In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention, however, the present invention may be practiced in other ways than those specifically described herein, and therefore the scope of the present invention is not limited by the specific embodiments disclosed below.
The cover assembly and container according to some embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to fig. 1-39.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, an embodiment of the first aspect of the present invention provides a cover assembly, including: an inner plug 100 and a cap body 200.
The cover assembly is particularly useful in a container, and for example, the cover assembly may be particularly useful in a cup (e.g., a thermos cup).
The inner plug 100 is provided with a first magnetic attraction part 130, the cover body 200 is covered on the outer side of the inner plug 100, the cover body 200 is provided with a second magnetic attraction part 230, the first magnetic attraction part 130 and the second magnetic attraction part 230 attract and lock the inner plug 100 and the cover body 200, namely, the cover body 200 and the inner plug 100 are magnetically attracted and locked, the cover body 200 and the inner plug 100 can be opened and closed more conveniently, labor is saved, compared with the prior art that a connecting structure connected with a cup body is arranged on a cup cover, the scheme does not need to arrange an additional connecting structure on the cover body 200 and the inner plug 100, the product structure is simpler, the processing is more convenient, the product cost is reduced, the surface of the cover body 200 is relatively smooth and flat, the use experience of the cover body 200 as a water cup is improved, the cover body 200 is not easy to store dirt, the cleaning is convenient, and the cleanness and sanitation of the cover body.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the inner plug 100 is provided with a rim connecting structure 111, and the rim connecting structure 111 is used for connecting with the cup body 300 of the cup (specifically, the rim connecting structure 111 is used for connecting with the cover connecting structure of the cup body 300), so that the inner plug 100 and the cup body 300 can be assembled more stably and reliably.
In some embodiments, the rim connection structure 111 is adapted to allow for removable connection between the inner plug 100 and the cup body 300 of the cup, thereby facilitating the filling of the cup body 300 with liquid by a user.
Further, when the cover body 200 is covered on the outer side of the inner plug 100, the first magnetic attraction part 130 is at least partially in contact with the cover body 200. For example, the first magnetic part 130 is located at the top or the peripheral wall of the inner plug 100, and when the cover body 200 covers the inner plug 100, the first magnetic part 130 abuts against the inner wall of the cover body 200, so as to shorten the distance between the first magnetic part 130 and the cover body 200, further shorten the distance between the first magnetic part 130 and the second magnetic part 230, increase the magnetic attraction force between the first magnetic part 130 and the second magnetic part 230, and make the locking between the cover body 200 and the inner plug 100 more reliable.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the cover body 200 forms a cavity 201 with an opening at the lower part, and it can be understood that the inner plug 100 extends into the cavity 201 along the opening to cover the inner plug 100 by the cover body 200, wherein the first magnetic attraction portion 130 abuts against at least the inner top surface of the cavity 201, which is beneficial to shorten the distance between the first magnetic attraction portion 130 and the second magnetic attraction portion 230 and ensures the magnetic attraction effect between the first magnetic attraction portion 130 and the second magnetic attraction portion 230.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the second magnetic portion 230 is located at a central position of the inner top surface of the cavity 201, so that the second magnetic portion 230 can cover an area where the first magnetic portion 130 is located, thereby ensuring a magnetic attraction force between the first magnetic portion 130 and the second magnetic portion 230, and when the cover 200 covers the inner plug 100, the alignment of the first magnetic portion 130 and the second magnetic portion 230 is realized, thereby preventing the first magnetic portion 130 and the second magnetic portion 230 from deviating from each other, and improving the magnetic attraction effect of the first magnetic portion 130 and the second magnetic portion 230.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the cover 200 is a multi-layer structure and includes at least a first layer 210 and a second layer 220 nested outside the first layer 210, and the second magnetic attraction 230 is located between the first layer 210 and the second layer 220. When guaranteeing magnetism nature between first magnetism portion 130 and the second magnetism portion 230 of inhaling, set up second magnetism portion 230 of inhaling and be located between first layer 210 and the second layer 220, utilize lid 200 to inhale the portion 230 to form protection and spacing to the second magnetism, avoid the second magnetism portion 230 of inhaling to leap forward, the pine takes off, the intermediate layer space of rational utilization lid 200, and the second magnetism portion 230 of inhaling sets up between first layer 210 and second layer 220, be favorable to guaranteeing the clean health of lid 200, make user's drinking water safer.
