As shown in fig. 2, 3, 4, 8, 9 and 10, the supporting assembly 210 may include a first bracket 211, at least two supporting wheels 212 mounted on the first bracket 211, and a first motor 213 driving the first bracket 211 to rotate, wherein the first motor 213 is connected to the power member 220, and the supporting wheels 212 alternately support the abrasive belt under the driving of the first motor 213.

As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the first frame 211 may include a first frame 214 connected to the first motor 213, and at least one second frame 215 detachably connected to the first frame 214, wherein the second frame 215 mounts the support wheel 212.

In detail, the transmission structure 330 may include a first shaft 332 eccentrically fixed to the driven shaft 331, a second shaft 333 eccentrically fixed to an output shaft of the third motor 323, and a link 334 connecting the first shaft 332 and the second shaft 333, and both ends of the link 334 are rotatably connected to the first shaft 332 and the second shaft 333.
The embodiment is provided with the deviation rectifying wheel 321, and then the deviation rectifying wheel 321 can rotate along with the movement of the abrasive belt, so that the abrasion is reduced.
In this embodiment, the deviation rectifying frame 322 is disposed to rotatably connect the deviation rectifying frame 322 with the frame 1, so that an included angle not equal to 90 degrees is formed between the axis of the deviation rectifying wheel 321 and the moving direction of the abrasive belt, and thus, a component force perpendicular to the moving direction of the abrasive belt is generated by the acting force of the deviation rectifying wheel 321 on the abrasive belt, and the abrasive belt is further urged to return.
The third motor 323 is arranged in the embodiment, so that the rotation speed of the deviation rectifying frame 322 can be controlled, the deviation swinging speed of the abrasive belt is reduced, and the polishing quality is prevented from being influenced.
In this embodiment, a transmission structure 330 is further disposed between the third motor 323 and the deviation rectifying frame 322, such that the transmission structure 330 includes a first shaft 332 eccentrically fixed to the driven shaft 331, a second shaft 333 eccentrically fixed to an output shaft of the third motor 323, and a connecting rod 334 connecting the first shaft 332 and the second shaft 333, and two ends of the connecting rod 334 are rotatably connected to the first shaft 332 and the second shaft 333, thereby lengthening a transmission path and effectively protecting the third motor 323 from dust.
In addition, the connecting rods 334 are used for connection, so that the timeliness of actions can be improved, the reaction time can be shortened, and the reliability of deviation correction can be improved.
More profoundly, the third motor 323 can rotate in one direction and the deviation rectifying frame 322 swings back and forth by using the wheel base relationship, so that the continuous halt and reverse of the third motor 323 are avoided, and the service life of the third motor 323 is prolonged.
More specifically, the distance between the first shaft 332 and the driven shaft 331 may be made larger than the distance between the second shaft 333 and the output shaft of the third motor 323.
Because the distance between the first shaft 332 and the driven shaft 331 is greater than the distance between the second shaft 333 and the output shaft of the third motor 323, the driven shaft 331 can only deflect reciprocally by a movement angle when the third motor 323 rotates by one turn, and therefore, the third motor 323 continuously rotates, and the driven shaft 331 swings back and forth, the deflection direction of the abrasive belt is continuously corrected, and the abrasive belt is prevented from falling off.
As shown in fig. 4, the third motor 323 and the deviation rectifying frame 322 may be disposed at two opposite sides of the frame 1, and the frame 1 is provided with a communication hole for receiving the connecting rod 334.
The third motor 323 and the deviation rectifying frame 322 are arranged on two opposite sides of the frame 1, so that the third motor 323 and the deviation rectifying wheel 321 side for dust dispersion can be separated, and the third motor 323 is prevented from being damaged by dust.
As shown in fig. 4, the frame 1 may be provided with a baffle 324, the baffle 324 has a semicircular shape, and the baffle 324 cooperates with the frame 1 to accommodate the first shaft 332.
The surrounding plate 324 receives the first shaft 332, so that the surrounding plate 324 can protect and close the driven shaft 331 and the communication hole, protect the driven shaft 331, and reduce dust passing through the communication hole.
As shown in fig. 11 and 12, the correcting rack 322 may include an L-shaped plate, the L-shaped plate includes a first plate connected to the driven shaft 331 and a second plate 325 connected to the correcting wheel 321, and the correcting wheel 321 is disposed on a side of the second plate 325 close to the first plate in the thickness direction.
The deviation rectifying frame 322 has an L-shaped plate, so that the L-shaped plate connects one end of the deviation rectifying wheel 321 to fix it, facilitating the disassembly and assembly of the deviation rectifying wheel 321.
The deviation rectifying wheel 321 is arranged on one side of the second plate 325 close to the first plate in the thickness direction, so that the center of the deviation rectifying wheel 321 is close to the center of the driven shaft 331, and the swinging resistance of the deviation rectifying frame 322 is reduced.
As shown in fig. 11 and 12, the second plate 325 may be provided with a third plate 326, the third plate 326 may be provided on a side of the second plate 325 close to the first plate in the thickness direction, the third plate 326 may be rotatably and adjustably fixed to the second plate 325, and the third plate 326 may be provided with the rectification wheel 321.
After the third plate 326 is arranged, the inclination angle of the deviation rectifying wheel 321 can be conveniently adjusted to meet the requirements of the polishing process.
As shown in fig. 11 and 12, the deviation rectification wheel 321 may be disposed on a side of the third plate 326 away from the second plate 325.
It is very effective to reserve sufficient space to avoid the contact between the deviation rectifying wheel 321 and the abrasive belt from being affected.
As shown in fig. 11, the first plate may be provided with a notch 327 receiving the driven shaft 331, and a locking bolt locking the notch 327.
