The size of the two-dimensional code coding information quantity is related to factors such as two-dimensional code pixels, scanning code camera resolution and the like, and the common range is between a few K and tens of M at present due to the limitation of the pixel and the camera resolution.
Preferably, according to the difference of the collected physical examination data, an unused display mode is adopted.
In one embodiment, when the two-dimensional code is generated, the physical examination data is acquired, whether the size of the physical examination data exceeds a preset capacity value is judged, and when the physical examination data does not exceed the preset capacity value, the physical examination data is used as additional data to be encoded into the two-dimensional code together with the communication account information of the target medical/medical professional. And when communication with the target medical/medical professional is established, displaying the physical examination data at the user terminal and the medical/medical service terminal where the target medical/medical professional is located.
The method is particularly suitable for single detection with few data, such as the numerical values of detection items of body temperature, weight, height, blood pressure and the like. When the two-dimension code is generated, physical examination data containing the single detection data are used as additional data to be encoded into the two-dimension code together with the communication account information of the target medical/medical professional, and when a user scans the two-dimension code to establish communication with the target medical/medical professional, the additional data can be triggered to be displayed and output. According to the requirement, a folding option is set for the additional data, when the user triggers the folding option, the additional data is folded and displayed to provide a larger screen space for the user and the target medical/medical professional, the user can trigger the folding option again when required, and the additional data returns to the normal display state.
Further, when it is determined that the size of the physical examination data exceeds a preset capacity value, a detection unit number is generated corresponding to the physical examination data, the detection unit number is associated with the physical examination data, and the detection unit number is used as additional data to be encoded into the two-dimensional code together with the communication account information of the target medical/medical professional. When communication with the target medical/medical professional is established, the detection list number is displayed at the user terminal and the medical/medical service terminal where the target medical/medical professional is located, and the detection list number can be triggered to retrieve associated physical examination data.
In this way, for single or multiple items of detection data with larger data volume, such as electrocardiogram, wound image data and the like, a detection single number can be generated, and the detection single number is encoded into the two-dimensional code together with the communication account information of the target medical/pharmaceutical professional as additional data. When the user scans the two-dimension code to establish communication with the target medical/pharmaceutical professional, the detection single number display output can be triggered. The detection unit number is provided with a trigger item, and the associated physical examination data can be retrieved after the trigger item is triggered. By way of example and not limitation, the comparison sets a trigger item for the display area of the detection unit number or its vicinity, and forms a border, and clicking the border triggers the associated physical examination data display.
Preferably, in order to facilitate the user and/or the target medical/pharmaceutical professional to visually view the basic detection data of the user during communication, a plurality of single detection data can be further processed in a distinguishing way, and the following specific steps are that: acquiring each item of detection data in the physical examination data, judging whether the size of each item of detection data exceeds a preset single value, and regarding the single item of detection data which does not exceed the preset single value as additional basic data; and for the single detection data exceeding the preset single value, forming additional enhancement data after synthesis processing, generating an additional enhancement data single number, and encoding the additional basic data and the additional enhancement data single number as additional data into the two-dimensional code together with the communication account information of the target medical/medical professional.
In this embodiment, it is preferable to establish a communication connection between the user and the target medical/pharmaceutical professional through an instant messaging tool. The communication between the user and the target medical/medical professional can be communication interaction requiring friend verification by the target medical/medical professional, and the user becomes a conventional contact object of the target medical/medical professional after the verification is passed; or may be a temporary communication interaction without the need for buddy authentication.
Preferably, a temporary communication interaction of the user with the target medical/pharmaceutical professional is established. Specifically, an instant messaging tool and a corresponding instant messaging account used when the user terminal performs the code scanning operation are obtained, and a temporary communication interaction interface between the user and the target medical/pharmaceutical professional is established through the instant messaging tool.
The temporary communication interaction may be an anonymous communication or a real-name communication.
When the temporary communication interaction is an anonymous communication, no information is displayed to the target medical/pharmaceutical professional that can embody or identify the identity of the user. Thus, the privacy of the user can be protected, and the influence of remote inquiry on the life of the user is reduced.
When the temporary communication interaction is real-name communication, the personal health file of the user in a system server and/or other related servers can be called according to real-name verification information of the user by utilizing the real-name characteristics, and the personal health file is output to the user and/or target medical/pharmaceutical professionals in the temporary communication interaction interface; and acquiring the physical examination data to update the personal health record.