For example, the first layer 210 and the second layer 220 of the cover body 200 are both metal pieces, for example, the metal pieces include stainless steel, etc., or the first layer 210 and the second layer 220 of the cover body 200 are both plastic pieces, for example, the plastic pieces include common plastic pieces such as polypropylene (PP) plastic pieces or ABS plastic, etc. One of the first layer 210 and the second layer 220 may be a metal member, and the other may be a plastic member.
In some embodiments, at least a portion of the first layer 210 located between the second magnetic attraction portion 230 and the first magnetic attraction portion 130 is a metal layer, and a wall thickness d1 of the metal layer is 0.2mm to 0.5 mm.
Further, the thickness d1 of the metal layer is 0.3mm to 0.5 mm. Electromagnetic shielding effect of the first layer 210 between the second magnetic portion 230 and the first magnetic portion 130 can be reduced, and magnetic connection strength between the second magnetic portion 230 and the first magnetic portion 130 can be further improved, so that assembly stability and reliability of the cover body 200 can be improved.
By way of further example, in one particular embodiment, the first layer 210 is entirely a metal layer.
In another embodiment, a portion of the first layer 210 between the second magnetic portion 230 and the first magnetic portion 130 is a metal layer, and a portion of the first layer 210 excluding the portion between the second magnetic portion 230 and the first magnetic portion 130 (i.e. excluding the metal layer) is a plastic layer.
For any of the embodiments described above, the second layer 220 is a plastic or metal layer.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, a second magnetic attraction part 230 is attached to an outer side surface of the first layer 210. The second magnetic part 230 is closer to the inner plug 100, the distance between the second magnetic part 230 and the first magnetic part 130 is further shortened, and the magnetic effect between the second magnetic part 230 and the first magnetic part 130 is improved.
Part of the first layer 210 is located between the second magnetic attraction part 230 and the first magnetic attraction part 130, and abuts against the first magnetic attraction part 130, for example, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 3, the first layer 210 includes a top wall and a peripheral side wall surrounding the top wall, wherein the second magnetic attraction part 230 is located on the top wall, the cover 200 covers the inner plug 100, the first magnetic attraction part 130 abuts against the top wall, that is, the top wall is located between the second magnetic attraction part 230 and the first magnetic attraction part 130, the distance between the first magnetic attraction part 130 and the second magnetic attraction part 230 is reduced, thereby ensuring that the first magnetic attraction part 130 and the second magnetic attraction part 230 can obtain the maximum magnetic attraction force under the condition that the parameters are not changed.
In one embodiment, the second magnetic attraction part 230 and the cover body 200 are separate components, and the second magnetic attraction part 230 is adhered to the cover body 200, so that the stability of the second magnetic attraction part 230 is improved, the second magnetic attraction part 230 is prevented from shifting, the magnetic effect between the second magnetic attraction part 230 and the first magnetic attraction part 130 is ensured, the second magnetic attraction part 230 and the cover body 200 are more convenient to assemble, the assembly difficulty of a product is reduced, and the assembly time of the product is shortened.
Of course, in other embodiments, the second magnetic portion 230 and the cover 200 may be connected by a fastener, a buckle, or the like, for example, a slot is disposed on the cover 200, and the second magnetic portion 230 extends into the slot and is fixed by the slot.
In another embodiment, at least the portion of the cover body 200 that is used for cooperating with the first magnetic attraction portion 130 is made of a magnetic material, and the portion of the cover body 200 that is made of a magnetic material forms the second magnetic attraction portion 230, so as to further shorten the distance between the first magnetic attraction portion 130 and the second magnetic attraction portion 230, so that the first magnetic attraction portion 130 and the second magnetic attraction portion 230 can be abutted against and attracted, thereby improving the magnetic attraction effect, reducing the number of the components of the cover body 200, making the structure of the cover body 200 simpler, eliminating the assembly step between the cover body 200 and the first magnetic attraction portion 130, and further shortening the assembly time of the product.
