Reference is made to fig. 1-5. Figure 1 shows an exploded perspective view of one embodiment of the detachable piezoelectric jacquard assembly of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the separable piezoelectric jacquard assembly 100 of the present invention includes a piezoelectric ceramic element 10, a needle plate 20 for fixing the piezoelectric ceramic element, a driving circuit board 50, and a fixing base 70. In addition, the detachable piezoelectric jacquard assembly 100 of the present invention further includes an adaptor circuit board 40 and a probe assembly 30. The relay circuit board 30 is provided with a connector 430, and is electrically connected to a connector 530 provided on the driving circuit board 50 through the connector 430. The relay circuit board 40 is electrically connected to the piezoelectric ceramic element 10 by a wiring (not shown). The piezo-ceramic element 10 herein may be, but is not limited to, a combination of a plurality of piezo-ceramic bimorphs.
The relay circuit board 40 and the holder 70 are fixed to the needle plate 20, respectively. The probe assembly 30 is secured to the needle board 20 by apertures 230 in the needle board that match the outer dimensions of the needle board assembly 30, e.g., the needle board assembly 30 and apertures 230 are a tight fit. The probe assembly 30 has a connecting line 310 at one end thereof, and the connecting line 310 is electrically connected to the driving circuit board 50 by soldering or connector. The other end of the probe assembly 30 carries pogo pins 320, through which pogo pins 320 are electrically connected to a circuit board substrate (not shown) provided on the guide bar. The electrical connection with the circuit board bottom board through the pogo pins is described in detail in chinese patent application No. 201810140458.5 filed by the applicant, and is not described herein. The entire disclosure of chinese patent application No. 201810140458.5 is incorporated by the applicant into this application. For reference.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, and 3, the separable piezoelectric jacquard assembly 100 of the present invention may further include a negative electrode assembly 80. Negative electrode assembly 80 includes a base plate 810 and a clamp 820. The base plate 810 is provided with a bridge portion 812 and clamp holes 813 on both sides of the bridge portion 812. The holder 820 is provided with a horizontal portion 824, and a first holding piece 821 and a second holding piece 822 which are respectively combined with the horizontal portion 824 at both sides of the horizontal portion 824. When mounted in place, the first and second holding pieces 821 and 822 pass through the holding holes 813 on both sides of the bridge portion 812 and electrically contact the piezoelectric ceramic elements 10 (e.g., both sides of the piezoelectric ceramic bimorph) as the negative electrodes (not shown) of the piezoelectric ceramic elements 10, respectively, and the base plate 810 is supported on the piezoelectric ceramic element fixing walls 260, 270 of the needle plate 20 (see fig. 2). The negative electrode may be electrically connected to the adapting circuit board 40 through a connecting wire.
In order to facilitate the fitting with the piezoelectric ceramic element 10, the front ends of the first and second holding pieces 821 and 822 may be formed with gradually enlarged openings 823.
For aesthetic reasons, the base plate 810 is provided with a recess 811, and when mounted in place, the horizontal portion 824 of the clamp member 820 is located in the recess 811 and does not protrude above the upper surface thereof.
The needle plate 20 is provided with the fixture of the relay circuit board 40, which is respectively located at both sides of the needle plate 20, i.e. in the present invention, the fixture includes a first fixture including a base portion 210 and a fixing post 211 provided on the base portion 210, and a second fixture including a base portion 220 and a fixing post 221 provided on the base portion 220. Fixing holes 410 and 420 matched with the fixing posts 211 and 221 are formed in the transfer circuit board 40. When mounted in place, the fixing posts 211, 221 are inserted into the fixing holes 410, 420, and the relay circuit board 40 abuts on the upper plane of the base portions 210, 220, thereby fixing the relay circuit board 40 to the needle plate 20.
The needle plate 20 is provided with needle plate mounting holes 240 and 250, and the holder 70 is correspondingly provided with holder mounting holes 740 and 750 which are matched with the needle plate mounting holes 240 and 250. Screws (not shown) may secure the holder 70 to the faller bar 20 through the faller bar mounting holes 240, 250 and the holder mounting holes 740, 750.
Of course, other attachment means known to those skilled in the art may be used to secure the holder 70 to the needle board 20.
As shown in fig. 1 and 5, the driving circuit board 50 is provided with driving circuit board fixing holes 510 and 520, and the fixing base 70 is provided with fixing posts 710 and 720 corresponding to the fixing holes. When the fixing base is installed in place, the fixing posts 710 and 720 on the fixing base 70 penetrate through the driving circuit board fixing holes 510 and 520 to fix the driving circuit board 50. The fixing position of the driving circuit board 50 is such that the connectors 530 on the driving circuit board 50 are aligned with the connectors 430 on the adapting circuit board 40, and the connectors are reliably electrically connected by plugging.
As shown in fig. 5, the driving circuit board 50 may include a driving circuit main board 540, a driving circuit sub-board 550, and a capacitor 560. The driving circuit sub-board 550 can be used to make a reliable electrical connection with the connection line 310 at one end of the probe assembly 30 by soldering or plug-in.
It should be understood that the components of the driving circuit board 50, the adapting circuit board 40 and the probe assembly 30 of the present invention are easy to be implemented by those skilled in the art, and the manufacturing method thereof is not described herein.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1, the detachable piezoelectric jacquard assembly 100 of the present invention further comprises a cover 60, wherein the cover 60 is used for covering the driving circuit board 50 and the adapting circuit board 40. The housing 60 has housing fixing holes 610, 620. When the fixing base is installed in place, the fixing posts 710 and 720 on the fixing base 70 penetrate through the cover fixing holes 610 and 620 to fix the cover 60. The shape and structure of the casing 60 should be such that it can cover the driving circuit board 50 and the adaptor circuit board 40, and the design of the casing is easy to be implemented by those skilled in the art and will not be described herein.
A significant advantage of the detachable piezoelectric jacquard assembly 100 of the present invention is that the components therein are substantially detachable. Therefore, when any one of the components, such as the driving circuit board 50, the adapter circuit board 40, the piezoelectric ceramic element 10 or the probe assembly 30, is out of order and needs to be replaced, the piezoelectric jacquard can be replaced independently without replacing the whole piezoelectric jacquard, and the operation cost is reduced remarkably. Another significant advantage of the present invention that needs to be emphasized is that it is also possible to replace any one of the piezoceramic bimorphs of the piezoceramic element 10 individually, thereby further significantly reducing the operating costs.

Claims (8)

1.
