背景技术
众所周知,目前,在多重污水处理中,常常很少将水质进行进一步地净化,仅仅在污水变清后就结束处理工作,然而,在处理后的水中仍含有大量的有毒、有害物质,使污水的处理不够彻底,少量对处理后的污水进行水质净化的装置,又因水质的净化不够完全而不能供更多的场合使用,因此分解和杀灭水中的有害微生物是污水处理最后一步的关键,而水质的净化装置也成为研究的重点。
现有的多重污水处理的净化装置包括水箱、出水管和净化器,水箱内设置有空腔,水箱的顶端左侧与出水管的出水端连通,水箱内侧上部区域横向设置有过滤网,出水管的进水端与水箱右端下部区域连通,水管上设置有第一控制阀,水管的出水端与净化器的接收端连接,净化器的右端下部区域设置有出水口,出水口上设置有排出管,排出管上设置有第二控制阀,现有的多重污水处理的净化装置在使用时,首先将多重污水倒进进水管,污水通过进水管流进水箱,然后经过过滤网的过滤,将固体悬浮颗粒进行截留,然后打开控制阀,污水通过出水管流进净化器,等待一段时间后,打开第二控制阀,多重污水顺着排出管流出。
现有的多重污水处理的净化装置在使用中发现:过滤效果受限,对于杂质不能够进行清除,功能单一,导致局限性较高,同时多重污水消毒净化不彻底,污水中仍然残留着细菌,导致可靠性较低。

针对现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供了一种过滤效果不受限,对于杂质能够进行清除,避免功能单一,降低局限性,同时改善多重污水消毒净化,避免污水中残留着细菌,提高可靠性的污水处理的净化装置。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:多重污水处理的净化装置,还包括搅拌箱、箱体、连通管和曝气箱,所述箱体的内部设置有沉积箱和过滤箱,所述过滤箱内部设置有空腔,所述沉积箱的底端倾斜与过滤箱的顶端连接,所述沉积箱的顶端左侧设置有进水口,沉积箱的顶端中部设置有进料口,所述沉积箱的顶端左侧设置有进水管,所述进水管与进水口连通,沉积箱的顶端中部设置有进料管,所述进料管的输出端与进料口连通,所述过滤箱的底端右侧纵向设置有第一过滤板,过滤箱的底端左侧纵向设置有第二过滤板,所述沉积箱的右侧上部区域设置有第一连通孔,所述过滤箱的右侧上部区域设置有第二连通孔,所述连通管的一端与第一连通孔连通并延长至沉积箱内,所述连通管的另一端与第二连通孔连通,所述搅拌箱的顶端与过滤箱的左侧底端连接,搅拌箱的内部底端纵向设置有搅拌轴,所述搅拌轴上对称设置有多个搅拌叶,所述搅拌箱的顶端左侧和过滤箱的底端左侧均设置有通孔,所述搅拌箱的顶端左侧设置有细管,所述细管与通孔连通,所述搅拌箱的底端中部设置有圆孔,所述搅拌箱的底端中部设置有搅拌电机,所述搅拌电机的顶部输出端穿过圆孔,并且搅拌电机的顶部输出端与搅拌轴的底端固定同心连接,所述搅拌箱的右侧纵向设置有石英石过滤层和活性炭过滤网,所述石英石过滤层在活性炭过滤网的左侧,所述搅拌箱的右端下部区域设置有第一水泵,所述第一水泵的输出端与所述曝气箱的左端下部区域连通,所述曝气箱的顶端中部设置有曝气风机,并且曝气风机的输出端与曝气箱连通,所述曝气箱的顶端内侧中部设置有气管,所述气管上对称设置有多个气孔,所述气管的输入端与曝气风机的输出端连通,所述曝气箱的底端内侧横向纵向设置有曝气软管,所述曝气软管与气管连通,并且各个曝气软管均相通,还包括臭氧器、净化器和第二水泵,所述第二水泵的输出端与所述曝气箱的右端下部区域连通,第二水泵的输出端设置有输送管,所述输送管的输出端与所述臭氧器的输入端连通,所述臭氧器的输出端与净化器的输入端连通,所述净化器的底端中部设置有排污口,所述净化器的底端中部设置有排污管,所述排污管的输入端与排污口连通。