In some embodiments, the width of the maximum width portion of the second magnetic portion 230 is 16mm to 25mm, for example, the second magnetic portion 230 includes a magnetic body (e.g., a magnet) which is cylindrical, at this time, the width of the maximum width portion of the second magnetic portion 230 can also be understood as the diameter of the second magnetic portion 230, and the magnetic body is rectangular, at this time, the width of the maximum width portion of the second magnetic portion 230 can also be understood as the length of the second magnetic portion 230, and the width of the maximum width portion of the second magnetic portion 230 is set to 16mm to 25mm, so that the second magnetic portion 230 can better cover the first magnetic portion 130, and the magnetic attraction effect between the first magnetic portion 130 and the second magnetic portion 230 is ensured.
In some embodiments, the thickness of the second magnetic part 230 is 3 mm-5 mm, so that the second magnetic part 230 has enough magnetic attraction force, the thickness of the second magnetic part 230 is moderate, the weight of the second magnetic part 230 is reduced, and the weight of the cover body 200 is reduced, so that the user can take the cover body 200 more easily and laborsavingly.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 4, the second magnetic portion 230 includes a first magnet 231, for example, the first magnet 231 includes a magnet with stronger magnetism, such as a neodymium-iron-boron magnet, a ferrite magnet, or a samarium-cobalt magnet, and the first magnetic portion 130 includes a magnetic conductive member 131 adapted to magnetically attract the first magnet 231, for example, the magnetic conductive member 131 includes a magnetic conductive metal member, such as stainless steel, iron alloy, and so on, which is beneficial to reduce the cost of the product while ensuring the magnetic attraction effect between the first magnet 231 and the magnetic conductive member 131, and the first magnet 231 is disposed on the cover 200, and the magnetic conductive member 131 is disposed on the inner plug 100, it can be understood that the cover 200 is larger than the inner plug 100 in size, and the first magnet 231 is disposed on the cover 200, so that the first magnet 231 can be as large as possible, and further, the first magnet 231 can provide a greater magnetic attraction force to prevent the cover 200 from.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, the first magnetic part 130 further includes a second magnet 132, and the second magnet 132 is magnetically attracted to and matched with the first magnet 231, so as to further increase the magnetic attraction force between the cover body 200 and the inner plug 100, and prevent the cover body 200 from being released.
In some embodiments, the second magnet 132 is disposed on a side of the magnetic conducting member 131 away from the first magnet 231, and is disposed opposite to the first magnet 231 in terms of magnetic polarity, or the magnetic polarity between the first magnet 231 and the second magnet 132 is opposite, and the magnetic conducting member 131 and the second magnet 132 act to further increase the magnetic attraction between the cover 200 and the inner plug 100, so that the cover 200 can cover the inner plug 100 more firmly.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the inner plug 100 comprises a sealing plug 110 and a switch assembly 120, wherein the sealing plug 110 is provided with a cup opening connecting structure 111, and the cup opening connecting structure 111 is used for connecting the sealing plug 110 and the cup body 300. The plug 110 is provided with a passage 112, and the switch assembly 120 is disposed on the plug 110 and controls the opening and closing of the passage 112. Wherein, be equipped with first magnetism portion 130 of inhaling on switch module 120 or the shutoff stopper 110, the switching of switch module 120 control shutoff stopper 110's passageway 112, can understand, the passageway 112 adaptation of shutoff stopper 110 is for communicateing with cup 300, like this, the user need not to dismantle shutoff stopper 110 from cup 300, thereby also can open passageway 112 and realize pouring, promote the convenience in use of product, and utilize shutoff stopper 110 to seal rim of a cup 310, be favorable to promoting the leakproofness of product, reduce the risk that the product leaked.
Further, the cup rim connecting structure 111 includes one or more of a threaded structure and a snap rib. The thread structure and the clamping ribs have the advantages of simple structure and convenience in processing, the processing cost of products is favorably reduced, and the difficulty in dismounting the inner plug 100 and the cup body 300 is reduced.
