the cooling fan further comprises a PCB, wherein a charging and discharging circuit is arranged on the PCB, the rechargeable battery is electrically connected with the charging and discharging circuit, and the charging and discharging circuit is provided with a standard interface so as to charge the rechargeable battery through the standard interface.
