Specifically, the rolling assembly 414 is located at one side of the output opening 411a, and the rolling assembly 414 includes a driving pulley 414a and a driven pulley 414b, and the driving pulley 414a and the driven pulley 414b form a channel. The pusher assembly 412 pushes the card into the path between the capstan 414a and the follower 414b, the capstan 414a begins to rotate and pushes the card to continue moving closer to the platen 431.
The stocker mechanism 410 further includes a proximity sensor 415, and the proximity sensor 415 is configured to detect a proximity signal of the card and transmit the proximity signal to a control system that is capable of controlling the activation of the capstan 414 a. When the card is pushed out by the pushing block 412a and partially enters the channel between the driving wheel 414a and the driven wheel 414b, the proximity sensor 415 detects a proximity signal, and the control system controls the driving wheel 414a to start, so that close connection of different sequences is realized, and the automation degree of the equipment is improved.
It will be appreciated that the proximity sensor 415 is provided on the base 413, adjacent the outlet 411 a. The proximity sensor 415 may be specifically a laser sensor, and includes a laser signal transmitting end and a laser signal receiving end.
Referring to fig. 10, a feeding mechanism 430 is disposed between the stocker mechanism 410 and the envelope opening mechanism 420, and is used for transporting the card pushed out by the stocker mechanism 410 and pushing the card into the envelope positioned in the envelope opening mechanism 420.
Referring to fig. 15, the feeding mechanism 430 includes a carrier 431 and a transmission assembly 432. The carriage 431 is used for placing the card pushed out by the stocker 410, the transport assembly 432 comprises a transport member 432a and a power element 432b, the transport member 432a comprises a belt 432c and at least one pushing portion 432d, the pushing portion 432d is arranged on the belt 432c at intervals, and the pushing portion 432d can push the card to advance along the carriage 431 and enter the envelope under the driving of the power element 432 b. According to the automatic bagging device 400, the cards pushed out by the storage mechanism 410 are conveyed to the envelope opening mechanism 420 through the feeding mechanism 430, seamless butt joint between the storage mechanism 410 and the envelope opening mechanism 420 is guaranteed, and production efficiency is improved.
Further, one end of the carriage 431 is located at the side of the magazine 410 for receiving a card pushed out by the magazine 410. The transmission assembly 432 is disposed at one side of the supporting platform 431. One side of the bearing table 431, which is far away from the transmission assembly 432, is provided with a rib 431a, the rib 431a and the surface of the bearing table 431 are surrounded to form a sliding groove, and the side edge of the card is accommodated in the sliding groove, so that the card can be guided, and the card is prevented from being deviated in the transmission process.
In some embodiments, the number of the pushing portions 432d is multiple, the multiple pushing portions 432d are arranged on the belt 432c at intervals, and the distance between every two adjacent pushing portions 432d is greater than or equal to the length of the card.
The feeding mechanism 430 further includes a roller 433, the roller 433 and the power element 432b are disposed at intervals along the length direction of the bearing platform 431, and the belt 432c is wound around the output end of the power element 432b and the roller 433, respectively. The power element 432b may be a stepping motor, and the stepping motor drives the belt 432c to move during the rotation process.
Referring to fig. 16 and 17, the envelope opening mechanism 420 includes a pressing block 421, a first suction unit 422, and a second suction unit 423. When the envelope is conveyed to the station corresponding to the envelope opening mechanism 420, the movement is stopped, and the pressing block 421 presses the envelope on the conveying table 100, so that the envelope position is prevented from being deviated.
The envelope includes opposing first and second covers. The first adsorption component 422 is located below the conveying table 100, the conveying table 100 is provided with an opening 120, the first adsorption component 422 can generate adsorption on the first cover through the opening 120, and the second adsorption component 423 can generate adsorption on the second cover.