In another implementation manner of this embodiment, the self-service end is further provided with a user identity information collection structure to collect user identity information on site. Specifically, before or after the user uses the medical detection apparatus to detect, the user identity information is collected through the user identity information collection structure, and the collected user identity information and the physical examination data are mapped and stored.
By way of example, but not limitation, a typical manner may be to prompt a user to perform identity detection when the user enters a detection area of a self-service end, and automatically start a user identity information acquisition structure after the user is undeniated; or prompting the user to perform identity detection when the user starts the medical detection instrument to detect, and starting the user identity information acquisition structure after the user confirms; the user can be prompted to carry out identity detection after the detection by the medical detection instrument, and the user identity information acquisition structure is adopted after the user confirms the identity detection.
Furthermore, when the user terminal scans the digital code, user identity verification content corresponding to the communication account can be obtained according to the communication account information on the user terminal to serve as online user identity information, and the online user identity information and the physical examination data are mapped and stored.
Preferably, the method further comprises the step of verifying the identity of the user, and the method can be as follows:
comparing the user identity information acquired by the identity information acquisition structure with the on-line user identity information as field user identity information, and judging whether the user identity information and the on-line user identity information are consistent;
when the identity is judged to be consistent, the identity verification is passed, and the user identity information is transmitted to a target medical/pharmaceutical professional together with corresponding physical examination data;
When the identity information is inconsistent, acquiring the intimacy user identity information associated with the user terminal or the user identity verification content, comparing the intimacy user identity information with the onsite user identity information, and judging whether the intimacy user identity information is consistent;
when the judgment is consistent, starting an information acquisition structure on the user terminal to acquire real-time image data, sound data and/or fingerprint data so as to verify whether the close user agrees to carry out inquiry;
and when the verification is passed, mapping and storing the identity information of the intimate user corresponding to the physical examination data and transmitting the information to a target medical/medical professional together.
By carrying out the identity verification, the privacy and information security of the inquiring user can be further protected.
The intimate user may be, for example, the user's family, friends, or a managed patient. The association relationship between the close user and the user terminal is preferably preset by the user.
Taking parents as an example of a typical way, considering that the elderly or people with inconvenient actions are difficult to conduct self-help inquiry through own user terminals, the user can set the parents as related intimate users and verify identity information of the parents, so that the user can assist the parents in conducting remote self-help inquiry through own mobile phones.
In this embodiment, the physical examination data measured by the medical examination apparatus includes one or more of body temperature, blood pressure, heart rate, blood oxygen, body fat, height and weight. According to the requirement, the device can also comprise body fluid detection items such as blood, urine, saliva and the like, and remote self-help electrocardiographic detection, remote-control X-ray and ultrasonic detection and other image detection.
Referring to fig. 5, the medical detection apparatus includes a control module, a communication module, and a detection structure interface module, where the detection structure interface module and the communication module are connected with the control module, the control module is connected with a main controller of the self-service end through the communication module, the control module responds to operation through a display screen or a detection operation key on a keyboard, and the control module is externally connected with one or more of an electronic thermometer, an electronic sphygmomanometer, an electrocardiograph, an oximeter, a body fat detector, and an electronic weighing scale through the connected detection structure interface module to collect physical examination data of a human body.
Of course, other specialized detection structures can be provided as required, for example, when the body fluid detection function and the image detection function are provided, the interface module of the detection structure can be externally connected with a body fluid detection analyzer such as blood, urine, saliva and the like, and an electrocardiogram detection device and a remote control X-ray and ultrasonic examination device.
By way of example, the control module of the medical testing apparatus may include a processor, memory, keyboard/display, power management module. The control module can be connected with the identity information acquisition structure of the self-service end through the communication module, and can generate a unique user ID code corresponding to the user, wherein the user ID code is associated with a physical examination data record detected by the user through the medical detection instrument; the processor can be externally connected with a clock crystal oscillator circuit, an interface expansion circuit and a printing module, for example, a user can print detection data records according to the needs. The communication module can adopt WiFi, 3G, 4G and 5G networks, and the operation method and the notice of the medical detection instrument can be displayed through the display screen so as to remind a user.
