The inner pot is generally made of a metal material for containing a material to be heated, such as rice, soup, etc. In addition, still be provided with heating device and controlling means in the a kind of deep pot body, heating device can be located interior pot below to heat the food in the interior pot, the user can be through controlling means control cooking utensil's culinary art operation.
A steam valve assembly 100 according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1 to 5.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the steam valve assembly 100 mainly includes a steam valve upper cover 110, a steam valve lower cover 120, and a steam valve cover 130, and a decoration 140. The steam valve lower cover 120 is disposed below the steam valve upper cover 110, and is mounted to the steam valve upper cover 110. For example, the steam valve upper cover 110 and the steam valve lower cover 120 may be fastened together by screwing. The steam valve upper cover 110 has a bottom opening 111 at the bottom. The bottom opening 111 may be configured as a circular opening. The top of the steam valve upper cover 110 may be provided with a steam discharge port 114. The steam valve cover 130 is disposed above the steam valve upper cover 110 and is located circumferentially outside the steam port 126. The steam valve cover 130 may be mounted to the steam valve upper cover 110. The outer surface of the steam valve upper cover 110 may be provided with a grain for decoration. The steam valve cover 130 may be made of a transparent resin material so that a user can observe the grain through the steam valve cover 130, making the cooking appliance more beautiful. The decoration 140 may be sleeved on the outer sides of the steam valve cover 110 and the steam valve cover 130 to play a decoration role. It should be noted that, in the present invention, the directional terms "upper", "lower", "outer" and "inner" are based on the direction determined by the cooking appliance which is placed upright and the lid is in the closed state.
The steam valve lower cover 120 is provided with a cover portion 121 for covering the bottom opening 111 and a steam passage 122 extending downward from the cover portion 121. Specifically, the covering part 121 may extend in a horizontal direction, and a bottom surface of the covering part 121 may be a plane. The bottom of the steam passage 122 may be provided with a steam port 126, and the steam port 126 communicates with the steam outlet 114, so that steam in the cooking space may enter the steam valve assembly 100 through the steam port 126 and be discharged to the external atmosphere through the steam outlet 114.
Since it is inconvenient for an operator to hold the cover 121 and it is only by holding the steam passage 122 that the operator needs to use a large force to screw-fasten the steam valve lower cover 120 to the steam valve upper cover 110. Therefore, in the present embodiment, in order to facilitate the screwing of the steam valve lower cover 120 with less effort, the steam valve lower cover 120 is further provided with a force receiving portion 123 extending downward from the covering portion 121, and the force receiving portion 123 is used to receive a force together with the steam passage 122 so as to rotate the steam valve lower cover 120. Thus, an operator can hold the steam valve upper cover 110 with one hand and simultaneously hold the force receiving portion 123 and the steam passage 122 of the steam valve lower cover 120 with the other hand, so as to apply a force to the steam valve lower cover 120 while rotating the steam valve lower cover 120 and the steam valve upper cover 110 with less effort.
Preferably, the force receiving portion 123 is a column whose cross section may be circular, or polygonal. Specifically, in the present invention, the force receiving portion 123 is configured as a cylindrical structure having a circular ring shape. Further preferably, the distance between the force-receiving portion 123 and the steam channel 122 is 15mm to 60 mm. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the structure of the force receiving portion 123 is not limited to the present embodiment, and the force receiving portion 123 may have any other suitable structure as needed. For example, the cross section of the force receiving portion 123 may also be oval or the force receiving portion 123 may have an arc-shaped surface to facilitate gripping.
As shown in fig. 4, in the present embodiment, an angle between a plane defined by a center line of the steam passage 122 and a center line of the steam valve lower cover 120 and a plane defined by a center line of the steam passage 122 and a center line of the force receiving portion 123 is less than or equal to 50 °. As shown in fig. 5, it is preferable that the center line of the steam passage 122 and the center line of the steam valve lower cover 120 and the center line of the force receiving portion 123 are located in the same plane. Thus, it is convenient for the operator to rotate the steam valve lower cover 120 more easily.
Referring back to fig. 1-3, the steam valve assembly 100 may further include a sealing ring 150. The sealing ring 150 may be an O-ring, and the sealing ring 150 may be made of a silicone or rubber material. The steam valve upper cover 110 is provided with a mounting groove 112 for at least partially receiving the sealing ring 150. The opening of the mounting groove 112 is opened downward. The steam valve lower cover 120 is provided with a protrusion 124 extending upward from the cover 121, and the protrusion 124 is used to abut against the sealing ring 150 to press the sealing ring 150 against the mounting groove 112, so that the gap between the steam valve upper cover 110 and the steam valve lower cover 120 can be sealed.
The steam valve lower cover 120 may be provided with a groove 125, and the steam valve upper cover 110 may be further provided with a rib 113. The steam valve lower cover 120 may be mounted to the steam valve upper cover 110 via the ribs 113 rotating into the grooves 125. Specifically, the rib 113 may be disposed inside the bottom of the steam valve upper cover 110, and may be configured as a bar structure extending in a horizontal direction. The groove 125 may be configured to be recessed radially inward from the protrusion 124 and have a top opening at the top (see fig. 2) through which the rib 113 may be rotated into the groove 125, so that the steam valve lower cover 120 may be mounted to the steam valve upper cover 110.
According to the utility model discloses a steam valve subassembly, through setting up atress portion to with the common atress of steam conduit, even if be convenient for grip atress portion and steam conduit simultaneously through a hand, thereby be convenient for revolve wrong steam valve lower cover, even if be convenient for steam valve subassembly's installation and dismantlement, thereby can improve assembly efficiency, reduction in production cost.