优选的,所述进料管中放凝絮剂。
优选的,还包括第一控制阀,所述第一控制阀的安装端与连通管连接。
优选的,还包括第二控制阀,所述第二控制阀的安装端与排污管的底端右侧连接。
优选的,放置块,所述放置板的顶端与所述曝气箱的底端连接。

与现有技术相比,本实用新型提供了多重污水处理的净化装置,具备以下有益效果:
该多重污水处理的净化装置,通过凝絮剂的作用,污水中的大块颗粒沉淀在沉积箱底端,通过连通管将污水排放到过滤箱,污水经过第一过滤板和第二过滤板时,使污水中的杂质被截留,多重污水流进搅拌箱时,接通搅拌电机的电源,通过搅拌电机带动搅拌轴和搅拌叶转动,对污水进行搅拌,防止污水中杂质在搅拌箱底端沉淀,通过石英石过滤层和活性炭过滤网的过滤,将污水中悬浮物、有机物、氯苯和空气中的污染物等进行截留,通过曝风风机、曝气软管和气管,降解污水中的有机物,过滤效果不受限,对于杂质能够进行清除,避免功能单一,降低局限性,通过臭氧器和净化器的作用,对污水进行进一步的处理,改善多重污水消毒净化,避免污水中残留着细菌,提高可靠性。

多重污水处理的净化装置,还包括搅拌箱3、箱体、连通管4和曝气箱5,所述箱体的内部设置有沉积箱6和过滤箱7,所述过滤箱7内部设置有空腔,所述沉积箱6的底端倾斜与过滤箱7的顶端连接,所述沉积箱6的顶端左侧设置有进水口,沉积箱6的顶端中部设置有进料口,所述沉积箱6的顶端左侧设置有进水管8,所述进水管8与进水口连通,沉积箱6的顶端中部设置有进料管9,所述进料管9的输出端与进料口连通,所述过滤箱7的底端右侧纵向设置有第一过滤板1,过滤箱7的底端左侧纵向设置有第二过滤板2,所述沉积箱6的右侧上部区域设置有第一连通孔,所述过滤箱7的右侧上部区域设置有第二连通孔,所述连通管4的一端与第一连通孔连通并延长至沉积箱6内,所述连通管4的另一端与第二连通孔连通,所述搅拌箱3的顶端与过滤箱7的左侧底端连接,搅拌箱3的内部底端纵向设置有搅拌轴10,所述搅拌轴10上对称设置有多个搅拌叶11,所述搅拌箱3的顶端左侧和过滤箱7的底端左侧均设置有通孔,所述搅拌箱3的顶端左侧设置有细管12,所述细管12与通孔连通,所述搅拌箱3的底端中部设置有圆孔,所述搅拌箱3的底端中部设置有搅拌电机13,所述搅拌电机13的顶部输出端穿过圆孔,并且搅拌电机13的顶部输出端与搅拌轴10的底端固定同心连接,所述搅拌箱3的右侧纵向设置有石英石过滤层14和活性炭过滤网15,所述石英石过滤层14在活性炭过滤网15的左侧,所述搅拌箱3的右端下部区域设置有第一水泵16,所述第一水泵16的输出端与所述曝气箱5的左端下部区域连通,所述曝气箱5的顶端中部设置有曝气风机17,并且曝气风机17的输出端与曝气箱5连通,所述曝气箱5的顶端内侧中部设置有气管18,所述气管18上对称设置有多个气孔,所述气管18的输入端与曝气风机17的输出端连通,所述曝气箱5的底端内侧横向纵向设置有曝气软管19,所述曝气软管19与气管18连通,并且各个曝气软管19均相通,还包括臭氧器20、净化器和第二水泵21,所述第二水泵21的输出端与所述曝气箱5的右端下部区域连通,第二水泵21的输出端设置有输送管22,所述输送管22的输出端与所述臭氧器20的输入端连通,所述臭氧器20的输出端与净化器31的输入端连通,所述净化器31的底端中部设置有排污口,所述净化器31的底端中部设置有排污管23,所述排污管23的输入端与排污口连通,通过凝絮剂的作用,污水中的大块颗粒沉淀在沉积箱6底端,通过连通管4将污水排放到过滤箱7,污水经过第一过滤板1和第二过滤板2时,使污水中的杂质被截留,多重污水流进搅拌箱3时,接通搅拌电机13的电源,通过搅拌电机13带动搅拌轴10和搅拌叶11转动,对污水进行搅拌,防止污水中杂质在搅拌箱3底端沉淀,通过石英