Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种电动牵引车,其特征在于,所述电动牵引车包括后桥电机、后车轮和前车轮、连接架、车把、手柄、电源箱和球头座,将所述球头座的球头抽出来连接至外部的物流小车,然后所述后桥电机驱动所述后车轮,通过人工拉住所述车把的手柄,拖动与电动牵引车相连接的外部物流小车移动。本实用新型结构简单,使用便捷,通过后桥电机驱动后轮转动,很大程度上节省了人力。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及到一种户外运输工具,更具体地涉及到一种电动牵引车。
背景技术
目前,在工业生产、物流运输中常常需要将货物从一处转移至另一处,其中使用最多的是叉车,但是叉车体积较大、自重较笨重,转弯半径大和转向灵活性差等缺点,不适合搬运体积庞大的户外货物,比如在某些小通道、转弯半径小的地方特殊场合,使用叉车搬运并不理想。因此,考虑上述情况,设计一种更便捷的新型搬运工具成为仓储物流行业中亟待解决的技术问题。
实用新型内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提出如下技术方案:
方案1、一种电动牵引车,其特征在于,所述电动牵引车包括:后桥电机、设置于所述后桥电机的后车轮和连接架、设置于所述连接架首端的前车轮、设置于所述连接架的车把、电源箱和球头座,将所述球头座的球头抽出来连接至外部的物流小车,然后所述后桥电机驱动所述后车轮,人工拉住所述车把的手柄,通过电动牵引车带动外部的物流小车运动。
方案2、根据方案1所述的电动牵引车,其特征在于,所述后桥电机为带有差速器,实现两个所述后车轮在转弯时实现不同的转速。
方案3、根据方案1所述的电动牵引车,其特征在于,所述球头座为可升降。
方案4、根据方案1所述的电动牵引车,其特征在于,所述车把为可调节的多段式结构,能有效调整所述车把的总长度。
方案5、根据方案1所述的电动牵引车,其特征在于,所述电动牵引车还包括踏板杆,所述踏板杆设置于所述连接架的末端,以方便安装球头座。
方案6、根据方案1所述的电动牵引车,其特征在于,所述电动牵引车还包括开关按钮,所述开关按钮设置于所述手柄。
方案7、根据方案1所述的电动牵引车,其特征在于,所述电源箱设有带纽扣的箱盖用于快速打开电源箱。
方案8、根据方案7所述的电动牵引车,其特征在于,所述电源箱内部存在动力电池包,用于后桥电机提供电能。
方案9、根据方案8所述的电动牵引车,其特征在于,所述电源箱的表面还设有充电接口,可方便为所述动力电池包进行充电。
在本实用新型中,所述连接架的材质为金属。
本实用新型产生的有益效果:
1、通过将车把设计为长度可伸缩,很大程度上节省了牵引车的空间大小;
2、通过后桥电机驱动后车轮不同的转速,节省了牵引车的人力;
3、通过电源箱中的动力电池为后桥电机提供电能,更环保节能。

具体实施方式
本实用新型实施例中所有方向性指示(诸如上、下、左、右、前、后……)仅用于解释在某一特定姿态(如附图所示)下各部件之间的相对位置关系、运动情况等,如果该特定姿态发生改变,则该方向性指示也相应地随之改变。
在本实用新型中涉及“第一”、“第二”描述仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示其相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括至少一个该特征。另外,各个实施例之间的技术方案可以相互结合,但是必须是以本领域普通技术人员能够实现为基础,当技术方案的结合出现相互矛盾或无法实现时应当认为这种技术方案的结合不存在,也不在本实用新型要求的保护范围之内。
在本实用新型中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“连接”应做广义理解,例如,“连接”可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或成一体;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连;可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系,除非另有明确的限定。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本实用新型中的具体含义。
下面结合附图对本实用新型进行清楚、详细说明。
图1为本实用新型电动牵引车的最佳实施例示意图,如图所示,一种电动牵引车,其特征在于,所述电动牵引车包括:后桥电机2、设置于所述后桥电机2的后车轮1和金属材质连接架3、设置于所述连接架3首端的前车轮5、设置于所述连接架3的车把6、电源箱9和球头座12,将所述球头座12的球头14抽出,然后插销13分别穿过所述球头座12与球头14相配合的孔中,固定所述球头14与所述球头座12的相对位置,然后所述球头连接于外部的物流小车,接着所述后桥电机2驱动所述后车轮1。人工拉住所述车把6的手柄7,通过电动牵引车带动外部的物流小车运动。
在本实用新型中,所述后桥电机2为带有差速器,实现两个所述后车轮1在转弯时实现不同的转速。
在本实用新型中,所述球头座12为可升降,能够连接不同高度的物流小车,适用于带动多款高度不同的物流小车。
在本实用新型中,所述车把6为可调节的多段式结构,能有效调整所述车把6的总长度,能够很好的节省牵引车所占用的空间。
在本实用新型中,所述电动牵引车还包括踏板杆4,所述踏板杆4设置于所述连接架3的末端,以方便安装球头座。
在本实用新型中,所述电动牵引车还包括开关按钮8,所述开关按钮8设置于所述手柄7。
参考图2本实用新型电动牵引车的最佳实施例的另一角度示意图,如图所示,在本实用新型中,所述电源箱9设有带纽扣的箱盖10用于快速打开电源箱,在所述电源箱9内部存在动力电池包,用于后桥电机提供电能,所述电源箱9的表面还设有充电接口11,可方便为所述动力电池包进行充电,以便电池多次使用,更环保经济。

Claims (10)
1.一种电动牵引车,其特征在于,所述电动牵引车包括:后桥电机(2)、设置于所述后桥电机(2)的后车轮(1)和连接架(3)、连接于所述连接架(3)首端的前车轮(5)、设置于所述连接架(3)的车把(6)、电源箱(9)和球头座(12),将所述球头座(12)的球头(14)抽出来连接至外部的物流小车,然后所述后桥电机(2)驱动所述后车轮(1),人工拉住所述车把(6)的手柄(7),通过电动牵引车带动外部的物流小车运动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电动牵引车,其特征在于,所述后桥电机(2)为带有差速器,能控制两个所述后车轮(1)在转弯时实现不同的转速。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电动牵引车,其特征在于,所述球头座(12)为可升降。
4.根据权利要求1所述的电动牵引车,其特征在于,所述车把(6)为可调节的多段式结构,能有效调整所述车把(6)的总长度。
5.根据权利要求1所述的电动牵引车,其特征在于,所述电动牵引车还包括踏板杆(4),所述踏板杆(4)设置于所述连接架(3)的末端,以方便安装球头座。
6.根据权利要求1所述的电动牵引车,其特征在于,所述电动牵引车还包括开关按钮(8),所述开关按钮(8)设置于所述手柄(7)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的电动牵引车,其特征在于,所述电源箱(9)设有带纽扣的箱盖(10)用于快速打开电源箱。
8.根据权利要求7所述的电动牵引车,其特征在于,所述电源箱(9)内部存在动力电池包,用于后桥电机提供电能。
9.根据权利要求8所述的电动牵引车,其特征在于,所述电源箱(9)的表面还设有充电接口(11),可方便为所述动力电池包进行充电。
10.根据权利要求1所述的电动牵引车,其特征在于,所述连接架(3)的材质为金属。