The second adsorption component 423 includes a supporting seat 423a, a pushing cylinder 423b, a connecting block 423c and a suction nozzle 423d, the connecting block 423c is rotatably connected to an output end of the pushing cylinder 423b, and is rotatably disposed on the supporting seat 423a and is connected to the suction nozzle 423d, and the pushing cylinder 423b can push the connecting block 423c to drive the suction nozzle 423d to move toward or away from the conveying table 100. When the push rod of the push cylinder 423b extends, the push connecting block 423c is pushed to rotate and drive the suction nozzle 423d to be close to the second cover so as to adsorb the second cover; then the pushing rod of the pushing cylinder 423b retracts, and the suction nozzle 423d is driven by the connecting block 423c to move the second cover away from the first cover, so that the envelope is opened, and the feeding mechanism 430 pushes the card into the envelope.
Referring to fig. 18, the automatic sealing apparatus 500 includes a gluing mechanism 510, a folding member 520, and a rolling mechanism 530. The gluing mechanism 510 is arranged above the conveying table 100 and used for coating glue on the mails, the turnover piece 520 is used for turning the covers of the mails upwards, the rolling mechanism 530 comprises a roller 531 and a driving assembly 532, the driving assembly 532 can push the roller 531 to roll the covers, and the moving direction of the roller 531 is perpendicular to the transmission direction of the mails.
The gluing mechanism 510 comprises a hot melt glue machine and a gluing head connected with the hot melt glue machine, and when the mail moves to the lower part of the gluing mechanism 510, the gluing head coats glue on the containing part. The turnover part 520 is a sheet and is vertically arranged at one side of the conveying platform 100, when the mail is conveyed to the position of the automatic sealing device 500, the turnover part 520 can turn the sealing cover upwards, so that the included angle between the sealing cover and the containing part is close to 90 degrees. When the mail is transported to the right front of the rolling mechanism 530, the driving assembly 532 pushes the rollers 531 to move and roll the cover, so that the cover is adhered to the container.
Referring to fig. 19, the automatic labeling apparatus 600 includes a printing unit 610, a feeding assembly 620 and a pasting assembly 630, wherein the printing unit 610 is disposed at one side of the conveying table 100, the feeding assembly 620 is used for conveying a material tape 640, and a plurality of label papers are pasted on the material tape 640. The tape 640 has a plurality of label sheets attached thereto, and the printing unit 610 is configured to print mailing information on the label sheets.
The pasting assembly 630 includes a shifting block, a vacuum absorption plate 632 and a power unit 633, wherein the shifting block is located on the winding path of the material belt 640. When the label paper on the tape 640 passes through the shifting block, the shifting block can peel off the label paper from the tape 640, and the vacuum absorption plate 632 can receive the peeled label paper and attach the label paper to an object to be attached under the driving of the power unit 633. In this embodiment, the object to be attached is a mail.
The pasting assembly 630 includes a mounting frame 636, the vacuum absorption plate 632 is rotatably disposed on the mounting frame 636, the power unit 633 includes a first driving member 633a, and the first driving member 633a is configured to drive the vacuum absorption plate 632 to rotate relative to the mounting frame 636, so as to receive the peeled label paper. The first driving member 633a may be specifically a cylinder, the cylinder is fixedly disposed on the mounting frame 636, and a push rod of the cylinder is connected to the vacuum absorption plate 632.
The shifting blocks form a corner structure, and when the tape 640 bypasses the corner structure, the label paper adhered to the surface of the tape 640 is tilted. The vacuum adsorption plate 632 is adjacent to the shifting block, the surface of the label paper printed with the mailing information is adsorbed on the vacuum adsorption plate 632, the surface of the label paper with the adhesive faces the conveying table 100, and then the power unit 633 drives the vacuum adsorption plate 632 to rotate to a position parallel to the upper surface of the conveying table 100, so that the label paper is adhered to the mail.
The feeding assembly 620 includes a reel 621, a detection roller 623 and a sensor, and the detection roller 623 is movably disposed on the mounting frame 636. The beginning end of the tape 640 is wound around the unwinding shaft 621 and wound around the detection roller 623, and when the printing unit 610 starts printing, the detection roller 623 is pressed down by the tape 640, and the sensor can detect a signal and start the unwinding shaft 621.
