The height of the electroplated part can be adjusted by the adjusting screw 221 which is hung with the electroplated part passing through the first eccentric hole 231 and being inserted into the second eccentric hole 241, and the height of the electroplated part can be changed by the adjusting screw 221 along with the rotation of the first eccentric wheel 23 and the second eccentric wheel 24, so that the electroplating height of the electroplated part can be adjusted, specifically, the electroplated part is the piston rod 3, when the highest position of the part needing electroplating on the piston rod 3 is higher than the electroplating liquid level, the first eccentric wheel 23 and the second eccentric wheel 24 are adjusted to rotate so that the adjusting screw 221 descends to drive the piston rod 3 to descend, and when the highest position of the part needing electroplating on the piston rod 3 is lower than the electroplating liquid level, the first eccentric wheel 23 and the second eccentric wheel 24 are adjusted to rotate so that; by limiting the electroplated part to be located between the first eccentric hole 231 and the second eccentric hole 241, that is, the piston rod 3 is suspended between the first eccentric hole 231 and the second eccentric hole 241, the axial movement of the piston rod 3 can be limited, and the piston rod 3 is prevented from falling off from the adjusting screw 221 in the electroplating process to affect the electroplating process. Alternatively, the axes of the first eccentric 23 and the second eccentric 24 are arranged horizontally. Wherein, the first eccentric wheel 23 and the second eccentric wheel 24 can rotate around the axes thereof within any angle range, optionally, the first eccentric wheel 23 and the second eccentric wheel 24 can both rotate within 180 degrees between the highest position and the lowest position of the eccentric hole, so as to maximize the height adjusting range of the adjusting screw rod 221 to the piston rod 3.

The electroplating hanger provided in the embodiment is further improved on the basis of the second embodiment. As shown in fig. 2, the connection assembly 21 specifically includes: one end of the connecting arm 211 is fixedly connected with the lower end of the hanging part 1, the other end of the connecting arm is hung below the hanging part 1, and the second through hole 42 is formed in one end, far away from the hanging part 1, of the connecting arm 211; a connecting rod 212 having one end connected to the connecting arm 211; one end of the pressing plate 213 is provided with a first connecting hole 45 sleeved on the connecting rod 212, the first through hole 41 is provided at one end of the pressing plate 213 away from the connecting rod 212, wherein one end of the connecting rod 212 away from the connecting arm 211 is provided with a first limiting member 214 detachably connected with the connecting rod 212, so as to limit the limit position of the pressing plate 213 on the connecting rod 212 through the first limiting member 214. A connecting arm 211 with one end fixedly connected with the lower end of the suspension part 1 and the other end suspended below the suspension part 1 provides a supporting force for the whole connecting assembly 21; a second through hole 42 is provided through the end of the connecting arm 211 remote from the suspension 1, providing space for the second eccentric 24. A space capable of accommodating the hanging part 1 of the electroplated part is formed between the connecting arm 211 and the pressing plate 213 through the connecting rod 212 with one end connected with the connecting arm 211 and the pressing plate 213 sleeved on the connecting rod 212, wherein the pressing plate 213 is provided with a first connecting hole 45, the pressing plate 213 is sleeved on the connecting rod 212 through the first connecting hole 45, and one end of the pressing plate 213 far away from the connecting arm 211 is provided with a first limiting part 214 detachably connected with the connecting rod 212, so that the pressing plate 213 can move along the connecting rod 212 to adapt to electroplated parts with different sizes, and the limiting position of the pressing plate 213 moving along the connecting rod 212 is limited through the first limiting part 214, thereby preventing the pressing plate 213 from falling off from the connecting rod 212 in the electroplating process to influence normal electroplating processing and being convenient to disassemble; a first through hole 41 is formed through an end of the pressing plate 213 away from the connecting rod 212 to provide a space for disposing the first eccentric 23. Alternatively, the connecting rod 212 is horizontally disposed, and the pressing plate 213 is perpendicular to the connecting rod 212.
It is emphasized that the connecting arm 211 is fixedly connected to the lower end of the hanging portion 1 in a manner including, but not limited to, welding, bolting, snapping and integrally forming. The second stopper 222 at the other end of the adjustment screw 221 restricts the movement of the pressing plate 213 in the axial direction of the adjustment screw 221. Optionally, the second limiting member 222 is a nut, the other end of the adjusting screw 221, which is away from the second eccentric wheel 24, is provided with a thread matched with the nut, and the axial movement of the pressing plate 213 along the adjusting screw 221 is limited by the matching between the nut and the thread, which is simple in structure and convenient to operate. It is understood that the second retaining member 222 can also be a nut, a snap spring, a bushing, or other device capable of achieving axial retaining.

