The utility model provides a brake lever, including the brake lever framework that is plane frame construction, be fixed in the show panel 2 on brake lever framework surface and connect in the extension of brake lever framework one side.
The brake bar frame body comprises two brake bar profiles 1 arranged at intervals, and the extension part comprises two first extension bars 31 respectively inserted along the two brake bar profiles 1. Any one of the first extension rods 31 slides along the inserted gate rod section bar 1, and an extension rod connecting piece 5 for locking and unlocking the first extension rod 31 and the gate rod section bar 1 is further arranged between the two.
At least one middle separation column 4 is arranged between the two first extension rods 31, and two ends of the middle separation column 4 are respectively fixed through middle separation column connecting pieces 6 sleeved on the two first extension rods 31; any one of the middle pillar connecting members 6 has a locking portion 61 for locking and unlocking the first extension rod 31.
The brake bar increases the original size through the extension on the one hand, and improves the strength and the structural stability of the extension through the middle partition column 4 on the other hand. First extension rod 31 is adjustable to the volume of stretching into of brake lever section bar 1, and this means that the extension is adjustable for the length of brake lever framework, consequently, the utility model provides a brake lever's actual dimension equals the size sum of extension and brake lever framework, and extension and brake lever framework can realize simply, quick, nimble regulation through extension rod connecting piece 5, that is to say, this brake lever can be adjusted according to job site's actual space size, and the simple easy operation of regulative mode. Meanwhile, the middle separation column 4 is arranged between the two first extension rods 31, two ends of the middle separation column 4 are respectively connected with the middle separation column connecting piece 6 sleeved on the first extension rods 31 through the two middle separation column connecting pieces and fixed through the locking portion 61, and therefore the position of the middle separation column 4 relative to any first extension rod 31 can be adjusted through the sliding middle separation column connecting piece 6 and can be adjusted along with the specific length adjustment of the first extension rod 31, so that the middle separation column is suitable for the length change of the first extension rod 31, and good supporting and fixing effects are achieved for the extension.
To sum up, the utility model provides a brake lever has extension length freedom adjustable extension and fixed position concurrently and separates post 4 for extension adjustable well. The extension is used for extending the brake lever framework, and the middle septum 4 can adjust the position of self relative to first extension rod 31 according to the length change of extension to support first extension rod 31 more rationally, make the extension form the plane frame structure similar to the brake lever framework simultaneously, so that play the same or similar effect with the brake lever framework, improve the structural performance and the aesthetic measure of brake lever.
The light box brake rod provided by the present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments.
The specific arrangement of the middle column connecting piece 6 can comprise a rod sleeve 611 in a ring shape and a mounting hole 63 arranged on the outer wall of the rod sleeve 611. The rod sleeve 611 is sleeved on the first extension rod 31, and the position of the rod sleeve 611 relative to the first extension rod 31 can be adjusted by sliding the rod sleeve 611 along the length direction of the first extension rod 31; the mounting hole 63 is provided in the outer wall of the rod cover 611, and the end of the intermediate pillar 4 is inserted into the mounting hole 63.
Considering that the extension of the extension part to the brake rod frame body is generally towards the length direction or the width direction of the brake rod frame body, therefore, two first extension rods 31 are arranged in parallel, the middle partition column 4 can be vertically connected between the two first extension rods 31, correspondingly, the central axis of the mounting hole 63 is perpendicular to the outer wall of the rod sleeve 611, or the central axis of the mounting hole 63 is perpendicular to the axial direction of the rod sleeve 611, and the middle partition column 4 inserted into the mounting hole 63 is also perpendicular to the first extension rods 31.
Wherein, the rod sleeve 611 and the first extension rod 31 can be fixedly connected in a matching manner, for example, interference fit with the first extension rod 31 on the day; the sleeve 611 and the first extension rod 31 may also be fixed by a locking part. Similarly, the middle partition column 4 and the mounting hole 63 can be connected in a matching manner and can also be locked by a locking part. Wherein the locking elements are selected according to arrangements conventional in the art.
In order to simplify the connection of the middle post 4 to the first extension rod 31, the rod sleeve 611 has a fracture extending in the direction of its generatrix, both side edges of the fracture extending outwardly in parallel to form a wing 612 for adjusting the inner diameter of the rod sleeve 611. A locking member for adjusting the distance between the two wings 612 is provided between the pair of wings 612.
