When the portable handheld terminal is used, the telescopic rod is stretched, and the handheld terminal is connected with the camera, the bulb and the angle adjusting motor; the camera extends to the inspection area, and sends an instruction to the angle adjusting motor and the bulb through the handheld terminal, so that the angle of the camera and the brightness of the bulb are adjusted; and the handheld terminal receives the pictures returned by the camera and takes pictures or records videos according to the needs.
After the use is finished, the handheld terminal is disconnected from the camera, the bulb and the angle adjusting motor, and the power supply is turned off.

For example, the telescopic rod may also be a single elongate rod (without telescopic function), or only a part of the telescopic function. The telescopic rod can also be replaced by a folding rod.
