本实用新型属改进了的软式拉索。
在机械传动中,软式拉索已成为不可缺少的传动方式之一,例如在汽车上的油门加速器、离合器、阻风门、手制动器、熄火拉索等系统均普遍采用了软式拉索,这些软式拉索在使用时由于位于外壳软管内的钢丝绳芯与外壳软管之间的摩擦阻力较大,容易发生负载变形量大、传动效率低等问题,致使离合器、加速器、手制动器等操作系统的灵敏性、可靠性受到影响,降低了行车安全系数。
本实用新型的目的是为软式拉索提供一种表面光滑的钢丝绳芯,以减少钢丝绳芯和外壳软管之间的内摩擦力,提高传动效率,减少负载变形,加大软式拉索工作的安全系数。
本实用新型以如下方式实现其目的:在软式拉索的钢丝绳表面涂敷一层复合塑料;涂层的厚度以0.2~0.6mm为宜;涂层的原料可以是以高密度聚乙烯为主体材料、掺入适量二硫化钼。
具有本实用新型所述钢丝绳芯的软式拉索,其传动效率较常规软式拉索明显提高,负载变形量小,操作轻便,受控件工作可靠。
以下结合附图进一步说明本实用新型:
图1是在外壳软管内有挂塑钢丝绳芯的软式拉索结构示意图。
钢丝绳芯3位于外壳软管1的空腔中,其外表面涂敷有一塑料层2;塑料层2的厚度可以是0.2~0.6mm,其制作可以采用在以高分子化合物为基本成分的热塑性塑料中掺入适量润滑剂的原料,例如,可以以高密度聚乙烯作为主体材料,掺入1~10%的二硫化钼。将混配好的塑料原料加热至近于熔化的状态下再将塑料涂敷到钢丝绳表面,即可得到表面光滑、摩擦阻力小的挂塑钢丝绳。

Claims (3)

1、一种机械传动用的软式拉索,有外壳软管和钢丝绳芯,其特征是在钢丝绳芯的表面有一层复合塑料。
2、如权利要求1所述的软式拉索,其特征是钢丝绳表面的复合塑料涂层厚度可以是0.2~0.6mm。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的软式拉索,其特征是钢丝绳芯表面的复合塑料涂层的原料可以以高密度聚乙烯为主体材料,掺入适量二硫化钼。
