10. A beverage brewing device comprising a piercing system, characterized in that it further comprises a stirring system according to any of claims 1-9, said piercing system comprising a piercing head for pressing the capsule from the top to pierce a sealing membrane of the capsule.
11. The brewing device of claim 10, wherein the piercing head is rotatable with the capsule under the influence of the stirring head.