Specifically, referring to fig. 20, the detecting roller 623 is rotatably disposed on the mounting bracket 636 through a connecting handle 623a, and an elastic member 623b is disposed between the detecting roller 623 and the mounting bracket 636.
The feeding assembly 620 further includes an adjusting roller 624, an elastic member and a winding shaft 622, the adjusting roller 624 is slidably connected to the mounting frame 636, the elastic member is disposed on the adjusting roller 624, and the end of the material strip 640 is carried by the adjusting roller 624 and wound around the winding shaft 622. The adjustment roller 624 is capable of adjusting the tension of the strip of material 640.
Referring to fig. 21, the automatic labeling device 600 further includes a detecting element 660, the detecting element 660 is used for reading the code on the label paper, and when the label paper on the material tape 640 is used up, the detecting element 660 sends a stop signal to the printing unit 610.
The automatic labeling apparatus 600 further includes a second graphic code recognizer 650, and the second graphic code recognizer 650 is used for reading information of the mail, i.e., coded information printed on the surface of the envelope, and transmitting the coded information to the printer 610. The printer can acquire the information of the workpiece according to the coded information on the envelope and the corresponding relation between the coded information of the envelope and the workpiece information, so that information such as a mailing address corresponding to the workpiece can be printed on the envelope.
Referring to fig. 22, the automatic sorting apparatus 700 includes a plurality of distribution frames 710, a sorting mechanism 720, a third pattern code identifier 730 and a control system. The delivery table 100 is provided with dispensing frames 710 on both sides thereof, and a sorting mechanism 720 is located above the delivery table 100. The sorting mechanism 720 can move in a direction close to the conveying table 100 and push the items to be sorted on the conveying table 100 into the corresponding distribution frames 710. The third pattern code identifier 730 is configured to read information of the object to be sorted on the conveying table 100 and transmit the information to the control system, the control system sends an instruction to the sorting mechanism 720 according to a correspondence between the information of the object to be sorted and the code of the distribution frame 710, and the sorting mechanism 720 is configured to receive the instruction from the control system and push the object to be sorted into the corresponding distribution frame 710.
The articles to be sorted may be articles packed in different packing bags or card bags, briefcases, mailings or the like having different packing information. The following description will be given by taking the object to be sorted as mail, but not limited to mail.
In some embodiments, one sorting mechanism 720 is provided for each or every two dispensing frames 710, and a plurality of sorting mechanisms 720 are provided at intervals along the conveying direction of the conveying table 100. The conveying table 100 includes a plurality of pushing stations, each sorting mechanism 720 is correspondingly provided with one pushing station, and when the mail is conveyed to a certain pushing station, the corresponding sorting mechanism 720 descends and performs a pushing action. In other embodiments, the number of sorting mechanisms 720 is 1, and the sorting mechanisms 720 can move in the direction of mail transport, and when the mail is transported to a position opposite to the corresponding distribution frame 710, the sorting mechanisms 720 move over the mail and then push the mail into the distribution frame 710.
It will be appreciated that prior to a sorting operation on a batch of mail, the mailing information for the mail (i.e., the mailing information for the workpieces stored within the mail) has been entered into the control system, with a number being set for each of the distribution boxes 710. According to the counted number of the mails sent to each province, the mails of a certain province are sorted into one or more distribution boxes 710, so that the corresponding relation between the mailing information of the mails and the codes of the distribution boxes 710 is established. The mail pieces are generally printed with two-dimensional codes or bar codes containing mailing information, the third graphic code identifier 730 can scan the two-dimensional codes or bar codes to obtain the mailing information and transmit the mailing information to the control system, the control system controls the transmission mechanism 110 to transmit the mail pieces to a position opposite to the corresponding distribution box 710, and then the sorting mechanism 720 pushes the mail pieces into the distribution box 710.