The retaining member may be provided as a threaded rod 62 and a nut 64. The screw 62 passes through the two wings 612 and the nut 64 is screwed to the screw 62. When the nut 64 moves towards the end of the screw 62 provided with the nut or when the two nuts 64 on the screw 62 are close to each other, the two wings 612 are pressed and the inner diameter of the rod sleeve 611 is reduced; conversely, when nut 64 is moved towards the end facing away from screw 62 where the nut is located or when two nuts 64 on screw 62 are moved away from each other, two wings 612 naturally open and the inner diameter of sleeve 611 expands.
The rod sleeve 611 has an inner diameter larger than the diameter of the first extension rod 31 under the condition that the fracture is not extruded, and can easily slide along the length direction of the first extension rod 31; in the case that the fracture is squeezed, the inner diameter of the rod sleeve 611 is smaller than or equal to the diameter of the first extension rod 31, and the inner wall of the rod sleeve 611 is in interference fit with the outer wall of the first extension rod 31, so that the fixed connection between the two is realized.
Wherein, two side edges of the fracture extend outwards in parallel to form a pair of wing plates 612. The fracture is crushed by the crush wing 612 and locked by the lock wing 612. In addition, the middle part of any one wing plate 612 is concave towards the direction away from the other wing plate 612 to form a groove; the two grooves of the pair of wings 612 face each other, and form a mounting hole 63 for inserting the end of the intermediate column 4. Since the mounting hole 63 is formed by the pair of wings 612, the inner diameter variation tendency of the mounting hole 63 is positively correlated with the variation tendency of the pitch of the pair of wings 612, specifically, when the pitch of the pair of wings 612 is decreased, the inner diameter of the mounting hole 63 is decreased; as the spacing between the pair of wings 612 increases, the inner diameter of the mounting hole 63 increases. In response to this feature, the mounting hole 63 simultaneously locks the center pillar 4 while pressing the wing plate 612 to lock the rod cover 611 and the first extension rod 31.
The specific arrangement of the extension rod connecting piece 5 may include a light box corner connecting piece 51 and an extension rod fixing connecting piece 52 attached to the light box corner connecting piece 51.
The lamp box corner connecting piece 51 is connected to the corners of two adjacent brake lever profiles 1 to form a lamp box corner together.
Because two adjacent brake lever section bars 1 are mostly connected vertically, the lamp box corner connecting piece 51 is in a right-angle joint shape, and two pipe joints of the lamp box corner connecting piece 51 are respectively sleeved with the two brake lever section bars 1. When the size of the inner cavity of the pipe joint is equal to the size of the outer wall of the brake bar section bar 1, the brake bar section bar 1 is inserted into the pipe joint, and the extension bar fixing connecting piece 52 is attached to the outer wall of one pipe joint of the lamp box corner connecting pieces 51 for fixing; when the size of the outer wall of the pipe joint is equal to the size of the inner cavity of the brake bar section bar 1, the pipe joint is inserted into the brake bar section bar 1, and the extension bar fixing connecting piece 52 is attached to the outer wall of one of the brake bar section bars 1 for fixing.
In this embodiment, the light box corner connector 51 and the extension rod connector 5 are each provided with a connecting hole for the extension rod to pass through. The extension rod passes through the extension rod fixing connecting piece 52 and the lamp box corner connecting piece 51 in sequence and extends into one of the brake rod profiles 1.
The extension rod can be fixed through the connecting hole of the extension rod connecting piece 5. Specifically, the extension rod fixing connector 52 includes a hose clamp 522 for locking the extension rod, a connector base 521 provided with a connecting hole, and a housing 523 sleeved on the first extension rod 31 for covering the hose clamp 522 and fixing the hose clamp to the connector base 521.
The connecting member base 521 is fixed to a corner of the light box, a snap ring 524 for clamping the first extension rod 31 extends from a hole end of one side of the connecting hole of the connecting member base 521, which is away from the corner of the light box, and the throat hoop 522 is sleeved on the snap ring 524 to lock the first extension rod 31. Since the hose clamp 522 is fixed to the connector base 521 by the housing 523 and the connector base 521 is fixed to the corner of the light box, the extension pole is fixed to the corner of the brake pole frame by the hose clamp 522. Wherein, the snap ring 524 can realize the adjustment of the inner diameter by arranging a slit on the ring surface.
