本实用新型一种利用太阳能除湿的粮囤使用粮食加工设施领域,采用圆盘形的底座,在底座的上面安装圆筒状的粮囤,在粮囤内部的底部安装S型的通风管,在粮囤的顶端安装长方形的进料门及C型排气管,在粮囤的旁边安装梯形的支架、在支架的上面安装长方形的太阳能电池板及圆筒状的太阳能集热管,在阳光充足的时候、太阳能电池板将太阳光转换为电流供给空气泵、空气泵将太阳能集热管里面的热空气吸入后进行加压然后通过供气管道压入粮囤内部的通风管、热空气经通风管上面的小孔喷出释放在粮囤的内部、热空气顺着粮囤的下方向上窜同时对粮食进行通风换气及加热除湿。

本实用新型一种利用太阳能除湿的粮囤使用粮食加工设施领域,特别涉及粮食在储存过程中利用太阳能进行除湿。
背景技术
我们日常生活中的粮食有稻谷、小麦、玉米、高粱、燕麦、荞麦等,但是这些粮食在收获过后需要进行储存,在储存过程中由于气候原因而导致空气中含有大量湿气被粮食吸收使得粮食容易生虫或发霉。现有粮食加工企业在对粮食进行储存时大部分采用的是将粮食集中存放、然后密封处理,但是、粮食长期处于密封状态也会产生变质,因此粮食也还是需要经常进行晾晒达到通风换气防止变质的目的。但是、大批量的粮食进行晾晒需要较大的场地及较多的设备进行操作,费工费时。因此需要一种既不需要将粮食摊开晾晒又能进行通风换气及除湿的设施来替代现有方法。
发明内容
本实用新型一种利用太阳能除湿的粮囤解决了上述缺陷,采用圆盘形的底座,在底座的上面安装圆筒状的粮囤,在粮囤内部的底部安装S型的通风管,在粮囤的顶端安装长方形的进料门及C型排气管,在粮囤的旁边安装梯形的支架、在支架的上面安装长方形的太阳能电池板及圆筒状的太阳能集热管,在阳光充足的时候、太阳能电池板将太阳光转换为电流供给空气泵、空气泵将太阳能集热管里面的热空气吸入后进行加压然后通过供气管道压入粮囤内部的通风管、热空气经通风管上面的小孔喷出释放在粮囤的内部、热空气顺着粮囤的下方向上窜同时对粮食进行通风换气及加热除湿。

所述支架为梯形、设置于粮囤的旁边,上面的左边纵向倾斜35°设置了长方形的太阳能电池板,上面的右边纵向倾斜35°均匀设置了多根中空圆筒状的太阳能集热管、太阳能集热管的上下两端均为开口,右边的上方横向水平设置了中空圆柱形的储气罐、太阳能集热管的顶端与储气罐的底部连接并且内部相通;
所述空气泵为圆柱形、设置于支架的后方,进气口通过中空圆形供气管道与储气罐的内部连接,排气口通过供气管道穿过粮囤的底部与通风管连接;
所述电源开关为长方形、设置于空气泵的上面,通过圆形电源线分别与太阳能电池板及空气泵连接。

具体实施方式
现结合附图及附图标记对本实用新型的形状和构造进行详细描述:
一种利用太阳能除湿的粮囤,其特征是包括底座1、粮囤2、出料门3、进料门4、排气管5、通风管6、支架7、供气管道8、空气泵(DC60V/2kw)9、储气罐10、太阳能集热管11、太阳能电池板(DC60V/60A)12、电源开关(DC60V/60A)13、电源线14;
所述底座1为圆盘状、水平设置于地面,上面垂直设置了中空圆筒状的粮囤2、粮囤2前面的底部设置了长方形的出料门3、粮囤2的顶部设置了半圆形的顶盖、顶盖的边缘设置了长方形的进料门4、顶盖的顶部水平设置了C型的排气管5;
所述通风管6为S型、水平设置于粮囤2内部的底部,四周均匀设置了<2mm的排气孔;
所述支架7为梯形、设置于粮囤2的旁边,上面的左边纵向倾斜35°设置了长方形的太阳能电池板12,上面的右边纵向倾斜35°均匀设置了多根中空圆筒状的太阳能集热管11、太阳能集热管11的上下两端均为开口,右边的上方横向水平设置了中空圆柱形的储气罐10、太阳能集热管11的顶端与储气罐10的底部连接并且内部相通;
所述空气泵9为圆柱形、设置于支架7的后方,进气口通过中空圆形供气管道8与储气罐9的内部连接,排气口通过供气管道8穿过粮囤2的底部与通风管6连接;
所述电源开关13为长方形、设置于空气泵9的上面,通过圆形电源线14分别与太阳能电池板12及空气泵9连接。
根据上述一种利用太阳能除湿的粮囤在使用时,工人顺着粮囤侧面的爬梯小心爬上粮囤的顶部、小心打开进料门,工人再查看出料门是否已关紧,然后使用上料输送带向粮囤里面输送粮食、直至粮囤装满后撤回上料输送带、工人将进料门关好、使用密封袋将进料门的缝隙进行密封、同时密封好出料门的缝隙,工人将支架的倾斜面朝向正南方、使支架上面的太阳能电池板及太阳能集热管朝向正南方、然后连接好储气罐和空气泵及通风管之间的供气管道,然后开启空气泵上面的电源开关,待阳光充足时、太阳能电池板将吸收的太阳光转换为电流后通过电源线及电源开关输送给空气泵,此时、太阳能集热管将内部的空气利用太阳光进行加热、由于热空气的密度<冷空气、因此太阳能集热管内部被加热的空气向上运行后暂存在储气罐里面,空气泵接收到电流后开始做功、将储气罐里面的热空气通过供气管道吸入内部后经过加压送入通风管的内部、热空气在通风管内部循环后经排气孔排入粮囤的内部散发在粮食的周围、迫使粮食通风换气及小幅加热、被小幅加热的粮食会缓慢释放出所含的湿气随着热空气缓慢向粮囤的上方窜、被空气泵不间断的输送进粮囤内部的热空气持续将粮食从下向上逐步加热并带走粮食被加热后释放的湿气、热空气及湿气缓慢上升至粮囤的顶部后从排气管排出粮囤,待下午太阳偏西后、太阳能电池板及空气泵停止工作,次日太阳升起后、太阳能电池板和太阳能集热管及空气泵按照上述步骤重复对粮囤内部的粮食进行加热和除湿,连续2-3日后、工人关闭空气泵的电源开关,每月在阳光充足时开启电源开关、对粮囤内部的粮食进行一次加热除湿,在空气泵不需要工作时、工人可将太阳能电池板所发的电流用于其他部位照明或加工使用。