The transmission mechanism 110 can transmit the mail to the corresponding pushing station according to the instruction of the control system. The conveying mechanism 110 stops the operation after conveying the mails to the corresponding pushing stations, so that the sorting mechanism 720 pushes the mails, which is beneficial to improving the sorting accuracy. The conveying mechanism 110 drives the mail to pass through the pushing stations in sequence. When the mail piece on the gripper unit 112 reaches the presenter position opposite the set dispensing frame 710, the power assembly 114 stops and the gripper unit 112 releases the mail piece.
Further, the conveying table 100 is provided with a mounting groove for placing the conveying mechanism 110, so as to avoid interference on the sorting mechanism 720, and the sorting mechanism 720 can be close to and attached to the conveying table 100.
The work flow of the automatic sorting apparatus 700 is as follows: first, the third pattern code recognizer 730 obtains information on the mail, i.e., coded information printed on the surface of the envelope, and can obtain information on the workpiece according to the correspondence between the coded information of the envelope and the workpiece information. Then, according to the correspondence between the pre-established workpiece information and the codes of the distribution frames 710, the transport mechanism 110 transports the workpiece to the corresponding distribution frame 710 and then stops moving. Finally, the control system controls the sorting mechanism 720 to approach the delivery table 100 and push the mail pieces into the corresponding dispensing boxes 710. This automatic sorting device 700 can realize the automatic sorting of big batch mail, improves production efficiency.
In other embodiments, the transport table 100 is provided in the form of a conveyor belt, and the sorting mechanism 720 acts to push the mail pieces into the distribution frame 710 when the mail pieces happen to be transported to the respective push stations.
The sorting mechanism 720 includes a lifting assembly 721 and a pushing assembly 722, wherein the lifting assembly 721 drives the pushing assembly 722 to move toward or away from the conveying table 100. It should be noted that the pushing direction of the pushing assembly 722 is perpendicular to the conveying direction of the conveying mechanism 110.
In an embodiment, each two dispensing frames 710 are correspondingly provided with one sorting mechanism 720, the two dispensing frames 710 are respectively a first dispensing frame and a second dispensing frame, and the first dispensing frame and the second dispensing frame are respectively arranged on two sides of the conveying table 100 and are arranged oppositely. The rotation of the rotation unit 722b in the forward direction can push the mail into the first distribution frame, and the rotation of the rotation unit 722b in the reverse direction can push the mail into the second distribution frame. In the above arrangement, the number of the sorting mechanisms 720 is only half of the number of the distribution frames 710, so that the structure of the automatic sorting device 700 is more simplified, and the volume of the equipment is reduced.
In the first embodiment, referring to fig. 23 and fig. 24, the lifting assembly 721 includes a plurality of first guiding units 721a, a first mounting plate 721b, a second mounting plate 721c and a lifting unit 721d, the first guiding unit 721a is disposed between the first mounting plate 721b and the second mounting plate 721c, the main body of the lifting unit 721d is disposed on the first mounting plate 721b, and the push rod of the lifting unit 721d is disposed on the second mounting plate 721 c. When the push rod of the lifting unit 721d extends, the push component 722 arranged on the second mounting plate 721c can be driven to descend, i.e. to approach the conveying platform 100; when the push rod of the lifting unit 721d retracts, the pushing assembly 722 can be driven to ascend, i.e. to be away from the conveying platform 100.
The lifting assembly 721 further includes a plurality of second guide units 721e and a plurality of elastic members 721f, and the second guide units 721e and the elastic members 721f are disposed between the second mounting plate 721c and the mounting seat 722 a. The pushing assembly 722 is moved toward the delivery platform 100 until contacting the mail placed on the delivery platform 100, and the pushing action cannot be performed. During the descending process of the pushing assembly 722, the elastic member 721f can play a role of buffering, so as to avoid rigid collision between the pushing assembly 722 and the conveying table 100.