It should be noted that, the user may also directly perform remote inquiry with the medical/pharmaceutical professional on the remote inquiry cabinet of the self-service end according to the need. As an example of a typical manner, for example, when the display structure outputs information of a medical/medical professional providing an on-line consultation service, two-dimensional code scanning consultation and on-site consultation options are set corresponding to the medical/medical professional, and when a user selects the on-site consultation option under the target medical/medical professional, communication account information of the target medical/medical professional is acquired, and communication between the user and the target medical/medical professional is established. Especially, when the user needs to buy the medicine, the user can consult the pharmacist on the self-service end, and after consulting, the user can directly buy the medicine on the medicine selling cabinet of the self-service end.
In this embodiment, the physical examination data is preferably stored in the cloud server, and the user, the medical/pharmaceutical professional or other personnel with permission can query the physical examination data and the related information thereof according to the requirement through the identification information, the detection list number and/or other verification information.
Referring to fig. 6, another method for on-line and off-line combined self-service medical inquiry is disclosed according to another embodiment of the present invention, which comprises the steps of:
s210, establishing communication between a user and a medical/medical professional, acquiring self-help physical examination project information selected by the medical/medical professional corresponding to the user, and generating a self-help physical examination order.
The mode of establishing the communication between the user and the medical/pharmaceutical professional can be established through a user terminal or a self-service terminal. Preferably, the user establishes communication with the medical/pharmaceutical professional via his own mobile phone.
S220, the self-service end acquires the self-help physical examination order information, starts a medical detection instrument to acquire physical examination data of a user, and encodes the physical examination data and communication account information of the medical/medical professional together to generate a digital code; or generating a detection list number corresponding to the physical examination data, wherein the detection list number is associated with the physical examination data, and encoding the detection list number and the communication account information of the medical/medical professional together to generate a digital code.
In this embodiment, the physical examination data may be encoded together with the doctor communication account information, or the detection unit number associated with the physical examination data may be encoded together with the doctor communication account information. Physical examination data, test order numbers, and doctor communication account information may also be encoded as desired.
The physical examination data can comprise detection items and measurement values corresponding to the detection items, and can also comprise specific detection time, detection methods, detection equipment models, detection standards and the like according to requirements.
When the detection list number is generated corresponding to the physical examination data, the detection list number may be generated based on the self-help physical examination order, for example, the detection list number is the same as the order number of the self-help physical examination order, or a corresponding character or symbol is added based on the order number of the self-help physical examination order to indicate that the detection list number corresponds to the detected data. By way of example and not limitation, for example, the foregoing self-help physical examination order number 2020040456 may be directly 2020040456 for generating the detection order number, so as to embody the association between the two; further, to facilitate user differentiation, the characters D, such as 2020040456D or 2020040456#d# may be added to 2020040456 based on preset rules to differentiate the self-help check-up order number from the test order number, and may also embody the connection between the two.
The generated detection list number can be mapped and stored with the corresponding physical examination data, the physical examination data can be inquired according to the detection list number, and the detection list number can also be inquired according to the physical examination data.
S230, collecting operation information of the digital codes scanned by the user terminal, establishing communication with the medical/medical professionals on the user terminal according to the communication account information, and transmitting the physical examination data to the medical/medical service terminal where the medical/medical professionals are located.
In this embodiment, the physical examination data is preferably stored in the cloud server, and the user, the medical/pharmaceutical professional or other personnel with permission can query the physical examination data and the related information thereof according to the requirement through the identification information, the detection list number and/or other verification information.

Referring to fig. 7, in another embodiment of the present invention, a self-service medical inquiry system for offline and online combination is also disclosed, the system comprising:
the self-service end facing public setting is provided with a medical detection instrument and a display structure, physical examination data are collected through the medical detection instrument, and medical/medical professional information providing on-line inquiry service and digital codes of target medical/medical professionals are output through the display structure, wherein the digital codes are associated with the communication account information of the target medical/medical professionals. The self-service end is preferably a self-service consulting room comprising a medicine vending machine.
The user terminal is provided with a communication structure and a scanning structure, the digital codes of target medical/medical professionals are scanned through the scanning structure, and after the code scanning is successful, the communication with the target medical/medical professionals is established through the communication structure.
