Next, a smartphone protective case 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 12.
The protective case 10 of the present invention includes a case body 110, a first fixing portion 121, a second fixing portion 124, a third fixing portion 127, and a placement member 130.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the case body 110 may be formed as a general protective case formed in a square cylindrical shape with an open front, and the smartphone P is inserted into the case body, so that the side surface portion and the back surface portion except the front surface of the smartphone P can be wrapped and protected.
The first fixing portion 121, the second fixing portion 124, and the third fixing portion 127 are formed on the upper back portion, the lower back portion, and the side surface portion of the case body 110, respectively, and the placement member 130 is detachably mounted on the upper back portion, the lower back portion, or the side surface portion of the case body 110.
In this embodiment, the first fixing portion 121 is shapedIs open at the lower part
Figure DEST_PATH_GDA0002486992370000061
In this embodiment, the second fixing portions 124 are formed in a pair at the upper portion of the rear surface of the housing body 110, and formed at the lower end portion of the rear surface of the housing body 110 to have the same width as the first fixing portions 121, and the third fixing portions 127 are formed with insertion grooves 127a (see fig. 12) at the side surfaces of the housing body 110.
In the present invention, first insertion groove portions 123, 125, 128 (see fig. 4 and 12) are formed in both sides of the inside of each of the first fixing portion 121, the second fixing portion 124, and the third fixing portion 127, and second insertion groove portions 126, 129 are formed in a row in positions close to the first insertion grooves 125, 128 in the second fixing portion 124 and the third fixing portion 127.
The placing part 130 includes: a pair of placing rods 131 arranged side by side to be spaced apart from each other; and a connecting rod 132 configured to connect intermediate portions of the pair of placing rods 131.
First insertion projections 133 are formed to protrude to both sides on the outer side surfaces of the respective upper end portions of the pair of placing bars 131, and second insertion projections 135 are formed in a row at positions close to the first insertion projections 133.
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, basically, the first insertion protrusion 133 is inserted into the first insertion groove 123 of the first fixing part 120, and the placement member 130 is closely attached to the back surface of the housing body 110, so that the placement member 130 can be stored. At this time, the third insertion protrusions 137 are formed at both sides of the lower end portion of the placement member 130, and the third insertion protrusions 137 are inserted into the first insertion groove portions 125 of the second fixing portions 124, so that the lower end portion of the placement member 130 is stably closely attached to the rear surface of the case body 110 without shaking, thereby maintaining the storage state. In addition, the present invention may be configured such that the third insertion protrusion 137 is inserted into the insertion groove 125 of the second insertion groove 124 in a snap-fit manner while the lower end portion of the placement member 130 is inserted into the second fixing portion 124, and if the lower end portion of the placement member 130 is pulled against the back surface of the case body 110, the third insertion protrusion 137 is separated from the insertion groove 125 by an external force of a user.
On the contrary, in a state where the first insertion protrusion 133 is inserted into the first insertion groove 123 of the first fixing part 120, the placement member 130 is rotated by a predetermined angle, so that the lower end of the housing body 110 is obliquely erected in a state of being closely attached to the supporting surface g by the placement member 130 as shown in fig. 11 (a), and the placement member 130 can function as a media-viewing placement mode in which media can be viewed.
The placement member 130 is formed of a plastic material, and when the upper end portions of the pair of placement rods 131 are slightly tightened with a finger, the upper end portions of the pair of placement rods 131 are slightly bent in a close manner, and when the external force is removed, the placement member can be configured to be restored to an original state by its own elastic force. Accordingly, the placement member 130 can be mounted to the second fixing part 124 by applying an external force to the pair of placement rods 131 so that the first insertion protrusions 133 are disengaged from the first insertion groove parts 123 of the first fixing part 120, thereby separating the placement member 130 from the first fixing part 120, then applying an external force again to the pair of placement rods 131 of the placement member 130 to tighten them, and then inserting the first insertion protrusions 133 into the first insertion groove parts 125 of the second fixing part 124. At this time, when the placement member 130 is attached to the second fixing section 124, the second insertion protrusion 135 is also inserted into the second insertion groove 126 of the second fixing section 124, and thus the placement member 130 cannot be rotated in a state of being attached to the second fixing section 124, and can be rotated in a restricted state.
