Further, the magnetic induction iron head 4 comprises a main body 42 and a bottom plate 41 connected with the bottom of the main body 42, the bottom plate 41 is a magnetic induction member, and a temperature measuring member 43 is further arranged on the bottom plate 41, as shown in fig. 1.

The temperature measuring part 43 is arranged on the soleplate 41, so that the temperature of the soleplate 41 can be monitored, the operation parameters such as the current of the electromagnetic heating part 21 can be adjusted, the temperature of the soleplate 41 can be maintained in a proper range, and the phenomenon that clothes are burnt out due to overhigh temperature or the ironing effect is poor due to overlow temperature can be prevented.
Alternatively, the base plate 41 is a stainless steel base plate 41, and heat may be induced by the alternating magnetic field generated by the electromagnetic heating member 21. Of course, other magnetically sensitive metals may be used for the base plate 41.
The following describes in detail a specific structure of the clothes ironing apparatus provided in the present application with reference to several specific examples.
Specific example 1: a clothes ironing device comprises an ironing support assembly provided with an electromagnetic induction coil, and a cooling fan (namely a forward and reverse rotating fan) capable of rotating forward and reverse, wherein air is sucked in the forward rotation process, as shown in figure 2, heat in a clothes plate is taken away, heating damage of internal electronic elements is avoided, clothes on the clothes plate can be tightly sucked, and the ironing effect is improved; when the clothes ironing machine is rotated reversely, air is blown, as shown in figure 3, heat inside the clothes board is blown to the clothes board, clothes are spread, the clothes are dried by the heat, and the defect that the clothes are too wet after being ironed is effectively overcome.
In particular, the laundry ironing device comprises: an electric iron (i.e. a magnetic induction iron head 4), a temperature measuring module (i.e. a temperature measuring piece 43), a clothes plate upper cover (i.e. an upper cover 11 of an ironing support piece 1), an electromagnetic induction coil, a cooling fan (i.e. a positive and negative rotation fan), a clothes plate lower cover (i.e. a lower cover 12 of the ironing support piece 1) and a clothes plate control module (i.e. a controller 22).
The electric iron soleplate 41 is made of stainless steel, and the same type of magnetic induction metal can be used, and belongs to the head ironing module. The temperature measurement module is a temperature sensor, can feed back temperature data to the control panel, directly contacts with the bottom plate 41, is generally installed in the center of the bottom plate 41, and belongs to a head ironing module. And the electromagnetic induction coil is arranged between the upper cover and the lower cover of the clothes board. The cooling fan can rotate forward and backward and is arranged at the head of the clothes board, and the air flow generated by the fan needs to pass through the clothes board control module and the electromagnetic induction coil to take away the heat generated by the fan, so that the damage of electronic elements is prevented. And the clothes board control module is arranged on the lower cover of the clothes board and is mainly responsible for receiving the temperature data of the bottom board 41 and adjusting the power of the electromagnetic induction coil after analysis so as to prevent the bottom board 41 from excessively heating.
According to the scheme, the electromagnetic induction coil in the clothes board is electrified to generate a magnetic field, the electric iron bottom plate 41 induces the magnetic field to generate heat, meanwhile, the cooling fan is arranged in the clothes board, damage caused by overhigh temperature of the control module is avoided, the cooling fan can rotate forward and backward, and wind is discharged downwards in the forward direction, as shown in figure 2, the clothes can be adsorbed to be tightly attached to the clothes board, and ironing is facilitated; the upward air blowing is reversed, as shown in fig. 3, the clothes can be spread, and the drying is carried out by hot air.
