The fixing structure 142 includes a first fixing portion 1421 located at one side or two sides of the decoration 14 and protruding from the decoration 14, so that the structure of the decoration 14 and the assembly manner of the decoration 14 in the assembly space 111 can be more diversified.
In this embodiment, the first fixing portion 1421 may be a continuous or discrete structure on the decoration 14;
when the first fastening part 1421 is a discrete structure on the decoration 14, the first fastening part 1421 includes a plurality of fastening protrusions evenly distributed on one side of the decoration 14 (as shown in fig. 6 and 7), wherein the fitting hole 112 of the housing 11 at a position opposite to the fastening protrusions is a first fitting hole 1121. In this way, the first fixing portions 1421 further diversify the structures of the garnish 14 and the attachment hole 112 while achieving attachment of the attachment member. Meanwhile, when the first fixing portion 1421 is of a discrete structure, the decorating part 14 is more uniformly stressed during the assembling process, and no wrinkle occurs.
In practical applications, when the fixing protrusions are uniformly distributed on one side of the decoration 14, in order to enhance the fixing effect of the decoration 14 in the assembling space 111, in this embodiment, the decoration 14 may also be fixed in the assembling space 111 by clipping, bonding or other fixing methods.
As a possible embodiment, the first fitting holes 1121 may be formed at the bottom and the bottom wall 1112 of the housing body 1111, and when the fixing protrusions are inserted into the first fitting holes 1121 and bent and fixed in the receiving cavity 13 of the housing 11, the edge region of the garnish 14 is abutted in the fitting space 111 (as shown in fig. 11 and 14).
By providing the first fitting holes 1121 at the bottom and the bottom wall 1112 of the housing main body 1111 in this way, the size of the fitting space 111 on the housing 11 can be reduced while achieving fitting fixation, contributing to miniaturization of the housing assembly 10. On this basis, the edge region of the decoration 14 abuts against the assembly space 111, so that the decoration 14 is prevented from shaking up and down in the assembly space 111, the effect of limiting the decoration 14 is achieved, and the fixing effect of the decoration 14 in the assembly space 111 can be further improved.
In order to facilitate the first fixing portion 1421 to penetrate through the first assembling hole 1121 and to be bent and fixed in the accommodating cavity 13 of the housing 11, in this embodiment, the length L1 of the first assembling hole 1121 is greater than the width w1 of the first fixing portion 1421. In practical applications, the length of the first mounting hole 1121 is between 3mm and 8mm, the difference between the length L1 of the first mounting hole 1121 and the width w1 of the first fastening portion 1421 is between 0.1mm and 2mm, and for example, the difference between the length L1 of the first mounting hole 1121 and the width w1 of the first fastening portion 1421 is preferably between 0.4mm and 0.8mm, so that the first fastening portion 1421 is ensured to be mounted in the first mounting hole 1121 without interfering with the first mounting hole 1121, and the first fastening portion 1421 does not have too large displacement.
It should be understood that, in order to facilitate the first fixing portion 1421 to penetrate through the first mounting hole 1121 and to be fixed in the accommodating cavity 13 of the housing 11 in a bending manner, the height h1 of the first mounting hole 1121 is greater than or equal to the thickness d1 of the first fixing portion 1421. In practical applications, in the present embodiment, the height of the first mounting hole 1121 may be set within a range from 0.5mm to 5mm, so as to avoid the height h1 of the first mounting hole 1121 from being too large, and thus the first fixing portion 1421 may generate too large displacement deviation in the first mounting hole 1121. In this embodiment, the height of the first mounting hole 1121 is not further limited, and in practical applications, the height h1 of the first mounting hole 1121 may be determined within the above range according to the thickness d1 of the first fixing portion 1421, such that the height h1 of the first mounting hole 1121 is greater than or equal to the thickness d1 of the first fixing portion 1421.
The top of the first mounting hole 1121 may be flush with the lower edge 141 of the trim 14 (as shown in fig. 11), or the top of the first mounting hole 1121 (i.e., the end near the panel 20) may be lower than the lower edge 141 of the trim 14, and in practical applications, the distance between the top of the first mounting hole 1121 and the lower edge 141 of the trim 14 is 0-5mm, which can facilitate the first fixing portion 1421 to be inserted into the first mounting hole 1121 and bent and fixed in the accommodating cavity 13 of the housing 11.
In order to facilitate the opening of the first assembling hole 1121 on the bottom wall 1112 and the housing main body 1111 of the slot body, the width w2 of the bottom wall 1112 of the slot body of the assembling space 111 needs to be greater than the thickness (not shown in the figures) of the decoration 14, and the width (not shown in the figures) of the first assembling hole 1121 on the bottom wall 1112 is greater than the thickness d1 of the first fixing portion 1421 and is less than or equal to the width w2 of the bottom wall 1112, so that the first fixing portion 1421 can be conveniently inserted through the first assembling hole 1121 on the bottom wall 1112 and be bent and fixed in the accommodating cavity 13 of the housing 11.
In practical applications, the width w2 of the bottom wall 1112 of the channel is greater than 0.3mm, the thickness d2 of the garnish 14 is greater than 0.2mm, and the difference between the width w2 of the bottom wall 1112 and the thickness d2 of the garnish 14 is preferably in the range of 0.1mm to 1mm, which ensures that the garnish 14 is easily assembled without excessive assembly clearance.