Similarly, the placement member 130 can be separated from the second fixing portion 124 by screwing the pair of placement rods 131 with both hands so that the first and second insertion projections 133 and 135 are disengaged from the first insertion groove portion 125 and the second insertion groove portion 126 of the second fixing portion 124, and after the separation, the placement member 130 is inserted into the insertion groove 127a (see fig. 12) of the third fixing portion 127, and the first and second insertion projections 133 and 135 are inserted into the first insertion groove portion 128 and the second insertion groove portion 129 of the third fixing portion 127, so that the placement member 130 can be attached to the third fixing portion 127. In this way, since the first and second insertion projections 133 and 135 are inserted into the first insertion groove 128 and the second insertion groove 129 of the third fixing portion 127 in a state where the placement member 130 is attached to the third fixing portion 127, the rotation of the placement member 130 can be restricted in a state where the placement member is attached to the third fixing portion 127.
In the present invention, the first insertion projection 133 is formed in an integrated manner at the outer side of the upper end of the placing rod 131, or is formed separately, thereby being formed in a form of being combined with an adhesive. In contrast, the second insertion projection 135 is provided slidably along the slide hole 136a formed at the placing lever 131, and an elastic spring 136c is provided between the cover 136b detachably coupled to the inside of the slide hole 136a and the second insertion projection 135, so that it is configured to be elastically supported in such a manner that the second insertion projection 135 is protruded to the outside of the placing lever 131 by the elastic force of the elastic spring 136c, whereby the second insertion projection 135 is introduced into the inside of the slide hole 136a when the second insertion projection 135 is pressed by the external force (refer to (b) of fig. 5), and the second insertion projection 135 is protruded to the outside of the placing lever 131 by the elasticity of the elastic spring 136c when the external force is removed (refer to (a) of fig. 5).
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, when the first insertion protrusion 133 is inserted into the first insertion groove 123 of the first fixing part 120 and the placement member 130 is stored in close contact with the rear surface of the housing body 110, the second insertion protrusion 135 is pressed by the inner sidewall of the first fixing part 120 and is drawn into the slide hole 136a, and as shown in fig. 11 (a), the second insertion protrusion 135 protrudes outward from the placement rod 131 in a state where the placement member 130 is rotated by a predetermined angle with respect to the first fixing part 120.
In the present invention, as shown in fig. 11 (b) and 11 (c), when the placement member 130 is attached to the second fixing unit 124 or the third fixing unit 127, the placement member 130 may be provided with a base member 140 in order to keep the placement member 130 in an upright state.
Since the base member 140 is heavier than the placement member 130 formed of a plastic material and has a lower center of gravity, it is preferable that the base member 140 is formed of a heavy metal material such as iron so that the placement member 130 can be more stably supported in an upright state with respect to the ground.
The base member 140 is formed in a four-cornered plate shape and is disposed inside the lower portion of the placement member 130, i.e., between the lower portions of the pair of placement levers 131.
Referring to fig. 9 and 10, the shaft member 142 is provided at both side surfaces of the base member 140 so as to protrude outward in the vertical longitudinal direction. The shaft member 142 may be formed of a plastic material, and an inner end portion may be fixedly installed to the base member 140 in an embedded state.
In addition, in the present invention, the rails 131a having a predetermined length in the vertical longitudinal direction are formed on the inner surfaces of the lower portions of the pair of placement rods 131, and the shaft member 142 is inserted into each of the rails 131a, so that the shaft member 142 can move up and down along the pair of rails 131 a. A pair of rotation restricting grooves 131aa (see fig. 8) are formed on the left and right sides of the lower end inner surface of the rail 131 a.
In the present invention, when the shaft member 142 is located at the upper end portion of the pair of rails 131a, as shown in fig. 6, the base member 140 is completely inserted into the space between the pair of placing bars 131 and the connecting bar 131, and in this state, when the shaft member 142 slides and moves to the lower end portion of the pair of rails 131a, as shown in fig. 7, the lower portion of the base member 140 protrudes downward from the placing member 131, and the upper portion of the base member 140 is inserted between the pair of placing bars 131.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, the shaft members 142 on both sides of the present invention are provided with a pair of elastic protrusions 144 along the upper and lower sides thereof, respectively.
The pair of elastic protrusions 144 may be configured to be introduced to the inside by external force of the respective shaft members 142, or to be protruded by being introduced to the outside from the shaft members 142 when the external force is removed.
Specifically, a pair of second sliding holes 145a are formed in each shaft member 142 in the vertical direction, the pair of elastic protrusions 144 are configured to be movable with respect to the pair of second sliding holes 145a, and second elastic springs 145c are respectively provided between the second cover 146b coupled to the shaft member 142 so as to block the inner ends of the pair of second sliding holes 145a and the elastic protrusions 144, so that the elastic protrusions 144 may be configured to be elastically supported by the second elastic springs 145 c. Thereby, when the elastic projection 144 is pressed toward the shaft member 142, it is introduced into the inside of the shaft member 142, and when the external force is removed, it can be projected to the outside of the shaft member 142 by the elasticity of the second elastic spring 145 c.