And the medical/medicine service terminal is arranged facing the medical/medicine professional and is used for establishing communication with the user terminal so as to provide consultation service for the user and receiving the physical examination data.
In this embodiment, the system further includes a system server, where the system server is connected to the self-service end, the user terminal, and the medical/pharmaceutical service terminal and performs information interaction;
the system server can acquire the target medical/pharmaceutical professional selected by the user to generate a digital code, and the digital code is a two-dimensional code.
The system server is configured to:
when the two-dimensional code is generated, acquiring physical examination data, judging whether the size of the physical examination data exceeds a preset capacity value, and when the size of the physical examination data does not exceed the preset capacity value, encoding the physical examination data serving as additional data into the two-dimensional code together with the communication account information of the target medical/pharmaceutical professional; transmitting the physical examination data to a user terminal and a medical/medical service terminal for display when communication with the target medical/medical professional is established;

And acquiring an instant communication tool and a corresponding instant communication account which are used when the user terminal performs the code scanning operation, and establishing a temporary communication interaction interface between the user and the target medical/pharmaceutical professional through the instant communication tool, wherein the temporary communication interaction is anonymous communication or real-name communication.
When the temporary communication interaction is real-name communication, the personal health file of the user in the system server and/or other related servers is called according to the real-name verification information of the user, and the personal health file is output to the user and/or the target medical/pharmaceutical professional in the temporary communication interaction interface. Meanwhile, the physical examination data can be acquired to update the personal health record.
In another implementation manner of this embodiment, the self-service end is further provided with a user identity information collection structure to collect user identity information on site. Specifically, before or after the user uses the medical detection apparatus to detect, the user identity information is collected through the user identity information collection structure, and the collected user identity information and the physical examination data are mapped and stored.
Preferably, when the user terminal scans the digital code, user identity verification content corresponding to the communication account can be obtained as online user identity information according to the communication account information on the user terminal, and the online user identity information and the physical examination data are mapped and stored.
The system server may include an identity verification module configured to:
comparing the user identity information acquired by the identity information acquisition structure with the on-line user identity information as field user identity information, and judging whether the user identity information and the on-line user identity information are consistent;
when the identity is judged to be consistent, the identity verification is passed, and the user identity information is transmitted to a target medical/pharmaceutical professional together with corresponding physical examination data;
when the identity information is inconsistent, acquiring the intimacy user identity information associated with the user terminal or the user identity verification content, comparing the intimacy user identity information with the onsite user identity information, and judging whether the intimacy user identity information is consistent;

In this embodiment, a medical instrument disinfection device may be disposed on the self-service end. Because medical test instruments are often used directly or indirectly on the human body, sterilization prior to use may improve safety of use. the self-service terminal facing the public is provided with a medical detection instrument and a display structure, physical examination data are collected through the medical detection instrument, and on-line inquiry information is output through the display structure;
a user terminal on which a communication structure and a scanning structure are provided;
a medical/pharmaceutical service terminal set for medical/pharmaceutical professionals for establishing communication with the user terminal to provide consultation service for the user;
the system server is used for establishing communication between a user and a medical/medical professional, acquiring self-help physical examination project information selected by the medical/medical professional corresponding to the user, generating a self-help physical examination order and sending the self-help physical examination order to the self-help server;
the self-service end can start a medical detection instrument according to the self-service physical examination order information to acquire physical examination data of a user, and encode the physical examination data and communication account information of the medical/medical professional together to generate a digital code; or generating a detection list number corresponding to the physical examination data, wherein the detection list number is associated with the physical examination data, and encoding the detection list number and the communication account information of the medical/medical professional together to generate a digital code.
In this embodiment, the physical examination data may be encoded together with the doctor communication account information, or the detection unit number associated with the physical examination data may be encoded together with the doctor communication account information. Physical examination data, test order numbers, and doctor communication account information may also be encoded as desired.

after the user establishes communication with the medical/medical professional at the user terminal, the self-service terminal can transmit the physical examination data to the medical/medical service terminal where the medical/medical professional is located.

According to the requirement, the self-service medical inquiry system provided by the invention can also monitor, analyze and make decisions on big data according to the detection information of the user; and tracking and restricting the controlled drug according to the detection data, the inquiry information and the purchase information.
