Next, referring to the drawings, a mounting bracket 100 for a window type air conditioner 200 according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described.
As shown in fig. 1, and referring to fig. 12 and 14, the mounting bracket 100 is adapted to be mounted at a window 2001 of a wall 2000, the window type air conditioner 200 is adapted to be disposed on the mounting bracket 100, the window type air conditioner 200 can be disposed at the window 2001 through the mounting bracket 100, and then the mounting bracket 100 can be mounted to the wall 2000 for fixing and supporting the window type air conditioner 200 disposed at the window 2001.
As shown in fig. 1, the mounting bracket 100 comprises at least one support unit 1, i.e. the mounting bracket 100 comprises one or more support units 1; when the mounting bracket 100 includes a plurality of supporting units 1, it is advantageous to improve the structural strength and structural stability of the mounting bracket 100, and ensure that the mounting bracket 100 has sufficient supporting force for the window air conditioner 200.
The supporting unit 1 includes a supporting frame 11 and supporting legs 12, the supporting frame 11 extends in an inside-outside direction (for example, a front-back direction in fig. 1 and 12), and at least a part of the supporting frame 11 is adapted to be disposed outdoors, so that a part of the supporting frame 11 is adapted to be disposed outdoors, or the supporting frame 11 is entirely adapted to be disposed outdoors, in other words, the supporting frame 11 includes at least a first portion 11a, and the first portion 11a is adapted to be disposed outdoors; the support legs 12 are suitable for being arranged outdoors, the upper ends of the support legs 12 are connected with the part, located outdoors, of the support frame 11, the lower ends of the support legs 12 are suitable for being directly or indirectly abutted to the outer wall surface R of the wall 2000, and then the support legs 12 can support the support frame 11, so that the stability of the mounting support 100 is improved. The supporting legs 12 and the supporting frames 11 can be arranged at an angle to each other, so that the supporting unit 1 and the wall 2000 can jointly construct a stable supporting pattern such as a triangle, and the structural stability of the supporting unit 1 is ensured.
As shown in FIGS. 2, 6 and 14, the wall 2000 has an indoor side 2004 and an outdoor side 2005 on both sides of the thickness thereof, and the first portion 11a of the support frame 11 and the support leg 12 are adapted to be disposed on the outdoor side 2005. the portion of the support frame 11 located outdoors, such as the first portion 11a of the support frame 11, has a first position-limiting structure 110, the upper end of the support leg 12 has a second position-limiting structure 120, and the second position-limiting structure 120 is in position-limiting fit with the first position-limiting structure 110 to limit the maximum included angle between the support leg 12 and the support frame 11 towards the indoor side 2004, so as to prevent the rotation angle of the support leg 12 relative to the support frame 11 away from the wall 2000 from exceeding the maximum included angle, such as themaxThen the second position-limiting structure 120 is in position-limiting fit with the first position-limiting structure 110 such that the included angle α between the supporting leg 12 and the supporting frame 11 towards the indoor side 2004 does not exceed αmax
Therefore, in the assembling process of the supporting leg 12 and the supporting frame 11, under the action of the self gravity of the supporting leg 12, the limit fit of the first limit structure 110 and the second limit structure 120 can enable the included angle between the supporting leg 12 and the supporting frame 11 towards the indoor side 2004 to be the maximum included angle, namely α - αmaxAt this time, the supporting leg 12 cannot rotate relative to the supporting frame 11 in the direction away from the wall 2000 around the joint of the supporting leg 12 and the supporting frame 11, that is, the supporting leg 12 cannot rotate relative to the supporting frame 11 so that α is increased to exceed αmaxTo support the leg 12Can keep between and support frame 11 the contained angle towards indoor side 2004 be the state of maximum contained angle, then supporting leg 12 can need not to set up stop device in addition, perhaps need not to hold supporting leg 12 for a long time, made things convenient for the follow-up of supporting leg 12 with support frame 11 to link to each other, the operation of being convenient for is favorable to promoting the installation effectiveness of installing support 100, be favorable to promoting the stability of above-mentioned stable supporting figure simultaneously, guarantee that installing support 100 supports stably, be convenient for moreover guarantee supporting leg 12 and support frame 11's connection accuracy.
