In this embodiment, a first illumination portion is further disposed corresponding to the interrogation room and receives control of the controller, the first illumination portion is connected to the infrared sensor of the first infrared thermal imaging structure through the controller, and the controller controls the first illumination portion to light up when the infrared sensor detects a human body heat signal. Further, a second illumination part is arranged corresponding to the remote inquiry cabinet and is controlled by the controller, the second illumination part is connected with the infrared sensor of the second infrared thermosensitive imaging structure through the controller, and the controller controls the second illumination part to be lightened when the infrared sensor detects a human body heat signal. In this embodiment, the infrared sensor of the second infrared thermography structure may also serve as a sensing element of the second illumination portion, and the controller may control the second illumination portion to be turned on when the infrared sensor detects that there is a person in the interrogation room, and may control the second illumination portion to be turned off when there is no person. Therefore, the inquiry requirement of the user can be met, and energy waste can be prevented.
In one embodiment of this embodiment, the height of the display screen 136 on the remote interrogation cabinet can be adjusted to account for the interrogation requirements of different ages and heights of the interrogation users.
Specifically, referring to fig. 4, the display screen 136 may be mounted on the remote interrogation cabinet 135 through a lifting structure, the lifting structure receives control of the controller, and the controller may control the operation of the lifting structure according to the human body information collected by the camera and/or the second infrared thermal imaging structure to drive the display screen 136 to lift relative to the remote interrogation cabinet 135, so as to adjust the height of the display screen 136.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, a robot arm 361 is further installed corresponding to the display screen 136, the robot arm 361 receives the control of the controller, one end of the robot arm 361 is installed on the display screen 136 or the lifting structure, the other end is a free end, and the camera, the microphone and the second infrared thermal imaging structure may be installed on the free end of the robot arm. The robot 361 preferably is a six degree of freedom robot including articulating arms, elbows, and hands. When the user uses the robot, the controller may control the robot 361 to detect the user or collect image and sound information of the user, and the robot 361 may approach the user to improve the accuracy of information collection.
As a typical mode, referring to fig. 6, the lifting structure may include a vertical rail 351 disposed on the remote interrogation cabinet 135, a displacement structure 363 disposed on the vertical rail 351, and a moving driving portion, wherein one end of the displacement structure 363 is slidably mounted on the vertical rail 351 and can move up and down along the vertical rail 351, the other end of the displacement structure 363 is connected to a mounting support 362 through a connecting plate 364, and the display screen 136 and the mechanical arm 361 are fixedly mounted on the mounting support 362. The moving driving part is in driving connection with the shifting structure 363, the moving driving part receives control of the controller, the controller can control the moving driving part to be opened and closed, and the started moving driving part can drive the shifting structure to move up and down in the vertical rail 351 to adjust the height positions of the display screen 136 and the mechanical arm 361.
The vertical track may be, by way of example and not limitation, a raised track that protrudes relative to the moving surface, or a recessed track that is recessed relative to the moving surface. In the embodiment, a groove track is preferably adopted, and as described with reference to fig. 7, the displacement structure 363 may adopt a caster or a roller, the caster or the roller is disposed in the groove through a mounting seat, a connecting plate 364 is fixed at the other end of the mounting seat, and the mounting support 362 of the display screen is mounted on the connecting plate 364. The displacement structure 363 is adapted to the vertical rail 351 such that the displacement structure 363 can move on the vertical rail.
The moving driving structure may include a lifting chain 352 and a driving motor 353, which are disposed on the vertical rail 351, and the driving motor 353 rotates to drive the lifting chain 352 to move up and down, so as to drive the shifting structure 363 fixed on the lifting chain 352 to move up and down, and the display screen 136 moves together.
Referring to fig. 8, another lifting structure of the display screen is illustrated. The lifting structure comprises a lifting support rod and a lifting driving part, the lifting support rod is of a telescopic structure or a folding structure, one end of the lifting support rod is installed on the remote inquiry cabinet, the other end of the lifting support rod is installed on the display screen, the lifting driving part is in driving connection with the lifting support rod and can receive the control of the controller, and the height position of the display screen is adjusted by adjusting the telescopic height or the folding height of the lifting support rod through the lifting driving part.
As a typical example, preferably, the telescopic lifting support rod 366 may include an outer rod and an inner rod, wherein the inner diameter of the outer rod is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the inner rod, so that the inner rod is nested in the outer rod, and the inner rod can extend or retract relative to the outer rod. The network may be a wired network and/or a wireless network.
The self-service inquiry terminal is a self-service inquiry room in the foregoing embodiments, and the specific structure of the self-service inquiry room is described in the foregoing embodiments and is not described herein again.