Any pair of the connector base 521 and the corner of the lamp box and the connector base 521 and the shell 523 can be connected through fasteners and can be buckled through buckles. For example, the outer edge of the connector base 521 is provided with a stop 5211, the outer edge of the housing 523 is provided with a structure matched with the stop 5211, and the connector base 521 and the housing 523 are fixedly connected through the stop 5211; or, the shell 523 is provided with a shell bolt hole 5231, the connector base 521 and the lamp box corner are both provided with through holes coaxial with the shell bolt hole 5231, and the extension rod bolt 53 sequentially penetrates through the shell 523, the connector base 521 and the lamp box corner, so that the shell 523, the connector base 521 and the lamp box corner are fixedly connected.
In addition to any of the above embodiments, the two brake lever profiles 1 provided with the extension bars are arranged in parallel and at intervals, and the extension portions include two first extension bars 31 connected to the brake lever profiles 1, respectively, and a second extension bar 32 connected between both end portions of the two first extension bars 31 on the side away from the brake lever profiles 1.
The length of the second extension rod 32 is equal to the distance between the two first extension rods 31, i.e. the distance between the two brake bar profiles 1. The two ends of the second extension rod 32 are connected to the two first extension rods 31 through the arc joints 7, and a rounding is formed on one side of the extension portion away from the brake rod frame body to provide the safety of the extension portion.
A reinforcing profile 9 can also be inserted into the brake lever profile 1 to increase the strength of the brake lever profile 1. Obviously, the outer wall of the reinforcing section bar 9 is not larger than the inner cavity of the brake bar section bar 1, and a cavity for inserting the extension bar is arranged in the reinforcing section bar 9.
The brake bar section bar 1 can be further sleeved with a section bar clamping strip 10. And angle iron sheets 11 can be further arranged on the inner sides of the corners of the two adjacent brake lever profiles 1.
One side of the brake bar section bar 1 facing outwards can be provided with an anti-collision strip 8, and the anti-collision strip 8 is made of elastic materials or flexible materials. The width of the bumper strip 8 is not greater than the width of the brake bar profile 1, and the length of the bumper strip 8 can be equal to or less than the length of the brake bar profile 1.
The utility model also provides a lamp house brake lever uses above-mentioned brake lever. The structures of the extension part of the lamp box brake rod, the middle partition column 4 and the like can be arranged according to the brake rod.
From the functional point of view, the light box brake bar is different from the common brake bar in that the latter is applied to a parking lot and a toll gate, and the former adds the function of the display panel 2 to the function of the latter, and a lamp 12 is usually provided to illuminate the display panel 2 in order to better bring the commercial value of the display panel 2 into play. Therefore, the light box brake bar is added with the display panel 2 and the lamp 12 on the basis of the brake bar provided by any one of the above embodiments.
The display panel 2 includes a panel main body 21 located at the middle and a panel fixing portion 22 extending along the plane of the panel main body 21.
The panel fixing portion 22 is also the outer edge of the display panel 2, the display panel 2 is attached to the surface of the brake lever frame through the panel fixing portion 22, and the lamp 12 is disposed in the brake lever frame and is used for irradiating the inner surface of the panel body 21 from the inside of the brake lever frame to the outside.
In the conventional light box gate rod, because the gate rod profile 1 is overlapped with the panel fixing part 22, the light of the lamp 12 cannot be radiated outwards through the panel fixing part 22, and therefore the panel fixing part 22 attached to the gate rod profile 1 forms a black edge with the same width as the gate rod profile 1. The black border not only affects the aesthetic property of the display panel 2, but also occupies the space of the display panel 2, so that the area of the display panel 2 capable of drawing pictures and/or characters is reduced.
Therefore, the brake bar section bar 1 of the lamp box brake bar provided by the utility model comprises an inner plate 102 provided with a lamp 12 and an outer plate 101 arranged at the opposite side of the inner plate 102 at intervals; one side edge of the inner panel 102 adjacent the display panel 2 extends towards the same side edge of the outer panel 101 to form a side panel 103; the side plate 103 is made of a light-transmitting material; the end of the side panel 103 adjacent the inner panel 102 is inclined away from the display panel 2.
The inner plate 102 has a lamp attachment portion 104 on a side away from the outer plate 101, and the lamp 12 is fixed to the inner plate 102 via the lamp attachment portion 104. The lamp mounting portion 104 may be specifically configured as a groove having a width not smaller than the size of the lamp 12, and the lamp 12 is inserted into the groove to be fixed.
