The device of claim 1, further comprising a positioner and a limit switch electrically connected with the controller, wherein the positioner can be clamped on the pulling rope, the limit switch is arranged on the mounting frame, and when the pulling rope is wound by the winding mechanism, the positioner moves along with the pulling rope and can abut against a switch contact of the limit switch.
