the first limiting portion 414 and the second limiting portion 434 together form a limiting space with a cross section approximately circular and matched with the shape of the floor brush 200, and the central axis of the floor brush 200 limited in the limiting space extends along the first direction. The first manipulating part 416 and the second manipulating part 436 are spaced from each other in the second direction and connected to each other through the spacing clip connecting member 45, and one end of the first manipulating part 416 away from the second manipulating part 436 is detachably supported on the tank sidewall 213 in the third direction, and one end of the second manipulating part 436 away from the first manipulating part 416 is detachably supported on the tank sidewall 213 in the third direction. In some embodiments, the curb clamp connection 45 is a spring.
Thus, when the user applies an acting force to the first manipulating part 416 and the second manipulating part 436 to move the first manipulating part 416 and the second manipulating part 436 in the second direction, the first connecting part 412 and the second connecting part 432 rotate to drive the first limiting part 414 and the second limiting part 434 to separate from each other, so that the radial dimension of the limiting space is increased to facilitate the installation or the removal of the floor brush 200. The user can release the first manipulating part 416 and the second manipulating part 436 after positioning the floor brush 200 between the first positioning part 414 and the second positioning part 434 or taking out the floor brush 200, and the first manipulating part 416 is separated from the second manipulating part 436 under the action of the positioning clip connector, so that the first positioning part 414 and the second positioning part 434 are moved together again to position the floor brush 200.
As shown in fig. 5, the cleaning structure includes a first clamp 61, a second clamp 63, a clamping mechanism 65, and a rotating mechanism 67. Wherein, first holder 61 and second holder 63 are located the both sides of spacing space in the first direction respectively, and fixture 65 drives first holder 61 and second holder 63 distance on the first direction under the exogenic action and is adjustable with centre gripping scrubbing brush 200, and slewing mechanism 67 is under the exogenic action or automatic drive first holder 61 and second holder 63 rotate around the first direction is synchronous in order to drive scrubbing brush 200 rotatory.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, 7 and 9, the first clip 61 includes a first clip main body 612, a first clip cushion 614 and a first bearing 616. The first clamping cushion 614 is fixedly connected to one end of the first clamping main body 612 to contact with the end surface of the floor brush 200, and the two first bearings 616 are sleeved on the other end of the first clamping main body 612 and are in interference fit with the first clamping member 61.
As shown in fig. 5, 8 and 9, the second clamp 63 includes a second clamp body 632, a second clamp cushion 634, a second bearing 636 and a clamp transmission wheel 638. The second clamping member main body 632 is fixedly connected to one end of the second clamping member main body 632 to contact with the end surface of the floor brush 200, the two second bearings 636 are sleeved in the middle of the second clamping member main body 632 and are in interference fit with the second clamping member main body 632, and the clamping member driving wheel 638 is connected to one end of the second clamping member main body 632, which is far away from the second clamping cushion 634.
With continued reference to fig. 5 and 9, the clamping mechanism 65 includes a clamping transmission member 652, a separating assembly 654, and a clamping member 656, wherein the separating assembly 654 and the clamping member 656 drive the first clamping member 61 to move in the first direction by the clamping transmission member 652.
Specifically, the clamping transmission member 652 includes a clamping transmission member main body 6521, a first connection hole is provided at one end of the clamping transmission member main body 6521, one end of the first clamping member 61 provided with the first bearing 616 extends into the first connection hole, and the outer ring of the first bearing 616 is in interference fit with the first connection hole. The other end of the clamping transmission member main body 6521 is provided with a second connecting hole, and the bottom wall of the second connecting hole is provided with a connecting column matched with the clamping member 656 in an outward protruding manner. In this way, the first clamping member 61 can rotate relative to the clamping transmission member 652 in the first direction via the first bearing 616 while following the linear movement of the clamping transmission member 652 in the first direction.