Since all the brake lever profiles 1 of the brake lever frame are arranged in pairs opposite to each other, one of the lamps 12 of the pair of brake lever profiles 1 arranged opposite to each other illuminates the other. Because the side plate 103 of any brake lever profile 1 extends from one side edge of the inner plate 102 adjacent to the display panel 2 to the same side edge of the outer plate 101, and one end of the side plate 103 close to the inner plate 102 inclines towards the direction departing from the display panel 2, the inner plate 102 and the lamp 12 thereon cannot completely shield the light irradiated from the opposite side brake lever profile 1, and similarly, the light irradiated from the side plate 103 and the opposite side brake lever profile 1 is not in a parallel state, but inclines with each other, and the light irradiated from the opposite side brake lever profile 1 can be refracted by the side plate 103 and enter one side of the side plate 103 departing from the display panel 2, namely, enter the inside of the brake lever profile 1. Therefore, part or all of the panel fixing part 22 attached to the gate rod section bar 1 can be illuminated by the light inside the gate rod section bar 1, and the black edge at the outer edge of the display panel 2 is reduced or even eliminated.
In order to fix the display panel 2, the side plate 103 includes a light-transmitting side plate 1031 and a mounting side plate 1032, one side of the light-transmitting side plate 1031 is connected to an edge of the inner plate 102 adjacent to the display panel 2, the other side of the light-transmitting side plate 1031 is connected to the mounting side plate 1032, and the other side of the mounting side plate 1032 is connected to an edge of the outer plate 101 on the same side; and the inclination of the light-transmitting side plate 1031 is greater than that of the mounting side plate 1032. Briefly, in this embodiment, the side plate 103 is a folded surface formed by connecting the light-transmitting side plate 1031 and the mounting side plate 1032, and the light-transmitting side plate 1031 has a larger inclination, so that the distance between the light-transmitting side plate 1031 and the display panel 2 is larger, and more light rays of the opposite side brake bar profile 1 can be conveniently irradiated into the inside of the side brake bar profile 1; the inclination of the mounting side plate 1032 is smaller than the inclination of the light-transmitting side plate 1031, and is closer to the display panel 2 than the mounting side plate, so that the mounting side plate is conveniently attached to or partially attached to the display panel 2, thereby fixing the display panel 2 and supporting the display panel 2.
Illustratively, the inner panel 102 is parallel to the outer panel 101 and the mounting side panel 1032 is disposed perpendicular to the outer panel 101. When the display panel 2 is fixed, the panel fixing part 22 is attached to the whole installation side plate 1032; the translucent side plate 1031 is inclined from the intersection of itself with the mounting side plate 1032 to the side away from the display panel 2 until the other side of the translucent side plate 1031 is connected to the edge of the inner plate 102.
Further, the brake bar section bar 1 is connected with the side plates 103 at both side edges of the inner plate 102, in other words, the display panels 2 can be installed at both sides of the light box product assembled by the brake bar section bar 1. This arrangement not only allows the light box product to display more information, but also allows the side plates 103 on both sides of the inner plate 102 to function as light refraction for any one of the gate rod profiles 1, thereby providing more brightness for the interior of the gate rod profile 1.
Illustratively, the side plates 103 on both sides of the inner plate 102 are axially symmetrically distributed with a perpendicular bisector of the inner plate 102, and light rays irradiated from the opposite-side brake bar profile 1 to the brake bar profile 1 on the side can equally enter the brake bar profile 1 on the side, so that the display panels 2 installed on both sides of the brake bar profile 1 on the side have the same brightness.
When the light of the opposite side brake lever profile 1 is irradiated to the opposite side brake lever profile 1, the light not only illuminates the cavity between the two brake lever profiles 1, but also refracts into the opposite side brake lever profile 1 along the light-transmitting side plate 1031 of the opposite side brake lever profile 1 to illuminate the inside of the opposite side brake lever profile 1. Thus, the edge of the outer plate 101 attached to the brake lever bar 1 and the panel fixing portion 22 fixed to the mounting side plate 1032 are partially or completely illuminated by the brake lever bar 1 behind the display panel 2, and a black edge is less or not formed. Obviously, the same effect is obtained when the side brake bar profile 1 is irradiated to the opposite side brake bar profile 1.
It is right above that the utility model provides a lamp house brake lever and brake lever have carried out detailed introduction.