In practical applications, the thickness of the bottom wall 1112 of the trough body ranges from 0.5mm to 5mm, and the difference between the width (not shown) of the first fastening hole 1121 on the bottom wall 1112 and the thickness d1 of the first fastening part 1421 is 0.1mm to 1mm, which is preferably in the range of 0.3mm to 0.5mm, so as to ensure that the first fastening part 1421 of the decoration 14 can be smoothly transferred into the first fastening hole 1121 of the trough body without excessive assembly gap.
Further, the height h2 of the limiting part 1113 of the groove body of the assembling space 111 is less than or equal to 1/3 of the width w3 of the decoration 14, and in practical application, the height of the decoration 14 exposed out of the limiting part 1113 is greater than or equal to 1 mm. Thus, by setting the size between the height of the limiting part 1113 and the width of the decorating part 14, on one hand, the exposed parts of the limiting part 1113 and the decorating part 14 can be more harmonious and beautiful, and simultaneously, the weight and the manufacturing cost of the shell assembly 10 can be effectively reduced, and on the other hand, the decorating part 14 can be easily identified and seen while the fingers of a user are prevented from being scratched by the edge of the decorating part 14, so that the decorating effect of the decorating part 14 is more obvious.
It should be understood that, when the first fixing portion 1421 is a discrete structure on the decoration 14, in practical applications, in order to enhance the strength of the housing 11, the first mounting hole 1121 is also a discrete structure disposed opposite to the first fixing portion 1421, so that, when a cooking appliance such as the induction cooker 100 is viewed from a section at a certain angle, it is not always possible to see that the first fixing portion 1421 penetrates through the first mounting hole 1121 and is bent and fixed inside the accommodating cavity 13 (as shown in fig. 10 and 14).
Further, referring to fig. 2 to 7, 10 and 12, in the embodiment, the fixing structure 142 further includes second fixing portions 1422 located at two ends of the decoration 14 and protruding from the decoration 14, the second fixing portions 1422 are perpendicular to the first fixing portions 1421, and when the decoration 14 is enclosed in the assembling space 111, the two second fixing portions 1422 are inserted into the second assembling holes 1122 and are bent and fixed in the accommodating cavity 13 (as shown in fig. 2, 3 and 12). Through the second fixing parts 1422 that are disposed at the two ends of the decoration 14 and perpendicular to the first fixing part 1421, when the two second fixing parts 1422 are disposed in the second assembling holes 1122 and bent and fixed in the accommodating cavity 13, the decoration 14 can be tensioned, so that the adhesion degree between the decoration 14 and the housing 11 is higher, and the fixing effect of the decoration 14 in the assembling space 111 is further enhanced.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the mounting holes 112 include a second mounting hole 1122 disposed on the housing 11 and opposite to the second fixing portion 1422, wherein the second mounting hole 1122 may be one or two through holes, and a height h3 of the second mounting hole 1122 is greater than a width w4 of the second fixing portion 1422 (as shown in fig. 12). On one hand, the second fixing part 1422 can be conveniently arranged in the second assembling hole 1122 in a penetrating manner, and the assembling position of the decorating part 14 in the assembling space 111 is limited; on the other hand, the second fitting hole 1122 and the structure of the housing assembly 10 can be more diversified.
In practical applications, the difference between the height h3 of the second mounting hole 1122 and the width w4 of the second fixing portion 1422 is preferably in the range of 0.1mm to 2mm, and the difference is preferably in the range of 0.4mm to 0.8mm, so that the second fixing portion 1422 can be ensured to be inserted into the second mounting hole 1122 without interfering with the second mounting hole 1122, and the second fixing portion 1422 does not have an excessive displacement deviation.
Specifically, in the embodiment, when the second mounting hole 1122 is a through hole, the size of the through hole is such that the two second fixing portions 1422 can pass through together (as shown in fig. 12). Or when the second assembling hole 1122 is two or more through holes spaced apart from each other, the through holes spaced apart from the second fixing portion 1422 are disposed opposite to each other, so that the second fixing portion 1422 passes through and is bent in the accommodating cavity 13 of the housing 11.
Further, referring to fig. 2, 3, 5, 11 and 12, in the present embodiment, the assembly holes 112 further include a third assembly hole 1123 provided on the housing 11 and communicating with the accommodating chamber 13 of the housing 11; the third assembling holes 1123 are disposed opposite to the first fixing portions 1421 at the two ends of the decoration 14, and the first fixing portions 1421 at the two ends of the decoration 14 are inserted into the third assembling holes 1123 and bent and fixed in the accommodating cavity 13, so that the end portions of the decoration 14 can be further fixed by inserting the first fixing portions 1421 at the two ends of the decoration 14 into the third assembling holes 1123 and bent and fixed in the accommodating cavity 13, so as to further enhance the fixing effect of the decoration 14 in the assembling space 111. The third assembly holes 1123 are larger than the first assembly holes 1121, that is, the third assembly holes 1123 and the first assembly holes 1121 are assembly holes 112 with two different sizes, which helps to further improve the limiting effect of the decoration 14 in the assembly space 111, and at the same time, can prevent the decoration 14 from deviating in position in the decoration space, so as to ensure the uniformity of the decoration effect of the decoration 14 on the housing component 10.
The utility model discloses a set up the assembly space on the surface of casing, can provide installation space for the installation of decoration on the casing, the installation of the decoration that can be convenient for helps making the decorative effect of decoration more lasting, reduces housing assembly's manufacturing cost, improves user experience.