In detail about the switch assembly 120, the switch assembly 120 includes an operation portion 121 and an opening and closing actuator 122 adapted to open or close the channel 112, the operation portion 121 is connected to the opening and closing actuator 122 and drives the opening and closing actuator 122, wherein the first magnetic attraction portion 130 or the first magnetic attraction portion 130 is arranged on the operation portion 121 to form at least a part of the operation portion 121, so that the operation portion 121 is utilized to drive the opening and closing actuator 122, which is beneficial to reducing the operation difficulty of opening or closing the channel 112, the operation is simpler and more labor-saving, the control of the opening and closing actuator 122 is more precise, and the reliability and the use experience of the product are further improved.
Further, as shown in fig. 6, fig. 7 and fig. 8, the operation portion 121 has a body portion 1211 (please refer to fig. 14, fig. 15 and fig. 16 for understanding) and a key cover 1212 (please refer to fig. 10 and fig. 11 for understanding) covering the body portion 1211, where the key cover 1212 is formed as at least a portion of the first magnetic attraction portion 130, and it can be understood that the cover body 200 covers the inner plug 100 and the key cover 1212 is closer to the cover body 200, which is beneficial to shorten the distance between the first magnetic attraction portion 130 and the second magnetic attraction portion 230, improve the magnetic attraction effect, and omit the step of assembling the key cover 1212 and the first magnetic attraction portion 130, thereby further shortening the assembling time of the product.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 10 and 11, the button cover 1212 is configured with a protrusion structure 12121, such that the protrusion structure 12121 provides an effort point for the user to push the button cover 1212, thereby further improving the use experience of the product.
In one embodiment, the length of the key cover 1212 is set to be 15mm to 20mm, wherein the length of the key cover 1212 can be understood as the maximum distance from one end of the key cover 1212 to the other end along the length direction of the key cover 1212, which can be specifically understood with reference to L1 shown in fig. 13, so that, on one hand, the key cover 1212 has a sufficient size to facilitate a user to push the key cover 1212, and on the other hand, the key cover 1212 can provide a sufficient space to set the first magnetic attraction portion 130, thereby ensuring the magnetic attraction effect of the first magnetic attraction portion 130 and the second magnetic attraction portion 230.
In one embodiment, the width of the key cover 1212 is set to be 12mm to 18mm, wherein the width of the key cover 1212 can be understood as the maximum distance from one end of the key cover 1212 to the other end along the width direction of the key cover 1212, which can be specifically understood with reference to d2 shown in fig. 12, so that, on one hand, the key cover 1212 has a sufficient size to facilitate a user to push the key cover 1212, and on the other hand, the key cover 1212 can provide a sufficient space to set the first magnetic attraction portion 130, thereby ensuring the magnetic attraction effect of the first magnetic attraction portion 130 and the second magnetic attraction portion 230.
In one embodiment, the main body 1211 is formed with a receiving groove 1213 (as understood with reference to fig. 17), one end of which has a notch, the receiving groove 1213 is formed with the second magnet 132, and the key cover 1212 covers the notch (as understood with reference to fig. 9), so that the main body 1211 provides an installation space for the second magnet 132, the structural layout is more compact and reasonable, the stability of the second magnet 132 is improved, the second magnet 132 is prevented from being displaced and released, and the reliability of the attraction between the second magnet 132 and the first magnet 231 is ensured.
Further, as shown in fig. 17, the receiving groove 1213 is located on the body 1211 at a position corresponding to the protruding structure 12121, which is beneficial to further increase the volume of the receiving groove 1213, so that the size of the second magnet 132 can be further increased, and the magnetic property of the second magnet 132 can be further enhanced.