Thus, in the present invention, when each shaft member 142 is slidably moved along the rail 131a, the pair of elastic protrusions 144 are pressed by the inner side wall of the rail 131a, so that the elastic protrusions 144 keep the state of being introduced into the second sliding holes 145a, and the movement of the shaft member 142 relative to the rail 131a is realized, as shown in fig. 7, in the state where the base member 140 is lowered and the shaft member 142 is moved to the lower end portion of the rail 131a, when the base member 140 is rotated by 90 degrees, the pair of elastic protrusions 144 vertically arranged meet the pair of rotation limiting grooves 131aa formed on the left and right, and the pair of elastic protrusions 144 protrude outward from the shaft member 142 by the elasticity of the second elastic spring 145c while being inserted into the pair of rotation limiting grooves 131aa, whereby the base member 140 can be fixed in a state of being rotated at a right angle at the lower end of the placement member 130.
In contrast, the tip end portions of the elastic protrusions 144 are formed in a hemispherical form, so that in a state where the pair of elastic protrusions 144 are inserted into the pair of rotation restricting grooves 131aa and the base member 140 is at right angles to the placement member 130 as shown in fig. 8, when a user applies an external force that rotates the base member 140 to a home position with respect to the placement member 130 as shown in fig. 7, the elastic protrusions 144 are again pressed by the inner side walls of the rails 131 while being brought into a state of being drawn into the inside of the shaft member 142.
In the present invention having the above-described configuration, as shown in fig. 2, the placement member 130 is attached to the first fixing portion 120, and the placement member 130 is folded in close contact with the back surface of the case body 110, so that a storage state can be achieved, and in such a storage state, the protective case 10 of the present invention, to which the smartphone p is attached, can be easily stored in a pocket of clothes, a bag, or the like.
When the user views multimedia or the like while placing the smartphone p, the placement member 130 is rotated by a predetermined angle with respect to the first fixing unit 120 as shown in fig. 11 (a), and the smartphone p is placed in a state of being closely attached to the support surface g and inclined (a placement state for viewing media), and the smartphone p can be used.
In addition, when the user takes a self-timer by moving away from the smartphone p, the placement member 130 is separated from the first fixing portion 120, and after being mounted on the second fixing portion 124 as shown in fig. 6, the base member 140 is moved downward relative to the placement member 130 as shown in fig. 7, and then the base member 140 is rotated by 90 degrees, and after the base member 140 has been in a state in which the placement member 130 is at a right angle, if the user is placed on a support surface g such as a table, as shown in fig. 11 (b), the case body 110 to which the smartphone is mounted may be placed in a state in which it is spaced from the support surface p in a longitudinal direction by a height corresponding to the placement member 130, so that a self-timer (placement configuration for first photographing) can be performed by the smartphone p arranged in the longitudinal direction. In such a placement form for first photographing, not only self-photographing but also media can be viewed through the smartphone p arranged vertically, and the user can also function as a self-stick function by gripping the lower portion of the placement member 130.
When the user places the smartphone p in the horizontal direction in a state of being spaced apart from the support surface g to perform photographing, the placement member 130 is separated from the second fixing section 120, and is attached to the third fixing section 127 as shown in fig. 12, and then the base member 140 is moved downward relative to the placement member 130 so that the base member 140 is rotated by 90 degrees, and then if the smartphone p is placed on the support surface g, the case body 110 may be placed in a state of being spaced apart from the support surface p in the horizontal direction to an extent corresponding to the height of the placement member 130 as shown in fig. 11 (c), so that self-photographing can be performed by the smartphone p placed in the horizontal direction (placement mode for second photographing). In such a second photographing placement form, not only self-timer photographing but also media viewing by the horizontally arranged smartphone p is possible, and the user can also function as a self-timer stick function by gripping the lower portion of the placement member 130.
As described above, in the present invention, since the placement member 130 is fixedly mounted to one of the first fixing portion 120, the second fixing portion 124, and the third fixing portion 127 formed at the upper portion of the back surface of the case body 110, the lower portion of the back surface of the case body 110, and the side surface portion of the case body 110, the placement member can be used by transforming the form into the placement form for media viewing (see (a) of fig. 11), the placement form for first photographing (see (b) of fig. 11), and the placement form for second photographing (see (c) of fig. 11), the placement function for various self-shots can be added to the present protective case having only the placement function for media viewing, and the user convenience can be greatly improved.
