本实用新型为供电线路杆上配电变压器,提供了 一种新型的带肩架压接式接线板,接线板用压接代替 螺栓连接多股绞合铜导线。同时配之以杆上变压器 低压桩头螺丝夹板,两者的目的都是为了减少连接点 的接触电阻,保障安全运行,保证工农业生产的需 要。

Description

本实用新型为带肩架压接式接线板,适用于电力线路上杆上配电变压器低压桩头与低压出线采用橡皮或塑料多股绞合铜线连接用。
通常杆上变压器低压线是靠用螺栓连接设备  线夹夹住,然后,再将设备线夹连接到杆上低压桩头上,这种连接方法已延续使用几十年。其最大缺点是:由于螺栓的松紧,很难由人定量的控制。即便是拧得很紧,但由于长时期或大或小的电流通过及气候的冷暖交替,多股导线的热胀冷缩,会使得螺栓松动,导致导线与设备线夹间接触电阻增大,通过大电流时产生发热,甚至烧坏设备线夹,同时引起变压器套管根部橡皮床老化、龟裂,使变压器漏油,导致供电中断,严重的可烧毁变压器。
本实用新型的目的,是为了避免螺栓式设备线夹接处的触电阻增大,排除人为的或自然的原因而引起接触松动。
本实用新型是这样实现的,它提供一种优质、可靠的杆上变压器出线带肩架压接式接线板及其配件,使多股铜线与接接线板的连接是压接而成一体,其紧密的程度不取决于个人的行为,而取决于压模和压接管的几何尺寸,这些都是可以控制的,因而接触电阻的大小也就可以控制,由于接线板上带有肩架。依靠这个肩架与螺丝夹板贴住而限止了采用单螺栓连接时,由于多股绞线的自重作用而产生松动自转的可能,防止运行中压接式接线板与变压器外壳接触而烧毁,同时由于压接式接线板不是直接与杆上变压器低压桩头用螺帽拧紧,而是通过螺丝夹板与桩头连接,增加了螺牙间的接触面积,且螺丝夹板上的夹板用两个螺栓拧紧,桩头与螺丝夹板不易松动。夹板与接线板成一定角度,下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明:

由附图1、2可知,本实用新型由压接式接线板4和桩头螺丝夹板1两部分组成,,压接式接线板4是一个带有肩架5和压接管6的金属元件,通常用钢铜或铝等组成,桩头螺丝夹板1是一个一端开槽的中孔带有螺丝夹板和另一端带有接线板的金属元件,开槽夹板端与接线板端成一定的角度约为120°左右。由于杆上配电变压器的容量不同,其低压出线规格以及低压桩头螺丝直径也不同,所以压接式接线板和桩头螺丝夹板的规格也不同。

1、一种杆上变压器低压出线压接式接线板,其特征在于:由一个带肩架5和压接管6的压接式接线板4和桩头螺丝夹板1两部分组成。
2、由权利要求1所述的压接式接线板,其特征在于桩头螺丝夹板1是一个端槽的中孔带有螺丝,另一端带有一定角度的接线板。
3、由权利要求1、2所述的压接式接线板,其特征在于带有肩架5和压接管6的压接式接线板4及桩头螺丝夹板1的材料可以是钢板、铜板或铝板。
