The traffic signal system device of claim 1, wherein said crosswalk traffic signal device comprises, a signal device with white graphic display, arrows indicating passage, octuples indicating stop passage, and a ring-shaped passage time device, a digital passage time device; the power supply device supplies power, and the computer control device controls the power supply device to automatically switch and display passing, stop passing and passing time signals in different periods; the graphical flash indicates that the traffic signal is ready to switch.

The traffic signal system device of claim 1, wherein the vehicle driving state signal device comprises an upward arrow, a leftward arrow, a rightward arrow and an eight-pronged graphic signal device which are displayed in white, and are mounted on the head and tail housings of the vehicle, are powered by a power supply device, and are controlled by a driver and a computer control device to respectively display signals of normal forward movement, left turning, right turning and braking of the vehicle, i.e. stop, according to the driving state of the vehicle.