It should be noted that, other functional modules may be further disposed on the self-service end, for example, a camera, a microphone, a speaker, a key unit and a payment component may be further disposed on the self-service end, and the payment component may include one or more of a code scanner, a card reader, a fingerprint collector and a face-brushing payment camera, and the structure and circuit connection thereof may refer to the prior art and will not be described herein.

collecting physical examination data of a user through a medical detection instrument on a self-service end for providing remote inquiry; the self-service terminal is arranged facing the public and comprises a remote inquiry cabinet provided with the medical detection instrument and a display structure, the remote inquiry cabinet is communicated with a system server, and the display structure outputs information of medical/medical professionals providing on-line inquiry service for users to select;
acquiring target medical/medical professionals selected by a user on the display structure, and generating a digital code, wherein the digital code is associated with communication account information of the target medical/medical professionals and the physical examination data, and outputting the digital code through the display structure; the physical examination data are associated in the following way: acquiring physical examination data and judging whether the size of the physical examination data exceeds a preset capacity value, when the size of the physical examination data exceeds the preset capacity value, generating a detection list number corresponding to the physical examination data, associating the detection list number with the physical examination data, and encoding the detection list number as additional data together with the communication account information of the target medical/pharmaceutical professional into the digital code;
Collecting operation information of the digital codes, which are scanned by a user terminal, establishing communication between the user and the target medical/medical professional on the user terminal according to the communication account information related to the digital codes so as to transfer a consultation request to the user terminal, and transmitting the physical examination data related to the digital codes to a medical/medical service terminal where the target medical/medical professional is located; when establishing communication between the user and the target medical/medical professional, the detection list number is displayed on the user terminal and the medical/medical service terminal where the target medical/medical professional is located, and the detection list number can be triggered to retrieve the associated physical examination data.
2. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that: the digital code is a two-dimensional code.
3. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that: the physical examination data comprise a plurality of single detection data;
in the encoding process, the distinguishing processing is carried out on a plurality of single detection data in the physical examination data, and the method comprises the following steps: acquiring each item of detection data in the physical examination data, and judging whether the size of each item of detection data exceeds a preset single value; for the single detection data which does not exceed the preset single value, the single detection data is used as additional basic data; and for the single detection data exceeding the preset single value, forming additional enhancement data after synthesis processing, generating an additional enhancement data single number, and encoding the additional basic data and the additional enhancement data single number into the digital code as additional data together with the communication account information of the target medical/pharmaceutical professional.

The method according to claim 1, characterized in that: acquiring an instant communication tool and a corresponding instant communication account which are used when a user terminal performs code scanning operation, and establishing a temporary communication interaction interface between a user and the target medical/pharmaceutical professional through the instant communication tool, wherein temporary communication interaction is anonymous communication or real-name communication;
when the temporary communication interaction is real-name communication, according to real-name verification information of a user, a personal health file of the user in a system server and/or other related servers is called, and the personal health file is output to the user and/or a target medical/pharmaceutical professional in the temporary communication interaction interface; and acquiring the physical examination data to update the personal health record.

The method according to claim 1, characterized in that: the self-service end is provided with a user identity information acquisition structure for acquiring user identity information on site, and before or after a user uses the medical detection instrument to detect, the user identity information is acquired through the user identity information acquisition structure and is mapped and stored with the physical examination data.

The method according to claim 5, wherein: when the user terminal scans the digital code, the user identity verification content corresponding to the communication account is obtained according to the communication account information on the user terminal and used as online user identity information, and the online user identity information and the physical examination data are mapped and stored.
7. The method according to claim 6, wherein: the method also comprises the following steps of,
comparing the user identity information acquired by the identity information acquisition structure with the on-line user identity information as field user identity information, and judging whether the user identity information and the on-line user identity information are consistent;
when the identity is judged to be consistent, the identity verification is passed, and the user identity information is transmitted to a target medical/pharmaceutical professional together with corresponding physical examination data;
when the identity information is inconsistent, acquiring the intimacy user identity information associated with the user terminal or the user identity verification content, comparing the intimacy user identity information with the onsite user identity information, and judging whether the intimacy user identity information is consistent;
when the judgment is consistent, starting an information acquisition structure on the user terminal to acquire real-time image data, sound data and/or fingerprint data so as to verify whether the close user agrees to carry out inquiry;
and when the verification is passed, mapping and storing the identity information of the intimate user corresponding to the physical examination data and transmitting the information to a target medical/medical professional together.