In detail with respect to the opening and closing actuator 122, as shown in fig. 18, 19 and 20, the opening and closing actuator 122 includes a lower cover 1221, a slider 1222 and an elastic member 1223, wherein the lower cover 1221 is adapted to seal or open the passage 112, the lower cover 1221 is provided with a buckling portion 12211, the slider 1222 is connected to the operating portion 121, the slider 1222 is provided with a latch 12221, the slider 1222 is slidably disposed, and the slider 1222 moves to have an unlocked position or a locked position, and the slider 1222 is in the locked position such that the latch 12221 is engaged with the buckling portion 12211, and is in the unlocked position such that the latch 12221 is disengaged from the buckling portion 12211, the elastic member 1223 is engaged with the slider 1222, and the slider 1222 compresses the elastic member 1223 in the unlocked position, and the elastic member 1223 elastically drives the slider 1222 to be in the. As shown in fig. 21 and 22, the slider 1222 is in the locking position such that the latch 12221 is engaged with the fastening portion 12211, and at this time, the slider 1222 is locked with the lower cover 1221, so that the lower cover 1221 is locked with the plug 110, and the lower cover 1221 seals the channel 112 to prevent water leakage, please refer to fig. 23, 24, and 25, push the operating portion 121, the operating portion 121 drives the slider 1222 to slide to the unlocking position, so that the latch 12221 is disengaged from the fastening portion 12211, so that the lower cover 1221 is unlocked from the plug 110, so that the channel 112 is opened to pour water, and at the same time, the slider 1222 compresses the elastic member 1223 in the unlocking position, and the elastic member 1223 elastically returns to drive the slider 1222 to the locking position, thereby achieving automatic resetting of the operating portion 121.
In detail, referring to fig. 26, 27 and 28, the lower cap 1221 is rotatably connected to the block plug 110, so that the lower cap 1221 rotates relative to the block plug 110 to seal or open the channel 112 of the block plug 110, as shown in fig. 29 and 30, the lower cap 1221 has an upper receiving space and a lower receiving space, wherein the upper receiving space is used for receiving the operating part 121, and the operating part 121 can slide in the upper receiving space, the lower receiving space is used for receiving the slider 1222 and the elastic member 1223, a through hole 12212 is provided between the upper receiving space and the lower receiving space, a portion of the slider 1222 extends into the upper receiving space along the through hole 12212 and is connected to the operating part 121, so that the operating part 121 slides to drive the slider 1222 to slide, as shown in fig. 31, 32 and 33, a buckling part 12211 is provided on the lower receiving space, for example, a plurality of buckles are provided on the lower receiving space, the buckles are in snap-fit with the buckles 12221 of the slider 1222 and are buckled and limited, in detail with respect to the slider 1222, as shown in fig. 34, 35 and 36, along the length direction of the slider 1222, at both ends of the slider 1222, there are respectively provided with latches 12221 for latching the latching portions 12211, as shown in fig. 37, 38 and 39, the slider 1222 is provided with a protruding connecting member 12222, the connecting member 12222 extends upwards into the upper accommodating space and is connected to the operating portion 121, so that the operating portion 121 slides to drive the slider 1222 to slide, on one hand, the space of the lower cover 1221 is more reasonably utilized, so that the product structure is more compact, and on the other hand, the distance between the slider 1222 and the operating portion 121 is shortened, so that the sliding can be better driven by the operating portion 121.
Further, the lower cap 1221 is rotatably coupled to the plug 110, and the lower cap 1221 is rotated relative to the plug 110 to open or seal the passage 112. For example, one of the lower cover 1221 and the sealing plug 110 is provided with the rotating shaft 140, the other is provided with the shaft hole, and the rotating shaft 140 extends into the shaft hole and is rotatably connected with the shaft hole, so that the connection between the lower cover 1221 and the sealing plug 110 is simpler, when the lower cover 1221 is covered on the channel 112 again, only the lower cover 1221 needs to be rotated, and the operation is more convenient.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, an embodiment of a second aspect of the present invention provides a container, comprising: a cup 300 and a lid assembly. The bowl 300 has a rim 310 and the internal plug 100 of the lid assembly is coupled to the bowl 300 and seals the rim 310.
The utility model discloses the container that above-mentioned embodiment provided is through being provided with the lid subassembly in above-mentioned arbitrary embodiment to have above whole beneficial effect, no longer describe here.