Optionally, the support legs 12 and the support frame 11 may be connected subsequently by connecting fixtures (screws, etc.), but not limited thereto.
Of course, in the installation or use process of the mounting bracket 100, through the limit fit of the first limit structure 110 and the second limit structure 120, even when the connection fixing piece between the supporting leg 12 and the supporting frame 11 is loosened or even falls off, the relative rotation between the supporting leg 12 and the supporting frame 11 can still be limited to a certain extent, so that the mounting bracket 100 can still stably support the window type air conditioner 200, and the support stability of the mounting bracket 100 is further improved.
According to the utility model discloses a installing support 100 for window formula air conditioner 200, through the spacing cooperation of first limit structure 110 on setting up second limit structure 120 on the supporting leg 12 and the support frame 11, with the biggest contained angle towards indoor side 2004 between restriction supporting leg 12 and the support frame 11, thereby be convenient for realize supporting leg 12 and support frame 11 spacing before supporting leg 12 links to each other with support frame 11, the follow-up of supporting leg 12 with support frame 11 has made things convenient for and has linked to each other, be favorable to promoting installing support 100's installation effectiveness, the support stability of installing support 100 has been promoted simultaneously, realize window formula air conditioner 200's stable installation, prevent that window formula air conditioner 200 from easily dropping from window 2001, be favorable to realizing window formula air conditioner 200's safe handling.
The "included angle α between the support leg 12 and the support frame 11 toward the indoor side 2004" is an included angle between a center line of the support leg 12 and a center line of the support frame 11 toward the indoor side 2004. Similarly, the angle α' between the support leg 12 and the support frame 11 facing away from the indoor side 2004 can be understood as the angle between the centerline of the support leg 12 and the centerline of the support frame 11 facing away from the indoor side 2004.
For example, in the example of FIGS. 4 and 12, the support leg 12 is adapted to be inclined relative to the vertical, and the support leg 12 has a tendency to rotate toward the vertical arrangement under its own weightmaxCan be the acute angle, then be convenient for supporting leg 12 and wall 2000 outer wall surface R better butt, supporting leg 12 is under its own action of gravity, through the spacing cooperation of first limit structure 110 and second limit structure 120, is convenient for make supporting leg 12 keep the state of arranging in the slope to the follow-up of supporting leg 12 with support frame 11 has been made things convenient for and has been linked to each other.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2 and 6, the supporting frame 11 has two limiting grooves 1101 spaced apart in a transverse direction (e.g., a left-right direction in fig. 1), each limiting groove 1101 extends in an inner-outer direction (e.g., a front-back direction in fig. 1), at least a portion of the limiting groove 1101 is adapted to be located outdoors, another portion of the limiting groove is adapted to be located indoors, or all of the limiting grooves 1101 are adapted to be located outdoors (as shown in fig. 1, and in conjunction with fig. 12 and 14). The horizontal one side of spacing groove 1101 is opened to be uncovered 1101a, and the horizontal opposite side of spacing groove 1101 has lateral wall 1101b, and spacing groove 1101 is as first limit structure 110, and then support frame 11 has two first limit structure 110, is convenient for guarantee that support frame 11 is comparatively balanced in the atress of horizontal.
The openings 1101a may be located on opposite sides of the two limiting grooves 1101, or the openings 1101a may be located on the same side of the two limiting grooves 1101. For example, in the example of fig. 2 and 6, the sides of the two stopper grooves 1101 opposite to each other are each opened as an open port 1101 a.