Specifically, the first guide unit 721a and the second guide unit 721e each include a guide rod and a linear bearing, wherein the linear bearing is sleeved on the guide rod.
The pushing assembly 722 includes a mounting seat 722a, a rotating unit 722b, a conveyor belt 722c and a plurality of rollers 722d, wherein the rotating unit 722b and the rollers 722d are disposed on the mounting seat 722a, and the conveyor belt 722c is sequentially wound around the output end of the rotating unit 722b and the rollers 722 d.
When the transport mechanism 110 delivers mail pieces below the sorting mechanism 720, the power assembly 114 of the transport mechanism 110 is deactivated and the gripper unit 112 releases the mail pieces. The lifting assembly 721 then drives the pushing assembly 722 to approach the conveying platform 100, and the rotating unit 722b starts and drives the belt 722c to rotate, so that the upper surface of the mail contacts the belt 722c and is pushed into the distribution frame 710. After the mail pushing action is completed, the lifting component 721 drives the pushing component 722 to move away from the delivery platform 100, so as to avoid obstructing the transmission of other mails.
Further, referring to fig. 25, the sorting mechanism 720 further includes a plurality of auxiliary modules, which are disposed on the conveying platform and opposite to the pushing assembly 722. Specifically, the auxiliary module may be a roller 130, and a plurality of rollers 130 may be disposed on the conveying platform 100 at positions corresponding to the sorting mechanisms 720, and the rollers 130 roll along with the belt 722c during the mail moving toward the distribution frame 710, so as to reduce the resistance of the mail pushing process.
In the second embodiment, referring to fig. 26 and 27, the lifting assembly 721 includes a pushing unit 721g, an installation block 721h and a connection rod 721i, the main body of the pushing unit 721g is disposed on the installation block 721h, one end of the connection rod 721i is rotatably connected to the pushing rod of the pushing unit 721g, the other end of the connection rod 721i is rotatably connected to the installation seat 722a, and the installation block 721h is rotatably connected to the installation seat 722 a.
The pushing assembly 722 includes a mounting base 723, a rotating unit 722b, a conveyor belt 722c and a plurality of rollers 722d, wherein the rotating unit 722b and the rollers 722d are both disposed on the mounting base 723, and the conveyor belt 722c is sequentially wound around the output end of the rotating unit 722b and the rollers 722 d.
The mounting base 723 comprises a first connecting plate 723a, a transition plate 723b and a second connecting plate 723c, the first connecting plate 723a, the transition plate 723b and the second connecting plate 723c are vertically arranged, the first connecting plate 723a is rotatably connected to the mounting block 721h, and the rotating unit 722b is arranged on the second connecting plate 723 c.
The lifting assembly 721 further includes two buffers 721j, one of the buffers 721j is disposed between the first connecting plate 723a and the mounting block 721h, and the other of the buffers 721j is disposed between the mounting block 721h and the transition plate.

and the grabbing mechanism is used for taking the first workpiece out of the discharge hole.
2. The automatic feeding device according to claim 1, wherein the suction mechanism comprises a plurality of vacuum nozzles and a rotating assembly for rotating the vacuum nozzles.

The automatic feeding device according to claim 1, further comprising a distributing mechanism, wherein the distributing mechanism comprises a connecting rod assembly and a blocking claw, and the connecting rod assembly is used for driving the blocking claw to swing and enabling the blocking claw to be inserted into the gap.

The automatic feeding device according to claim 3, wherein the grabbing mechanism comprises a clamping assembly, a rotating shaft and a rotating motor, the rotating shaft can be driven by the rotating motor to rotate and drive the clamping assembly to reciprocate, a first cam is arranged on the rotating shaft, the connecting rod assembly comprises a plurality of connecting rods, and the first cam abuts against one of the connecting rods.

9. The automatic feeding device according to claim 6, wherein the grip portion is formed with a groove into which the grip end can be partially inserted.
10. A mailer comprising an automatic feeding device according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
