The casing 1 is provided with a water outlet 16, the waterway plate assembly 7 is provided with a water discharge end 74 connected with the water outlet 16, and the waterway plate assembly 7 is provided with a wastewater channel communicating the water discharge end 74 with the wastewater outlet.
The water supply port 15 and the drain port 16 are symmetrically provided at both left and right sides of the cabinet 1.
The working principle is as follows:
when the water source is in an environment with a lack of water, the water bag part can be applied to collect raw water in the water receiving cavity 27, and the collected raw water can be introduced into the pump inlet end 86 of the water pump assembly through the first water introducing part 871 with the filtering device 872;
when the environment is rich in water sources, an external water conduit can be used, so that raw water can be directly led into the pump inlet end 86 of the water pump assembly from the second water leading part 873 through the water receiving port 14;
by applying the diversion switching valve 87, the knob 870 is used to perform corresponding waterway switching, so as to perform different raw water introduction operations according to the different environments.
Or when the water pump assembly is damaged, an external spare water pump can be matched, the spare water pump is connected into the water supply port 15, and raw water is introduced into the pump liquid outlet flow channel through the third water introducing part 73, so that the raw water introducing operation driven by the external water pump is directly realized for the raw water inlet 31.
Under the driving of a corresponding water pump assembly, external raw water enters the raw water flow channel 51 through the raw water inlet 31, and the raw water enters from the outer ring side of the first filter layer 41 and is filtered to obtain coarse filtered water; the coarse filtered water is guided out to the first water inlet flow passage 52 through the flow guiding section 521, and then enters from the outer ring side of the second filter layer 42 for filtering, so as to obtain first filtered water.
The first filtered water is guided out from the first filtered water outlet 32 through the first water outlet channel 53, flows into the first filtered water inlet of the second filter core part 6 through the guide of the water channel plate component 7, is filtered by the RO membrane filter core structure of the second filter core part 6 to obtain second filtered water and wastewater, and the wastewater is discharged through the wastewater outlet.
The second filtered water is led out from the second filtered water outlet, and is guided by the waterway plate assembly 7 to flow into the second water inlet channel 54 from the second filtered water inlet 33, the second filtered water enters through the outer ring side of the third filter layer 43 to be filtered, so as to obtain third filtered water, the third filtered water is led out from the third filtered water outlet 34 through the second water outlet channel 55, and is guided into the water guide pipe 72 through the waterway plate assembly 7, so as to realize the external output of the third filtered water.
In the composite filter element structure of the present invention, the filter element housing 30 is integrally arranged in a columnar shape according to the installation and assembly requirements, and the raw water inlet 31, the first filtered water outlet 32, the second filtered water inlet 33 and the third filtered water outlet 34 are arranged side by side at the lower end of the filter element housing 30; a first shell wall 35, a second shell wall 36 and a third shell wall 37 which are annularly arranged are vertically extended from the lower end inside the filter element shell 30, a first connection 381 for connecting the raw water flow passage 51 with the raw water inlet 31 is formed between the inner side wall of the filter element shell 30 and the outer side wall of the first shell wall 35, a second connection 382 for connecting the first water outlet flow passage 53 with the first filtered water outlet 32 is formed between the inner side wall of the first shell wall 35 and the outer side wall of the second shell wall 36, a third connection 383 for connecting the second water inlet flow passage 54 with the second filtered water inlet 33 is formed between the inner side wall of the second shell wall 36 and the outer side wall of the third shell wall 37, and a fourth connection 384 for connecting the second water outlet flow passage 55 with the third filtered water outlet 34 is formed between the inner side wall of the third shell wall 37; the first, second and third walls 35, 36, 37 have a height difference therebetween.
A first end layer 47, a second end layer 48 and a third end layer 49 with different heights arranged in layers are formed at the lower end of the lower filtering part in the filter material component 4, the outer diameters of the first end layer 47, the second end layer 48 and the third end layer 49 are sequentially decreased progressively, and the outer diameter of the first end layer 47 is smaller than the outer diameter of the lower end surface of the lower filtering part; the first end layer 47 is provided with a first filtered water lead-out 471 used for leading out first filtered water, the second end layer 48 is provided with a second filtered water lead-out 481 used for leading in second filtered water, and the third end layer 49 is provided with a third filtered water lead-out 491 used for leading out third filtered water, so that the first filtered water lead-out 471, the second filtered water lead-out 481 and the third filtered water lead-out 491 are distributed in a layered manner.
