In this embodiment, the loading/unloading tank 22 and the upper end of the oven 23 are respectively provided with a groove 225, 235 for placing a slide carrier, and the shape of the groove is an inverted trapezoid, which can reduce the shaking of the special slide carrier therein and also reduce the possibility that the mechanical moving arm 3 cannot grab the slide carrier due to random placement.

An XYZ mechanical motion arm 3 is arranged above the staining area 1 and the operation area 2, the XYZ mechanical motion arm 3 is composed of an X-axis mechanical arm 31, a Y-axis mechanical arm 32 and a Z-axis mechanical arm 33, a slide rack gripper 332 is arranged on a Z-axis slide block 331 of the Z-axis mechanical arm 33 and can grip a slide rack, and the slide rack is moved between the staining area 1 and the operation area 2 through the cooperation of the three mechanical arms.
