Referring to fig. 1-5, the spiral screen is selected from a straw discharge thresher comprising a frame 1, a roller 2, a screen 3, a grain recovery device 5, a grain hopper 6, a grain unloading device and a power device. The grain hopper 6 is fixed on the frame 1, the roller 2 and the screen 3 are both arranged in the grain hopper 6, and a grain bin is arranged below the screen 3. The screened grass cabin is provided with a cover plate 41 and a vertical material guide clapboard 42, and one side of the screened grass cabin 12 is provided with a grass discharge port 13. One end of the seed grain recovery baffle plate 52 is fixedly connected with the cover plate 41 which is used for screening the grass cabin, the seed grain recovery baffle plate 52 is positioned above the grass discharge port 13, the included angle between the seed grain recovery baffle plate 52 and the grass discharge cover positioned on one side of the roller is smaller than 90 degrees, the grass discharge guide chases 53 are fixedly connected with the cover plate 41 which is used for screening the grass cabin, and the grass discharge guide chases 53 are arranged in parallel to form a plurality of strips. The grass discharging and guiding chaste tree 53 is in a sheet shape or a strip shape, and the arrangement direction of the grass discharging and guiding chaste tree 53 is consistent with the discharging direction of the grass discharging opening 13.
The grain separation brambles 7 in the screened grass bin are distributed on the inner wall of the screened grass bin and the inner side of the cover plate 41 of the separation cleaning device 4, and the grain separation brambles 7 are axially parallel to the threshing cylinder and are arranged into a plurality of grains.
When the threshing machine is used, the motor drives the roller 2 to rotate, the straws with grains collide with the threshing teeth 23 on the roller 2 in the feeding threshing bin 11, the grains and the straws partially fall off from the straws, and most of the grains pass through the screen 3 and fall into the grain bin. Straw and a small amount of grains enter the grass screening bin 12 from the feed inlet 8 of the grass discharging bin to collide with the grain separation brambles 7, so that a small amount of grains remained on the straw are separated from the straw. The grain passes through the screen 3 and falls into the granary, the straw is discharged out of the straw discharging port 13 along the straw discharging and guiding device, and the grain recovering baffle plate 52 of the grain recovering device 5 blocks the jumping grain and rebounds the jumping grain to the granary. It has the advantages of quick grass discharge, clean threshing and good use effect.
