Along with the requirement of social development, similar products such as the gum release paper and the PE film are in large demand, and the small-sized gum release paper, the PE film and other related products are generally large in quantity and in a stacked state, and need to be manually treated in the separation process. In OEM, particularly in electronic industry, small-size PE films are used more frequently, but separation between PE films is generally manual or poked by using tweezers, both hands are needed, and the separation difficulty is high, and time and labor are wasted. Therefore, a new and convenient separation device is needed to solve the shortcomings of the prior art.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide a PE film separating device which has the function of conveniently separating objects to be separated, such as PE films, gum release paper and the like. In order to achieve the above objects, the present invention is a PE membrane separation device. The device is used for separating objects to be separated such as PE films, gum release paper and the like, and comprises an object absorbing and separating device, a first zigzag module, a second zigzag module, a first cuboid module, a second cuboid module and a square hole plate module; the first cuboid module is used for fixing a first sawtooth module, and the second cuboid module is used for fixing a second sawtooth module; the first sawtooth module and the second sawtooth module are formed by fixing rectangular hole plate modules on rectangular modules at a certain distance; thereby, the separated objects are sucked from the first sawtooth-shaped module and the second sawtooth-shaped module by the suction device.
The invention leads to quicker separation of objects to be separated, such as PE films, gum release paper and the like, saves time, has simple tool manufacture and easy operation, has the same first zigzag module and second zigzag module, simplifies the steps of tool manufacture and the conversion process, is universal in various zigzag modules, does not damage the objects to be separated, does not need complex mechanism arrangement and can reduce the manufacture cost.

Detailed Description
The foregoing and other objects, features and advantages of the invention will be apparent from the following more particular description of preferred embodiments of the invention, as illustrated in the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a schematic perspective view of a PE membrane separation device according to the present invention.
The PE membrane separation device comprises a first zigzag module 21, a second zigzag module 31, a first cuboid module 211 and a second cuboid module 311. The first zigzag module 21 and the second zigzag module 31 have rectangular openings so as to be wedged in the rectangular hole plate module 41 by means of the first rectangular module 211 and the second rectangular module 311, and the first zigzag module 21 and the second zigzag module 31 are prevented from moving left and right. The first rectangular solid module 211 and the second rectangular solid module 311 are connected to rectangular holes of different distances of the rectangular hole plate module 41 to match the specification and size of the separated object 1 (shown in fig. 2). The first zigzag module 21 and the second zigzag module 31 are engaged with the first rectangular parallelepiped module 211 and the second rectangular parallelepiped module 311, so that the first zigzag module 21 and the second zigzag module 31 gradually slide down to press the PE film separator as the separator 1 (as shown in fig. 4) decreases. The sawteeth on the first sawteeth module 21 and the second sawteeth module 31 are staggered and protruded upwards from the bottom in sequence, so that the PE film separator is always subjected to the resistance of the sawteeth, the sawteeth are upward at 10-45 degrees, and the modules at different angles are matched with the attraction force or the electrostatic resistance among different separators. The separated objects are bent at different angles at different positions on the sawtooth inclined plane by the pulling force of the separated object sucking device 111, so that two sides pressed by the separated objects are dislocated and exposed 1 (as shown in fig. 4). The material of the separated object sucking device 111 is rubber, the separated objects are pressed downwards from the middle of the first sawtooth module 21 and the second sawtooth module 31, and partial air in the separated object sucking device 111 is extruded to form a pressure difference so as to ensure that the separated objects can be sucked and separated upwards.
Next, please refer to fig. 4, which is a schematic diagram illustrating a usage of the separation apparatus of the present invention.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the object to be separated is a stacked PE film, but the present invention is not limited thereto. The separated objects are arranged above the rectangular orifice plate module 41 and below the first sawtooth-shaped module 21 and the second sawtooth-shaped module 31. When the separating device is to separate the objects to be separated, the first sawtooth inclined plane arranged at the lower side of the first sawtooth module 21 is provided with a convex first semi-circular body group 212, and the first sawtooth inclined plane arranged at the lower side of the second sawtooth module 31 is provided with a convex second semi-circular body group 312, so that different objects to be separated can be conveniently separated and can be dislocated and fall.
In order to adapt to the attraction force (release force, different adhesive viscosities) between different separated objects, different first sawtooth-shaped modules 21 and different second sawtooth-shaped modules 31 can be arranged, different first sawtooth-shaped modules 21 and different second sawtooth-shaped modules 31 can have different sawtooth angles and different lengths of the sawtooth protrusions, and the first sawtooth-shaped modules and the second sawtooth-shaped modules can be made into different sizes to absorb the separated object devices 111 so as to ensure different attraction forces, so that different separated objects can be separated more effectively.
By the design of the PE film separation device, the invention can conveniently separate the objects to be separated, such as the PE film back adhesive release paper and the like, and does not need complex mechanism design. The PE membrane separation device can be used for manufacturing the first sawtooth-shaped module 21 and the second sawtooth-shaped module 31 with sawtooth at different angles to separate objects to be separated with different resistances, has wide application range and can greatly reduce the separation time.