石过滤层14和活性炭过滤网15的过滤,将污水中悬浮物、有机物、氯苯和空气中的污染物等进行截留,通过曝风风机、曝气软管19和气管18,降解污水中的有机物,过滤效果不受限,对于杂质能够进行清除,避免功能单一,降低局限性,通过臭氧器20和净化器31的作用,对污水进行进一步的处理,改善多重污水消毒净化,避免污水中残留着细菌,提高可靠性,所述进料管9中放凝絮剂,使污水中的颗粒产生沉淀,还包括第一控制阀24,所述第一控制阀24的安装端与连通管4连接,防止污水流出,还包括第二控制阀25,所述第二控制阀25的安装端与排污管23的底端右侧连接,防止污水流出,还包括放置块26,所述放置块26的顶端与所述曝气箱5的底端连接,对曝气箱5进行支撑,多个曝气喷头27,所述曝气喷头27的安装端与气孔连通,加快气体的流通速度,所述吸水机28的安装端与所述连通管4上部右侧连接,并且吸水机28的吸入端与吸出端均与连通管4连通,防止沉积箱6内残留污水,所述第一过滤板1和第二过滤板2上均设置有过滤网,并且第一过滤板1上的网眼大于第二过滤板2上的网眼,逐步对污水中的杂质进行截留,所述放置板30的顶端与搅拌电机13、放置块26、排污管23的底端连接,对搅拌电机13、放置块26和排污管23起到支撑。
综上所述,该多重污水处理的净化装置首先将多重污水倒进进水管8,将凝絮剂通过进料管9撒进沉积箱6,沉积的颗粒落在沉积箱6的底端,打开第一控制阀24,启动吸水机28的电源,污水顺着连通管4进入到过滤箱7,污水先经过第一过滤板1,第一过滤板1上截留一部分污水中的杂质,然后污水经过第二过滤板2,第二过滤板2再次对污水中的细小杂质进行截留,然后污水流到搅拌箱3,接通搅拌电机13的电源,搅拌轴10带动搅拌叶11对污水进行充分搅拌,防止污水中杂质在搅拌箱3底端沉淀,在搅拌过程中,污水首先流过石英石过滤层14,有效的截留除去水中的悬浮物、有机物、胶质颗粒、微生物、氯、嗅味及部分重金属离子等,降低水浊度,然后流过活性炭过滤网15,去除挥发性有机化合物甲醛、甲苯、硫化氢、氯苯和空气中的污染物,接通第一水泵16的电源,通过第一水泵16将污水吸到曝气箱5,接通曝气风机17的电源,曝气风机17将风输送到气管18,通过曝气喷头27将气喷出,曝气是使空气与水强烈接触的一种手段,其目的在于将空气中的氧溶解于水中,或者将水中不需要的气体和挥发性物质放逐到空气中,然后接通第二水泵21的电源,通过第二水泵21将污水由输送管22排放到臭氧箱,由臭氧箱的输出端将污水排放到净化箱,等待一段时间后,发开第二控制阀25,污水顺着排污管23流出即可。
本实施例中:所述搅拌电机的型号为Y90S-2,第一水泵的型号为100WL120-8-5.5,曝气风机的型号为HDSR50,臭氧器的型号为QJ-8001K-3A,第二水泵的型号为100WL100-10-5.5,吸水机的型号为BF583A,净化器的型号为DY-120A

1.多重污水处理的净化装置,其特征在于:还包括搅拌箱(3)、箱体、连通管(4)和曝气箱(5),所述箱体的内部设置有沉积箱(6)和过滤箱(7),所述过滤箱(7)内部设置有空腔,所述沉积箱(6)的底端倾斜与过滤箱(7)的顶端连接,所述沉积箱(6)的顶端左侧设置有进水口,沉积箱(6)的顶端中部设置有进料口,所述沉积箱(6)的顶端左侧设置有进水管(8),所述进水管(8)与进水口连通,沉积箱(6)的顶端中部设置有进料管(9),所述进料管(9)的输出端与进料口连通,所述过滤箱(7)的底端右侧纵向设置有第一过滤板(1),过滤箱(7)的底端左侧纵向设置有第二过滤板(2),所述沉积箱(6)的右侧上部区域设置有第一连通孔,所述过滤箱(7)的右侧上部区域设置有第二连通孔,所述连通管(4)的一端与第一连通孔连通并延长至沉