8. An offline integrated self-service medical interrogation system according to the method of claim 1, comprising:
the public-set self-service terminal comprises a remote consultation cabinet, wherein a medical detection instrument and a display structure are arranged on the remote consultation cabinet, physical examination data are acquired through the medical detection instrument, and medical/medical professional information providing on-line consultation service and a digital code of a target medical/medical professional are output through the display structure, wherein the digital code is associated with communication account information of the target medical/medical professional and the physical examination data;
The user terminal is provided with a communication structure and a scanning structure, the digital codes of the target medical/medical professionals are scanned through the scanning structure, and after the codes are scanned successfully, communication with the target medical/medical professionals is established through the communication structure so as to transfer the inquiry request to the user terminal;
a medical/medical service terminal set for medical/medical professional, for establishing communication with the user terminal to provide consultation service for the user and receiving the physical examination data;
the system server is connected with the self-service end, the user terminal and the medical/pharmaceutical service terminal and performs information interaction; the system server is capable of retrieving the user selected target medical/pharmaceutical professional generated digital codes on the aforementioned display structure.
9. The system according to claim 8, wherein: the self-service terminal is a self-service consulting room comprising a medicine selling machine, and the digital code is a two-dimensional code.
10. The self-service medical inquiry method combined on line and off line is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
establishing communication between a user and a medical/medical professional, acquiring self-help physical examination project information selected by the user corresponding to the medical/medical professional, and generating a self-help physical examination order;
A self-service end for providing remote inquiry acquires the self-service physical examination order information, a medical detection instrument on a remote inquiry cabinet of the self-service end is started to acquire physical examination data of a user, whether the physical examination data exceeds a preset capacity value or not is judged, when the physical examination data exceeds the preset capacity value, a detection single number is generated corresponding to the physical examination data, the detection single number is associated with the physical examination data, and the detection single number is used as additional data to be encoded together with communication account information of the medical/medical professional to generate a digital code; the self-service terminal is arranged to face the public, and the remote inquiry cabinet is communicated with the system server; the remote inquiry machine cabinet also comprises a display structure, and the digital code is output through the display structure;
collecting operation information of the digital codes, which are scanned by a user terminal, establishing communication between the user and the medical/medical professional on the user terminal according to the communication account information related to the digital codes so as to transfer a consultation request to the user terminal, and transmitting the physical examination data related to the digital codes to a medical/medical service terminal where the medical/medical professional is located; when establishing communication between the user and the medical/medical professional, the detection list number is displayed on the user terminal and the medical/medical service terminal where the medical/medical professional is located, and the detection list number can be triggered to retrieve the associated physical examination data.
11. An offline integrated self-service medical interrogation system according to the method of claim 10, comprising:
the self-service terminal is arranged facing the public and comprises a remote inquiry cabinet provided with medical detection instruments and a display structure, the remote inquiry cabinet is communicated with a system server, physical examination data are collected through the medical detection instruments, and on-line inquiry information is output through the display structure;
a user terminal on which a communication structure and a scanning structure are provided;
a medical/pharmaceutical service terminal set for medical/pharmaceutical professionals for establishing communication with the user terminal to provide consultation service for the user;
the system server is used for establishing communication between a user and a medical/medical professional, acquiring self-help physical examination project information selected by the medical/medical professional corresponding to the user, generating a self-help physical examination order and sending the self-help physical examination order to the self-help server;
the self-service end can start a medical detection instrument according to the self-service physical examination order information to acquire physical examination data of a user, and generate a detection single number corresponding to the physical examination data, wherein the detection single number is associated with the physical examination data, and the detection single number and communication account information of the medical/medical professional are coded together to generate a digital code; outputting the digital code through the display structure;
When the digital codes are scanned by the scanning structure of the user terminal, communication with the medical/medical professional is established on the user terminal according to the communication account information so as to transfer a request for inquiry to the user terminal;
after the user establishes communication with the medical/medical professional at the user terminal, the self-service terminal can transmit the physical examination data to the medical/medical service terminal where the medical/medical professional is located.
