A wine sampling device according to claim 1 wherein: the top (5) comprises a cylindrical part and a conical head; the lower end of the cylindrical part is provided with a conical head, and the upper end of the cylindrical part is fixed with a pressure lever (6); the conical head is wrapped with a sealing layer; the sealing layer enables the conical head and the inner wall of the liquid inlet pipe (2) to form sealing.
3. A wine sampling device according to claim 2 wherein: a certain gap exists between the pressure lever (6) and the inner wall of the upper pipe (3).
4. A wine sampling device according to claim 3 wherein: a sealing ring is arranged at the upper end of the upper pipe (3); when the handle (4) is pressed down at the upper end of the upper pipe (3), the upper pipe (3) is completely closed.

A wine sampling device according to claim 4 wherein: the liquid inlet pipe (2) comprises an inner pipe extending into the wine storage tank (1) and an outer pipe extending out of the wine storage tank (1); the lower end of the inner pipe is provided with two through holes (10); when the handle (4) is pressed downwards at the upper end of the upper pipe (3), the ejector (5) is blocked in the outer pipe; when the handle (4) is lifted upwards, the top (5) moves upwards to the inner pipe above the through hole (10), and the interior of the wine storage tank (1) is communicated with the exterior through the two through holes (10) and the outer pipe in sequence.