Further, the clamping transmission member 652 further includes a limiting rib 6523 protruding from the side wall of the clamping transmission member main body 6521, the supporting seat 23 is provided with a limiting groove extending along the first direction, and the limiting rib 6523 can be limited in the limiting groove and move along the first direction. In this manner, the clamping drive 652 can only move linearly in the first direction under the limiting action of the limiting rib 6523.
One end of the clamping member 656 is sleeved on the connecting column of the clamping transmission member 652, the other end of the clamping member 656 is fixedly connected to the supporting base 23, and the clamping member 656 has recoverable elastic deformation to apply a pushing force towards the direction of the second clamping member 63 to the clamping transmission member 652. Specifically, in one embodiment, the grippers 656 are springs.
With continued reference to fig. 5 and 9, the separating assembly 654 includes a pulley block 653 and a knob assembly 655 coupled to each other, such that a user can rotate the knob assembly 655 to manually operate the pulley block 653, and the pulley block 653 converts the rotation of the knob assembly 655 into linear movement of the clamping transmission 652 in a first direction away from the second clamping member 63.
Specifically, the knob assembly 655 includes a knob 6552 and a knob stem 6554. The knob lever 6554 extends along the second direction, one end of the knob lever 6554 is limited on one side of the tank sidewall 213 along the second direction, the other end of the knob lever 6554 extends out of the other side of the tank sidewall 213 along the second direction, and the knob 6552 is connected to one end of the knob lever 6554 extending out of the tank sidewall 213 and abuts against the outer surface of the tank sidewall 213. The knob 6552 is provided with a plurality of first limit teeth arranged along the circumferential direction, and the outer surface of the water tank side wall 213 is provided with a plurality of second limit teeth 2132 which are in interference fit with the first limit teeth. Thus, when the user rotates the knob 6552, the first limiting teeth on the knob 6552 overcome the resistance of the second limiting teeth 2132 to drive the knob lever 6554 to rotate, and when the user stops rotating the knob 6552, the knob 6552 is prevented from automatically reversing due to the blocking effect of the second limiting teeth 2132.
Pulley block 653 includes drive pulley 6532, driven pulley 6534, and flexible member 6536. The driver 6532 is sleeved on the knob lever 6554 to rotate along with the knob lever 6554. Driven wheel 6534 is located on the side of clamp drive 652 remote from second clamp 63 in the first direction for changing the direction of the force. The flexible member 6536 is a long flexible structure such as a rope or a cord, one end of the flexible member 6536 is fixedly connected to the driving wheel 6532, and the other end of the flexible member 6536 bypasses the driven wheel 6534 and is connected to the clamping transmission member 652.
In this way, the driving wheel 6532 can rotate along with the knob lever 6554 to retract or release the flexible member 6536, and when the driving wheel 6532 retracts the flexible member 6536 to gradually wind one end of the flexible member 6536 around the driving wheel 6532, the end of the flexible member 6536 connected to the clamping transmission member 652 applies a pulling force acting in a first direction to the clamping transmission member 652, so that the first clamping member 61 is away from the second clamping member 63 in the first direction. At this time, the user may mount the limiting structure 40 on the tank body 212 with the floor brush 200 between the first and second clamping members 61 and 63, or detach the limiting structure 40 from the tank body 212. When the driving wheel 6532 rotates reversely to release the flexible element 6536, the force applied by the flexible element 6536 on the clamping transmission element 652 disappears, and the clamping element 656 pushes the clamping transmission element 652 to move towards the second clamping element 63, so that the first clamping element 61 and the second clamping element 63 are close to each other to clamp the floor brush 200.
Referring to fig. 5 and fig. 9, the rotating mechanism 67 includes a power source, a driving member and a transmission assembly, the power source supplies power to the driving member, the driving member is connected to the second clamping member 63 through the transmission assembly, and the driving member drives the second clamping member 63 to rotate around the first direction through the transmission assembly 674.