In some embodiments, in more detail, the container includes a cup body 300 and a lid assembly. The cup body 300 is provided with a cup opening 310, and the cup body 300 is provided with a cover body connecting structure 320; inner plug 100 of the lid assembly seals cup opening 310, and cup opening connecting structure 111 of inner plug 100 cooperates with lid connecting structure 320 to lock inner plug 100 with cup body 300.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, a stopping portion 330 is formed on a sidewall of the cup 300, the cover 200 of the lid assembly is opposite to the stopping portion 330 in a vertical position, and the cover 200 is just in contact with the stopping portion 330 or has a longitudinal distance y therebetween. Guarantee like this that lid 200 and interior stopper 100 can lean on the contact fully, be favorable to shortening first magnetism portion 130 and the second magnetism and inhale the distance between the portion 230 for first magnetism portion 130 and the second magnetism portion 230 of inhaling can fully laminate, guarantee to connect the reliability between lid 200 and the interior stopper 100, and then guarantee lid 200 and cup 300's connection reliability.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, the longitudinal distance y between the cover body 200 and the stopping portion 330 is greater than 0mm and less than or equal to 0.5 mm. When the first magnetic part 130 and the second magnetic part 230 are ensured to be attracted fully, the gap between the cover body 200 and the cup body 300 is prevented from being too large, the connection reliability between the cover body 200 and the cup body 300 is increased, and the attractiveness of the product is improved.
Further, the longitudinal distance y between the cover 200 and the stopper 330 is greater than or equal to 0.2mm and less than or equal to 0.5 mm. By way of specific example, the longitudinal distance y between the cover 200 and the stop 330 can be designed to be 0.25mm, 0.3mm, 0.35mm, 0.4mm, 0.45mm, etc.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 39, the cover assembly is used in a container, for example, the container includes a cup, and in detail, the cover assembly is used in a thermos cup, wherein, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the cover assembly includes an inner plug 100 and a cover 200, the inner plug 100 is located above the cup body 300 of the cup, the inner plug 100 is in threaded connection with the rim 310 of the cup body 300, and the cover 200 is located above the cup body 300 and outside the inner plug 100.
As shown in fig. 3, the cover 200 has a double-layered structure including a first layer 210 and a second layer 220 nested outside the first layer 210, a first magnet 231 is disposed in an interlayer space between the first layer 210 and the second layer 220, and the first magnet 231 is adhered to the first layer 210 and fixed thereto by an adhesive means such as 3M glue.
As shown in fig. 4, the first magnet 231 includes a relatively strong magnetic body such as a neodymium-iron-boron magnet, a ferrite magnet, or a samarium-cobalt magnet. The first magnet 231 is shaped like a cylinder, however, those skilled in the art can design the first magnet 231 into other shapes, such as a rectangle, a special shape, a triangle, etc., which are not listed herein. The first magnet 231 is located at a central region of the top surface of the first layer 210.
As shown in fig. 5, the inner plug 100 includes a sealing plug 110 and a switch assembly 120, the sealing plug 110 is provided with a channel 112 communicating with the cup 300, the switch assembly 120 is provided on the sealing plug 110 and controls opening and closing of the channel 112, the switch assembly 120 includes an operation portion 121 and an opening and closing actuator 122, wherein the operation portion 121 is connected to the opening and closing actuator 122 and drives the opening and closing actuator 122, the operation portion 121 is provided with a magnetic conductive member 131, specifically, the operation portion 121 has a body portion 1211 and a key cover 1212 covering the body portion 1211, the magnetic conductive member 131 is located above the key cover 1212, when the cover 200 and the inner plug 100 are closed, the first magnet 231 on the cover 200 and the magnetic conductive member 131 of the key cover 1212 attract each other by magnetic force, under the action of the magnetic force, the cover 200 approaches the inner plug 100 and is finally attached, so as to realize closing between the cover 200 and the inner plug 100, and further realize connection of the cover 200 and the cup 300, it is more convenient to open and shut, and need not to set up the helicitic texture who is used for cup 300 to connect in addition on the lid 200, and the internal surface of lid 200 is more smooth, is difficult for hiding dirty and holding dirt, reduces the clean degree of difficulty of lid 200, guarantees the sanitation and hygiene of lid 200, and is favorable to promoting the use of lid 200 when using as the drinking cup and experiences.
Further, the magnetic conductive member 131 is made of a magnetic conductive metal such as stainless steel or iron alloy, and the button cover 1212 includes a plastic part.
