Alternatively, as shown in fig. 4, two transfer rails 32 may be provided at the positions of both ends of the horizontal rail 31, respectively, to increase the transportation route and avoidance selection of the transportation cart 20.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 4, the movable rail 33 may be separated from and engaged with the horizontal rail 31 and the transit rail 32 in any suitable manner, and the movable rail 33 may have any suitable structure and shape. Alternatively, as shown in fig. 4, the upper end of the movable rail 33 is hinged to the portion of the transfer rail 32 above the opening 37, and the lower end of the movable rail 33 is detachably engaged with the portion of the transfer rail 32 below the opening 37.
As shown in fig. 4, the movable rail 33 corresponding to one of the horizontal rails 31 is located at a position removed from the opening 37, and the movable rails 33 corresponding to the other horizontal rails 31 are located at a position covering the opening 37, and for the sake of convenience, the horizontal rail 31 where the movable rail 33 is removed from the opening 37 is referred to as a first horizontal rail, and at this time, the transportation cart 20 can enter the transfer rail 32 located below the first horizontal rail from the first horizontal rail through the corresponding opening 37, and similarly, the transportation cart 20 can enter the first horizontal rail from the transfer rail 32 located below the first horizontal rail through the corresponding opening 37. At this time, the transfer rail 32 is blocked by the movable rail 33 corresponding to the first horizontal rail, and the transport cart 20 cannot pass through.
When the transport vehicle 20 travels on the transfer rail 32 and needs to pass the position of the end of the first horizontal rail, the movable rail 33 corresponding to the first horizontal rail may be rotated such that the lower end of the movable rail 33 is rotated clockwise and engaged with the portion of the transfer rail 32 located below the first horizontal rail, so that the transport vehicle 20 can normally travel on the transfer rail 32.
Alternatively, in the present embodiment, a driving device may be used to drive the movable rail 33 to rotate. The driving device can be an electric motor, a hydraulic cylinder, a hydraulic motor and the like. When a motor is used, the motor may be disposed on the transfer rail 32 or the horizontal rail 31, and an output shaft of the motor may be connected to a hinge shaft between the movable rail 33 and the transfer rail 32 to drive the movable rail 33 to rotate, thereby achieving engagement and disengagement of the movable rail 33 and the transfer rail 32.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the present disclosure, the track structure 30 is provided with a rack structure 34 for cooperating with the road wheels 21 of the transport trolley 20 having a gear structure 211. Such a structural design has at least two advantages: firstly, as the travelling wheels 21 of the trolley adopt the gear structure 211, the number of the rotating teeth can be calculated by calculating the number of the rotating turns of the travelling wheels 21, so that the current position of the trolley on the track is determined according to the number of the rotating teeth, and the position of the transport trolley 20 in the warehouse 100 is known; secondly, the cooperation of the gear and the rack can ensure that the transport trolley 20 runs more stably in the running process, and particularly, when the transport trolley runs on the transfer track 32, the cooperation of the gear and the rack can improve the running stability of the transport trolley 20.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the horizontal rail 31, the transfer rail 32, the movable rail 33, and the movable block 38 may be formed with a rack structure 34.
It is understood that in other embodiments of the present disclosure, the traveling unit of the transportation cart 20 may employ a conventional traveling wheel 21 or a traveling track in addition to the gear structure, which is not limited by the present disclosure.
In the present disclosure, the track of the track structure 30 may be a live track to supply power to the transportation cart 20 through the live track. Therefore, the power can be supplied to the transport trolley 20 in the walking process of the transport trolley 20, the storage battery does not need to be replaced or the special place does not need to be used for charging, and the working efficiency of the transport trolley 20 can be improved.
In the present disclosure, the horizontal rail 31, the transfer rail 32, and the movable rail 33 may be charged rails. Alternatively, in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, since the transfer rail 32, the movable rail 33, and the movable block 38 are all short, only the horizontal rail 31 may be set as the charging rail. In the embodiment shown in fig. 4, since the movable rail 33 is short, the horizontal rail 31 and the transfer rail 32 may be charged rails.
There are various ways of making the track as a live track, for example by arranging a conductive wire with a plurality of contacts on the track, which the carriage 20 is in contact with during travel and thus powered.
As shown in fig. 3, in the present disclosure, the transportation cart 20 may include a cart body 22 and a cargo frame 23 with an opening provided on the cart body 22, and the cart body 22 may employ a conventional RGV cart and a shuttle cart, which are not limited by the present disclosure. Since the principles of RGV car and shuttle car walking are well known to those skilled in the art, they will not be described in detail herein. Due to the arrangement of the cargo frame 23, cargo can be accommodated, and the cargo is prevented from falling off during the travelling of the transport trolley 20, particularly when the trolley travels on the transfer rail 32.
The present disclosure does not limit the structure and shape of the cargo frame 23, and it may be formed in any structure and shape, as shown in fig. 3, and in one embodiment of the present disclosure, several acrylic plates having a certain structural strength and being inexpensive may be provided on the upper surface of the cart body 22 to construct the cargo frame 23.
In the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, each horizontal rail 31 may have a double-rail structure to cooperate with the left and right road wheels 21 of the transportation cart 20 to improve the running stability of the transportation cart 20. In other embodiments, when the traveling unit of the transporting carriage 20 is a crawler track or the like, each horizontal rail 31 may correspond to a single rail structure.
It should be noted that, in the present disclosure, the operation of the transportation cart 20 and the driving device can be controlled by the related controller to issue a control command, and the detailed description of the control strategy is omitted here.
According to another aspect of the present disclosure, a warehouse 100 is provided, optionally the warehouse 100 may be an unmanned warehouse, the warehouse 100 comprising the material transportation system described above. In the warehouse 100, the transport vehicles 20 can travel from one horizontal rail 31 to another horizontal rail 31 through the transfer rail 32, to a designated rack 10 for loading, and can travel to a designated location through the rail structure 30 for unloading. Because a plurality of horizontal rails 31 are arranged at intervals in the vertical direction, the occupied area of the rail structure 30 can be greatly saved, and the space utilization efficiency is improved, so that the spacing distance between the shelves 10 can be allowed to be shortened, and more shelves 10 can be arranged conveniently in the same area. Reducing the footprint of the track structure 30 means relatively increasing the area for arranging the racks 10, which is beneficial to reducing the footprint of the warehouse 100 with the same storage capacity, so that the warehouse 100 can be miniaturized.
Preferred embodiments of the present disclosure are described in detail above with reference to the accompanying drawings, however, the present disclosure is not limited to the specific details in the above embodiments, and various simple modifications may be made to the technical solution of the present disclosure within the technical idea of the present disclosure, and these simple modifications all fall within the protection scope of the present disclosure.
It should be noted that, in the foregoing embodiments, various features described in the above embodiments may be combined in any suitable manner, and in order to avoid unnecessary repetition, various combinations that are possible in the present disclosure are not described again.
In addition, any combination of various embodiments of the present disclosure may be made, and the same should be considered as the disclosure of the present disclosure, as long as it does not depart from the spirit of the present disclosure.