Specifically in one embodiment, the driving member is a motor 672 and the transmission assembly is a bevel gear assembly 674, including a drive bevel gear 6741, a first bevel gear 6742, and a second bevel gear 6743. Wherein, the central axis of the drive shaft of the motor 672 extends along the first direction, and the drive bevel gear 6741 is sleeved on the drive shaft of the motor 672. The central axis of the first bevel gear 6742 extends in the third direction to mesh with the drive bevel gear 6741. The first bevel gear 6742 and the second bevel gear 6743 are connected through a transmission rod 6744, the transmission rod 6744 is rotatably mounted on the supporting seat 23 around the third direction through a bearing, and the central axis of the first bevel gear 6742 coincides with the central axis of the second bevel gear 6743. The holder transmission wheel 638 of the second holder 63 is a bevel gear and is engaged with the second bevel gear 6743, and the center axis of the holder transmission wheel 638 extends in the first direction.
Thus, the motor 672 drives the first bevel gear 6742 and the second bevel gear 6743 in turn to rotate the second clamping member 63 in the first direction. It is understood that the specific structure of the transmission assembly is not limited, and transmission assemblies with different structures can be arranged according to the requirement.
In other embodiments, as shown in fig. 10 and 11, the driving member is a rocker 676 and the transmission assembly is a transmission gear set 678. One end of the rocker 676 is connected with the transmission gear set 678, and the other end extends out of the water tank main body 212. Drive gear set 678 includes first drive wheel 6781 and second drive wheel 6783, first drive wheel 6781, the holder drive wheel 638 on second drive wheel 6783 and the second holder 63 is the spur gear, first drive wheel 6781, the number of teeth of second drive wheel 6783 and holder drive wheel 638 reduces in proper order, the central point of first drive wheel 6781 puts and rocker 676 rigid coupling, second drive wheel 6783 meshes with first drive wheel 6781 and holder drive wheel 638 simultaneously, and first drive wheel 6781, the central axis of second drive wheel 6783 and holder drive wheel 638 all extends along first direction.
Thus, a user can hold the rocker 676 and apply a torque to the rocker 676 to rotate the rocker 676, thereby rotating the second clamping member 63 via the transmission 674, and finally rotating the floor brush 200. Because the number of teeth of the first driving wheel 6781, the second driving wheel 6783 and the clamping piece driving wheel 638 is reduced in turn, when the rocker rotates for one week, the second clamping piece 63 can drive the floor brush 200 to rotate for several weeks, thereby saving the strength of a user while realizing manual control. Since the rotation of the floor brush 200 is driven by the user's rotation of the rocker 676, different rotation speeds and times can be selected manually as desired. Moreover, the whole cleaning device 100 can clean the floor brush 200 without being connected with a power supply, so that the application range of the cleaning device 100 is enlarged, the use scene of the cleaning device 100 is enlarged, and the energy is saved, and the environment is protected.
The steps of the cleaning device 100 for cleaning the floor brush 200 are as follows:
firstly, the user manually takes out the limiting structure 40 from the water tank body 212, presses the first operating part 416 of the first limiting clamp 41 and the second operating part 436 of the second limiting clamp 43 to open the limiting space, puts the floor brush 200 into the limiting space, and then releases the first limiting clamp 41 and the second limiting clamp 43, so that the floor brush 200 can be rotationally limited in the limiting space around the central axis thereof.
Then, the user places the restricting structure 40 on the tank main body 212, and rotates the knob 6552 to drive the first clamping member 61 to move toward the second clamping member 63 to clamp the floor brush 200 in the restricting space.
Thereafter, a cleaning liquid such as water is injected into the water tank main body 212. When the water in the water tank main body 212 reaches a preset water level, the user starts the motor 672, and the second clamping member 63 and the first clamping member 61 drive the floor brush 200 to rotate around the first direction together, so that the cleaning of the floor brush 200 is realized. In some embodiments, the rocker 676 can be manually manipulated by a user to effect rotation of the floor brush 200.