The electroplating hanger provided in the embodiment is further improved on the basis of the third embodiment. As shown in fig. 6, the connection arm 211 specifically includes: a stem 2111 fixedly connected to the lower end of the suspension portion 1; a head portion 2112 provided at an end of the stem portion 2111 remote from the suspension portion 1, the second through hole 42 being provided in the head portion 2112; wherein the width of the head portion 2112 in the radial direction of the second through hole 42 is larger than the width of the stem portion 2111. The connecting arm 211 comprises a rod portion 2111 and a head portion 2112 by specific definition, wherein the rod portion 2111 is fixedly connected with the lower end of the suspension portion 1 to connect the plated member and bear weight; the head portion 2112 is arranged at one end of the rod portion 2111 far away from the hanging portion 1, and the second through hole 42 is arranged in the head portion 2112 to provide a space for arranging the second eccentric wheel 24; by limiting the radial width of the head portion 2112 along the second through hole 42 to be greater than the width of the rod portion 2111, the wall thickness of the head portion 2112 is increased, the strength of the head portion 2112 is increased, and the bearing capacity is enhanced.
Further, the thickness of the hanging portion 1 is larger than that of the connecting arm 211. Optionally, the axes of the third eccentric 26 and the fourth eccentric 27 are arranged horizontally to facilitate the plated part to remain stable.

In the electroplating hanger shown in fig. 1, the adjusting screw 221 is at the highest position; in the plating rack shown in fig. 2, the adjusting screw 221 is at the lowest position.
Further, as shown in fig. 3 to 4, a locking member 25 is disposed at an end of the second eccentric 24 away from the pressing plate 213, and the locking member can lock the second eccentric 24 when the second eccentric 24 rotates to any angle, so as to fix the height of the adjusting screw 221.

Further, the electroplating rack shown in fig. 5 is further improved on the basis of the electroplating rack shown in fig. 2, that is, a plurality of first eccentric wheels 23 and second eccentric wheels 24 are arranged to form adjustment gears with different heights, specifically, two first through holes 41 are arranged on the pressing plate 213 along the vertical direction, a first eccentric wheel 23 is arranged in each first through hole 41, two second through holes 42 are arranged on the connecting arm 211 along the vertical direction corresponding to the first through holes 41, and a second eccentric wheel 24 is arranged in each second through hole 42, so that the adjusting screw 221 can be connected with the pressing plate 213 and the connecting arm 211 through any pair of coaxial first eccentric wheels 23 and second eccentric wheels 24, thereby forming two adjustment gears in the vertical direction, further expanding the adjustment range of the electroplating height of the electroplating rack for the electroplated parts to be suitable for the electroplated parts with different sizes, the application range of the electroplating hanger is expanded.
As shown in fig. 6, the suspension portion 1 includes a suspension portion bottom plate 11 and a suspension portion cover plate 12, one side of the suspension portion bottom plate 11 is provided with a through rectangular groove, the suspension portion cover plate 12 abuts against one side end face of the groove opening on the suspension portion bottom plate 11, and the suspension portion cover plate 12 is connected with the suspension portion bottom plate 11 through a fixing bolt 13, so that a through channel with a rectangular cross section is formed between the suspension portion bottom plate 11 and the suspension portion cover plate 12, and therefore the suspension portion 1 is suspended above the plating solution through the through channel and a supporting component passing through the through channel, and a supporting force is provided for realizing electroplating processing of the electroplating hanger. Meanwhile, the hanging part 1 can slide through the through channel to adjust the position of the electroplating hanger, the hanging part bottom plate 11 and the hanging part cover plate 12 which are connected through the fixing bolt 13 are convenient for installation and disassembly of the electroplating hanger, the connection mode is simple, the operation is convenient and fast, and the implementation is easy.