The working principle is as follows: the electromagnetic induction coil on the clothes board is electrified to generate an alternating magnetic field. After the electric iron above the clothes board is turned on, the soleplate 41 generates current in the induction magnetic field and then generates heat, and then the clothes can be ironed. Meanwhile, the heat radiation fan at the bottom of the clothes board is started after being electrified, and air is sucked in a positive rotation mode (as shown in figure 2), so that clothes are tightly attached to the clothes board, redundant heat generated by the induction coil and the clothes board control module is taken away, and the damage caused by overhigh temperature of the clothes board control module is prevented. After ironing is finished, the fan can be started, the switch is turned reversely, and the fan blows air (as shown in fig. 3), so that heat inside the clothes board is taken to be sprayed out from the upper part of the clothes board, clothes are spread, and meanwhile, the clothes are dried.
Specific example 2: the mounting position of the fan can be changed, and when the fan is mounted at the head of the clothes board, the air channel is narrow, the air quantity loss is high, and the requirement on the fan is high. Therefore, in this example, the fan is installed right under the clothes board, and the flow channel is designed to allow the air flow to smoothly pass through the main control board (i.e., the controller 22) and the electromagnetic coil, as shown in fig. 4.
Specific example 3: because the iron head of the electric iron matched with the clothes board for use is required to be a magnetic substance, a magnet can be arranged on the clothes board and can adsorb the iron head, the iron head can be conveniently stored in the moving and storing process of the clothes board, and the specific scheme is as shown in fig. 5 and fig. 6.
The working principle is as follows: firstly, the clothes board is electrified, and the electromagnetic induction coil on the clothes board is electrified to work to generate an alternating magnetic field. After the iron above the ironing board is turned on, the soleplate 41 of the electric iron generates heat after generating current in the induction magnetic field, and then the clothes can be ironed in the ironing area. The fan at the bottom of the clothes board is responsible for taking away the redundant heat in the clothes board in time to prevent the electronic elements from being damaged by high temperature; after ironing is finished, the power can be cut off, the iron is placed in the clothes board storage area (namely the storage part 15), the magnet can adsorb the bottom plate 41 of the electric iron and prevent the electric iron from falling off, and finally the clothes board can be vertically placed and stored, so that the space occupied by the clothes board is saved. It should be noted that, because there are magnets in the storage area, the generated magnetic field may affect the ironing area, and it is required that the minimum distance between the magnets in the storage area and the edge of the ironing area is not less than 10cm (as shown in fig. 6).
Specific example 4: on the basis of the specific example 3, further, since the iron is attracted by the magnet, the user needs to overcome the magnetic force to remove the iron next time the iron is used, which is laborious. Therefore, another embodiment is proposed, in which a heating plate is arranged below the magnet, after the operation of the heating plate is started, the heating plate can be opened, the heat generated by the heating plate is used for weakening the magnetic force of the magnet, so that a user can take off the iron more easily for use, and meanwhile, a temperature controller 7 is arranged on the heating plate to control the heating temperature so as to prevent the magnet from permanently disappearing due to an excessively high temperature, as shown in fig. 7.
To sum up, the utility model provides an iron supporting component scalds the cooperation of head through electromagnetic heating member and magnetic induction, utilizes the electromagnetic induction heating principle to realize that the clothing irones. Because the magnetic induction ironing head can generate heat only by depending on the matching with the electromagnetic heating element, the magnetic induction ironing head can not generate heat continuously after being separated from the matching with the ironing support element, and the temperature can be gradually reduced, thereby preventing a user from being scalded, improving the use safety of a product, saving various electrical parts such as an electric heating element, an electric wire and a switch in the existing ironing head, and being beneficial to simplifying the ironing head structure. Meanwhile, the ironing support assembly is also provided with an air suction and delivery device, so that the electric control device can be cooled by the air suction and delivery device to prevent the electric control device from being damaged due to overheating. The air suction and supply device can also be used for sucking or supplying air to articles such as clothes on the ironing support piece, so that the clothes on the ironing support piece can be tightly sucked by the air suction and supply device in the ironing process, and the ironing effect is improved; after ironing, the air suction and supply device can be used for propping up clothes, which is beneficial to quickly drying the clothes and effectively overcomes the defect of over-humidity after ironing the clothes.
