The dry garbage does not generate peculiar smell, so the delivery chamber can be covered by the barrel cover 14 on one hand, and the delivery chamber can also adopt a completely open scheme on the other hand, thereby the delivery is more convenient. The space ratio of the two chambers divided by the upper barrel cavity can be 4 to 6 or 5 to 5.