The filter element shell 30 is provided with a shell opening for the filter element assembly 4 to be connected, the shell opening is detachably connected with a filter element upper cover 57, and the upper part of the filter element assembly 4 is positioned and installed on the lower side of the filter element upper cover 57.
When the filter element assembly 4 is inserted into the filter element housing 30, the first housing wall 35 and the second housing wall 36 are in positioning fit with the first end layer 47, the second housing wall 36 and the third housing wall 37 are in positioning fit with the second end layer 48, and the third housing wall 37 is in positioning fit with the third end layer 49, so that the first connection passage 381 and the inner side wall of the lower portion of the filter element housing 30 are in fit communication with the outer ring side of the first filter layer 41, the second connection passage 382 and the first filter water lead-out opening 471 are in fit communication, the third connection passage 383 and the second filter water lead-out opening 481 are in fit communication, and the fourth connection passage 384 and the third filter water lead-out opening 491 are in fit communication, so as to form communication and mutual separation of the raw water flow passage 51, the first water flow passage 53, the second water flow passage 54 and the second water flow passage 55.
The water pump assembly is characterized in that a positioning support 9 used for mounting the filter element assembly, the water pump assembly and the water path plate assembly 7 is arranged in the inner cavity 11, the positioning support 9 comprises a positioning part 90 arranged at the lower part of the inner cavity, a positioning cavity 901 is formed in the positioning part 90, and the water path plate assembly 7 is mounted at the lower part of the positioning cavity 901.
The upper side of the positioning part 90 comprises a first mounting shell 94 and a second mounting shell 95 which are arranged at two sides of the inner cavity 11, the first mounting shell 94 is provided with a first mounting cavity for mounting the first filter element part 3, the upper side of the first mounting shell 94 is provided with a first mounting opening communicated with the first mounting cavity, the first mounting opening is provided with a first pressing upper cover 96 in a covering and opening manner, when the first pressing upper cover 96 is closed, the lower side of the first pressing upper cover 96 is pressed against the upper side of the filter element upper cover 57 to apply a pressing pressure towards the lower side of the waterway plate component 7 to the first filter element part 3, so that water inlets and water outlets which are respectively arranged at the lower end of the first filter element part 3 are stably jointed into the waterway plate component 7 to prevent the internal water source from seeping out; similarly, the second mounting case 95 has the same technical principle as the first mounting case 94, and the second pressing cover 97 applies a pressing force to the second filter element 6 toward the lower waterway plate assembly 7.
The positioning part 90 further includes a first interface 91 between the first mounting shell 94 and the second mounting shell 95 for the pump body 81 to be mounted and connected, a second interface 92 for the water pump driving handle 83 to be attached after being detached, and a third interface 93 for the water conduit 72 to be positioned and connected.
A supporting bracket 17 for supporting the back of a user is arranged at the rear side of the machine shell 1, and the supporting bracket 17 is integrally arranged in an X shape; the back side of the casing 1 is also connected with braces 18 for a user to carry, corresponding to the positions of the supporting brackets 17, so that the user can carry the outdoor water purifier with the multi-stage composite filtration in the outdoor environment.
The above is only the preferred embodiment of the present invention, and to the technical personnel in the technical field, without departing from the present invention, the embodiment can still be modified, and the corresponding modification should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. The outdoor water purifier with the multi-stage composite filtration comprises a shell provided with an inner cavity, wherein a filter element assembly and a water pump assembly are arranged in the inner cavity, and a raw water inlet of the filter element assembly is communicated with a liquid outlet end of the water pump assembly; the filter element assembly comprises a first filter element part, the first filter element part comprises a filter element shell, and the lower end of the filter element shell is provided with the raw water inlet and a first filtered water outlet; a filter element assembly is arranged in the filter element shell and comprises a first filter layer arranged at the lower part and a second filter layer arranged at the upper part, a raw water flow passage is arranged between the raw water inlet and the first filter layer, a first water inlet flow passage is arranged between the first filter layer and the second filter layer, and a first water outlet flow passage is arranged between the second filter layer and the first filtered water outlet; the water filter is characterized by further comprising a water guide pipe for guiding out filtered water, and the first filtered water outlet is communicated with the water guide pipe.