As shown in fig. 2, 6-9, the second limiting structure 120 is assembled in the limiting groove 1101 through an opening 1101a, the second limiting structure 120 includes an upper limiting portion 1201 and a lower limiting portion 1202, the upper limiting portion 1201 abuts against a top wall 1101c of the limiting groove 1101, the lower limiting portion 1202 abuts against a bottom wall 1101d of the limiting groove 1101, so that the limitation of the supporting leg 12 and the supporting frame 11 before the supporting leg 12 is connected with the supporting frame 11 is further facilitated through the cooperation of the upper limiting portion 1201 and the lower limiting portion 1202, when the supporting leg 12 is fitted with the supporting frame 11, namely the upper limiting portion 1201 abuts against the top wall 1101c of the limiting groove 1101 and the lower limiting portion 1202 abuts against the bottom wall 1101d of the limiting groove 1101, the supporting leg 12 cannot rotate spontaneously relative to the supporting frame 11 in a direction away from the indoor side 2004 under the effect of its own weight, and the supporting leg 12 and the supporting frame 11 are conveniently and fixedly connected.
For example, in the examples of FIGS. 4, 6 and 12, the support leg 12 may be arranged inclined relative to vertical, with the maximum included angle α between the support leg 12 and the support frame 11 being towards the indoor side 2004maxMay be acute, the support leg 12 may have a tendency to rotate relative to the support frame 11 away from the indoor side 2004, i.e., the angle α between the support leg 12 and the support frame 11 toward the indoor side 2004 may have a tendency to increase, and when the upper stopper portion 1201 abuts against the top wall 1101c of the stopper groove 1101 and the lower stopper portion 1202 abuts against the bottom wall 1101d of the stopper groove 1101, the angle α between the support leg 12 and the support frame 11 toward the indoor side 2004 may be αmaxThen the upper and lower retainers 1201, 1202 may limit the above-mentioned tendency of movement of the support leg 12 to avoid α exceeding αmaxTo facilitate maintaining the support leg 12 in the current inclined state when not subjected to other external forces.
Optionally, in the example of fig. 6, there are two second limiting structures 120 on the supporting leg 12, and the two second limiting structures 120 are matched with the two first limiting structures 110 in a corresponding limiting manner.
After reading the above technical solutions, it is obvious for those skilled in the art that the relative positions of the upper positioning part 1201 and the lower positioning part 1202 may be reasonably set, for example, when the relative positions of the upper positioning part 1201 and the lower positioning part 1202 in the inner and outer directions are reasonably set, so that the upper positioning part 1201 abuts against the top wall 1101c of the positioning groove 1101, and the lower positioning part 1202 abuts against the bottom wall 1101d of the positioning groove 1101, the support leg 12 and the support frame 11 may be limited to move toward the roomThe maximum included angle of the inner side 2004 is such that the included angle α between the support leg 12 and the support frame 11 towards the inner side 2004 is α under the self weight of the support leg 12maxIn the meantime, support leg 12 cannot rotate toward a direction away from indoor side 2004 to achieve one-way limiting, and at this time support leg 12 can rotate toward a direction close to indoor side 2004.
Of course, those skilled in the art can also reasonably set the relative positions of the upper limit part 1201 and the lower limit part 1202, so that the upper limit part 1201 and the lower limit part 1202 can cooperate to limit not only the maximum included angle between the support leg 12 and the support frame 11 towards the indoor side 2004, but also the maximum included angle between the support leg 12 and the support frame 11 towards the indoor side 2004, so that the included angle α ' between the support leg 12 and the support frame 11 towards the indoor side 2004 is α ' under the self-gravity of the support leg 12 'maxIn the meantime, support leg 12 cannot rotate toward a direction close to indoor side 2004, thereby realizing bidirectional position limitation.
It should be noted that in the description of the present invention, "transverse" is to be understood in a broad sense, and not limited to the horizontal direction, that is, "transverse" is to be understood to include not only the horizontal direction but also an oblique direction at an angle with respect to the horizontal direction. Also, the "vertical direction" described later should be broadly understood, and not limited to the vertical direction, that is, the "vertical direction" is understood to include not only the vertical direction but also an oblique direction at an angle with respect to the vertical direction.