积箱(6)内,所述连通管(4)的另一端与第二连通孔连通,所述搅拌箱(3)的顶端与过滤箱(7)的左侧底端连接,搅拌箱(3)的内部底端纵向设置有搅拌轴(10),所述搅拌轴(10)上对称设置有多个搅拌叶(11),所述搅拌箱(3)的顶端左侧和过滤箱(7)的底端左侧均设置有通孔,所述搅拌箱(3)的顶端左侧设置有细管(12),所述细管(12)与通孔连通,所述搅拌箱(3)的底端中部设置有圆孔,所述搅拌箱(3)的底端中部设置有搅拌电机(13),所述搅拌电机(13)的顶部输出端穿过圆孔,并且搅拌电机(13)的顶部输出端与搅拌轴(10)的底端固定同心连接,所述搅拌箱(3)的右侧纵向设置有石英石过滤层(14)和活性炭过滤网(15),所述石英石过滤层(14)在活性炭过滤网(15)的左侧,所述搅拌箱(3)的右端下部区域设置有第一水泵(16),所述第一水泵(16)的输出端与所述曝气箱(5)的左端下部区域连通,所述曝气箱(5)的顶端中部设置有曝气风机(17),并且曝气风机(17)的输出端与曝气箱(5)连通,所述曝气箱(5)的顶端内侧中部设置有气管(18),所述气管(18)上对称设置有多个气孔,所述气管(18)的输入端与曝气风机(17)的输出端连通,所述曝气箱(5)的底端内侧横向纵向设置有曝气软管(19),所述曝气软管(19)与气管(18)连通,并且各个曝气软管(19)均相通,还包括臭氧器(20)、净化器和第二水泵(21),所述第二水泵(21)的输出端与所述曝气箱(5)的右端下部区域连通,第二水泵(21)的输出端设置有输送管(22),所述输送管(22)的输出端与所述臭氧器(20)的输入端连通,所述臭氧器(20)的输出端与净化器(31)的输入端连通,所述净化器(31)的底端中部设置有排污口,所述净化器(31)的底端中部设置有排污管(23),所述排污管(23)的输入端与排污口连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多重污水处理的净化装置,其特征在于:所述进料管(9)中放凝絮剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的多重污水处理的净化装置,其特征在于:还包括第一控制阀(24),所述第一控制阀(24)的安装端与连通管(4)连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的多重污水处理的净化装置,其特征在于:还包括第二控制阀(25),所述第二控制阀(25)的安装端与排污管(23)的底端右侧连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的多重污水处理的净化装置,其特征在于:还包括放置块(26),所述放置块(26)的顶端与所述曝气箱(5)的底端连接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的多重污水处理的净化装置,其特征在于:还包括多个曝气喷头(27),所述曝气喷头(27)的安装端与气孔连通。
7.根据权利要求1所述的多重污水处理的净化装置,其特征在于:还包括吸水机(28),所述吸水机(28)的安装端与所述连通管(4)上部右侧连接,并且吸水机(28)的吸入端与吸出端均与连通管(4)连通。
8.根据权利要求1所述的多重污水处理的净化装置,其特征在于:所述第一过滤板(1)和第二过滤板(2)上均设置有过滤格网(29),并且第一过滤板(1)上的网眼大于第二过滤板(2)上的网眼。
9.根据权利要求1所述的多重污水处理的净化装置,其特征在于:还包括放置板(30),所述放置板(30)的顶端与搅拌电机(13)、放置块(26)、排污管(23)的底端连接。