The outdoor water purifier of claim 1, wherein the raw water flow passage communicating with the raw water inlet is formed between an inner side wall of a lower portion of the filter cartridge housing and an outer side of the first filter layer; a first blocking wall is arranged on the inner side of the first filter layer, a first water inlet flow channel is formed by the communication between the first blocking wall and the inner side of the first filter layer and the communication between the inner side wall of the upper part of the filter element shell and the outer side of the second filter layer, and a partition part is arranged between the first filter layer and the second filter layer to form a partition between the raw water flow channel and the first water inlet flow channel; a first water outlet flow channel is arranged between the inner side of the second filter layer and the first filtered water outlet.

The outdoor water purifier of claim 2, wherein the filter cartridge assembly further includes a second filter cartridge section; the second filter element part is provided with a first filtered water inlet and a second filtered water outlet; the first water filtering outlet is communicated with the first water filtering inlet, and the second water filtering outlet is communicated with the water guide pipe.

The outdoor water purifier of claim 3, wherein the lower end of the filter element shell is further provided with a second filtered water inlet and a third filtered water outlet, the inner side of the first baffle wall is provided with a third filter layer, a second water inlet flow passage is arranged between the second filtered water inlet and the third filter layer, and a second water outlet flow passage is arranged between the third filter layer and the third filtered water outlet; the second water inlet flow channel is communicated with the second filtered water outlet, and the third filtered water outlet is communicated with the water guide pipe.

The outdoor water purifier of claim 4, wherein the first filter element part and the second filter element part are vertically arranged at two sides of the inner cavity, the water pump assembly is arranged between the first filter element part and the second filter element part, a waterway plate assembly is arranged below the first filter element part, the second filter element part and the water pump assembly, and a pump outlet flow passage for communicating the raw water inlet with a pump outlet end of the water pump assembly, a first filtered water flow passage for communicating the first filtered water outlet with the first filtered water inlet and a second filtered water flow passage for communicating the second filtered water outlet with the second filtered water inlet are arranged on the waterway plate assembly; the water path plate component is provided with a water outlet end, a third water filtering flow channel communicated with the third water filtering outlet and the water outlet end is further arranged in the water path plate component, and the water outlet end is externally connected with the water guide pipe.

The outdoor water purifier of claim 1, further comprising a diversion switching valve for switching the water path, wherein the diversion switching valve is provided with a valve outlet end and a first liquid inlet end and a second liquid inlet end which are communicated with the valve outlet end; the liquid outlet end of the valve is connected with the liquid inlet end of the pump of the water pump assembly, and the first liquid inlet end is connected with the first water diversion part; the casing is provided with a water receiving port, and the second liquid inlet end is connected with a second water leading part communicated with the water receiving port.
7. The outdoor water purifier of claim 5, wherein the casing is provided with a water supply inlet, the waterway plate assembly is provided with a third water introducing part communicated with the pumped liquid channel, and the third water introducing part is connected with the water supply inlet.

The outdoor water purifier of claim 5, wherein the waterway plate assembly is provided with a positioning bracket at an upper side thereof, the positioning bracket comprises a first mounting shell, the first mounting shell is formed with a first mounting cavity for mounting the first filter element, the first mounting shell is provided at an upper side thereof with a first mounting opening communicated with the first mounting cavity, the first mounting opening is provided with a first pressing upper cover which is openably and closably arranged thereon, and when the first pressing upper cover is closed, a lower side of the first pressing upper cover is in contact pressing with the upper side of the first filter element so as to apply a pressing pressure towards the waterway plate assembly to the first filter element.

The outdoor water purifier of claim 8, wherein the positioning bracket is provided with a first interface, a second interface and a third interface, and the water pump assembly comprises a pump body, a pump piston connected with the pump body, a water pump driving handle and a supporting rod; the pump body is provided with the pump liquid outlet end and the pump liquid inlet end, and the pump driving handle is hinged with the upper end of the pump piston; the fulcrum of the water pump driving handle is hinged with the upper end of the supporting rod, and the lower end of the supporting rod is hinged with the pump body; the pump body is installed and connected to the first interface, the water pump driving handle is detachably arranged, and the detached water pump driving handle is connected to the second interface in an assembling mode; the water introduction pipe is attached to the third port.
10. The outdoor water purifier of claim 1, wherein the housing is movably connected with a connection cover, the connection cover is provided with a water bag portion capable of being accommodated therein, and the water bag portion is formed with a water receiving cavity on the connection cover in an expandable manner; the first water leading part is communicated with the water receiving cavity; the shell is provided with a supporting bracket for supporting the back of a user, and the outer side of the shell is connected with straps for the user to carry on the back corresponding to the supporting bracket.