Claims (10)

1. A track structure for being arranged between a plurality of pallets (10), characterized in that the track structure (30) comprises a plurality of horizontal tracks (31) arranged at intervals in the up-down direction and a transfer track (32) for connecting the plurality of horizontal tracks (31) so that transport carriages (20) can be switched on different horizontal tracks (31) through the transfer track (32).

The track structure according to claim 1, characterized in that the track structure (30) further comprises a movable track (33) and a driving device, the transfer track (32) is provided with an opening (37) at a position corresponding to the horizontal track (31), the driving device is used for driving the movable track (33) to detachably cover the opening (37), so that the transport trolley (20) can pass through the opening (37) when the movable track (33) is separated from the opening (37), and the transport trolley (20) can travel on the transfer track (32) through the movable track (33) when the movable track (33) covers the opening (37).
3. The track structure according to claim 2, wherein a section of the transfer track (32) is provided between two adjacent horizontal tracks (31), a gap between a lower end of the transfer track (32) and a lower horizontal track (31) of the two adjacent horizontal tracks (31) is the opening (37), an upper end of the movable track (33) is hinged with the lower end of the transfer track (32), the lower end of the movable track (33) is detachably engaged with the lower horizontal track (31) of the two adjacent horizontal tracks (31),
the driving device comprises a first driving device which is used for driving the movable track (33) to rotate around a hinge shaft (36) between the movable track and the transfer track (32) so as to drive the movable track (33) to be jointed with or separated from the horizontal track (31).
4. The track structure according to claim 3, characterized in that the movable track (33) is curved to enable the transport trolley (20) to walk from one of the horizontal track (31) and the transfer track (32) to the other.

The track structure according to claim 3, wherein the track structure (30) further comprises a movable block (38), a notch (311) for the transportation trolley (20) to pass through is arranged on the horizontal track (31) positioned above the two adjacent horizontal tracks (31), the movable block (38) is detachably inserted into the notch (311) to be jointed with the horizontal track (31) so that the transportation trolley (20) can pass through the movable block (38) to travel on the horizontal track (31),
the driving device also comprises a second driving device which is used for driving the movable block (38) to move so as to insert into the gap (311) or withdraw from the gap (311).

The track structure according to claim 5, wherein the track structure (30) further comprises a vertical post (35), the vertical post (35) is connected between two adjacent horizontal tracks (31), the driving device is fixed on the vertical post (35), the movable block (38) is slidably arranged on the vertical post (35) along the horizontal direction, and the second driving device can drive the movable block (38) to slide on the vertical post (35) to be inserted into the gap (311) or withdrawn from the gap (311).
7. The track structure according to claim 3, characterized in that between two adjacent horizontal tracks (31) there are a plurality of transfer tracks (32) and a plurality of movable tracks (33).

The track structure according to claim 2, wherein the transfer track (32) is arranged at the end of the horizontal track (31), the upper end of the movable track (33) being hinged to the portion of the transfer track (32) above the opening (37), the lower end of the movable track (33) being detachably engaged with the portion of the transfer track (32) below the opening (37).
9. The track structure according to any one of claims 1-8, characterized in that the track structure (30) is provided with a rack structure (34) for cooperation with road wheels (21) of the transport trolley (20) having a gear structure (211).
10. The track structure according to any one of claims 1-8, characterized in that the track of the track structure (30) is a live track for powering the carriage (20) via the live track.