Alternatively, in the example of fig. 1, 12 and 14, the opposite sides of the two limiting grooves 1101 are both opened to form an opening 1101a, the limiting grooves 1101 are all suitable for being arranged outdoors, at least one end of the limiting grooves 1101 in the inward and outward directions is opened, at this time, the two limiting grooves 1101 may be substantially formed as guide rails, so that the second limiting structure 120 is assembled in the limiting groove 1101 from the above-mentioned opened end of the limiting groove 1101 and is moved to a proper position along the extending direction of the limiting grooves 1101, for example, the second limiting structure 120 may be moved along the extending direction of the limiting grooves 1101 so that the lower end of the supporting leg 12 is directly or indirectly abutted against the outer wall surface R of the wall 2000, thereby facilitating the assembly of the supporting frame 11 and the supporting leg 12 and facilitating the installation of the mounting bracket 100.
It is understood that there may be one limiting groove 1101 on the supporting frame 11. There may also be one second stop 120 on the support leg 12.
Alternatively, in the example of fig. 8 and 9, the upper limit portion 1201 and the lower limit portion 1202 may be provided at intervals in the up-down direction in order to save the amount of material. Of course, the upper limit portion 1201 and the lower limit portion 1202 may be provided at intervals in the vertical direction.
Optionally, in the example of fig. 6, the upper limit portion 1201 and the top wall 1101c of the limit groove 1101 may be in surface contact, and the lower limit portion 1202 and the bottom wall 1101d of the limit groove 1101 may be in surface contact, so as to ensure the limit reliability of the first limit structure 110 and the second limit structure 120. Of course, the upper restraint portion 1201 and the top wall 1101c of the restraint slot 1101 may be in line contact, for example, a plurality of contact lines may be formed between the upper restraint portion 1201 and the top wall 1101c of the restraint slot 1101; the lower retainer 1202 may also be in line contact with the bottom wall 1101d of the retainer groove 1101, for example, a multi-segment contact line may be formed between the lower retainer 1202 and the bottom wall 1101d of the retainer groove 1101; but is not limited thereto.
In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 6, the support leg 12 includes two side plates 122 spaced apart in the lateral direction, and the lower retainer 1202 is provided at the upper end of the side plates 122 so that the lower retainer 1202 fits in the retainer groove 1101. Wherein, the lower limiting portion 1202 is located at a side of the side plate 122 close to the indoor side, and when the lower limiting portion 1202 stops against the bottom wall 1101d of the limiting groove 1101, the lower limiting portion 1202 can limit the supporting leg 12 to rotate towards a direction away from the indoor side 2004, so as to ensure that the limiting fit between the second limiting structure 120 and the first limiting structure 110 can limit the maximum included angle between the supporting leg 12 and the supporting frame 11 towards the indoor side 2002.
Optionally, in the example of fig. 6, each side plate 122 has a second limiting structure 120 thereon, and the supporting leg 12 has two second limiting structures 120, and the two second limiting structures 120 are correspondingly and limitedly matched with the two first limiting structures 110 on the supporting frame 11.
Specifically, in the example of fig. 6, 8, and 9, the lower retainer 1202 extends in a direction laterally toward the side wall 1101b of the retainer groove 1101, so that the lower retainer 1202 abuts against the bottom wall 1101d of the retainer groove 1102 to perform a retaining function.
For example, in the example of fig. 6, the opposite sides of the two stopper grooves 1101 are both opened to an open port 1101a, the two side plates 122 are located between the bottom walls 1101d of the two stopper grooves 1101, and the lower stopper portion 1202 may extend in the lateral direction to exceed the thickness surface of the side plate 122 and abut against the bottom walls 1101d of the stopper grooves 1101.
For example, the lower retainer 1202 may extend laterally from the edge of the side plate 122 close to the indoor side, and at this time, the edge of the side plate 122 close to the indoor side is connected to the edge of the lower retainer 1202 far from the side wall 1101b of the retainer 1101, so that the side plate 122 and the lower retainer 1202 are formed as a single piece, for example, the whole body formed by the side plate 122 and the lower retainer 1202 may be formed by bending a single plate, which facilitates the processing of the support leg 12.
