Abstract
The application relates to a piezoelectric jacquard mounting assembly with conductive contacts. The piezoelectric jacquard mounting assembly with the conductive contact pieces comprises a piezoelectric jacquard and a guide bar connected with the piezoelectric jacquard, wherein a circuit board is arranged on the piezoelectric jacquard. The application can remarkably save the space of the machine structure, can provide signal input and power input without using an external cable in the prior art, is beautiful and has extremely convenient piezoelectric jacquard assembly and disassembly.
Description
Technical Field
The application relates to textile technology, in particular to a jacquard installation assembly, and especially relates to a piezoelectric jacquard installation assembly with conductive contact pieces.
Background
The existing piezoelectricity Gu Kaan is installed on the guide bar, and the driving circuit board of the piezoelectricity jacquard is installed on the piezoelectricity jacquard and provides signals and power through an external cable. The external cable is not beautiful, occupies a large amount of space, and is inconvenient to install and detach the jacquard.
The technical field still needs to be able to provide a simpler and more effective way of signal and power supply for the drive circuit board of the piezoelectric jacquard, this way should be able to realize convenient loading and unloading of the piezoelectric jacquard, and can save space, and look beautiful.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems in the prior art, the application provides a piezoelectric jacquard installation component with a conductive contact piece, and a circuit board on a piezoelectric jacquard and a circuit board bottom board fixed on a guide bar are electrically connected through the conductive contact piece. The connecting mode of the piezoelectric jacquard is attractive, saves a large amount of space and is convenient for installing and detaching the piezoelectric jacquard.
It is to be understood that directional terms such as, but not limited to, "upper", "lower", "left", "right", etc., which may appear in the present application are merely relative terms and should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present application.
The piezoelectric jacquard mounting assembly with the conductive contact pieces comprises a piezoelectric jacquard and a guide bar connected with the piezoelectric jacquard, wherein a circuit board is arranged on the piezoelectric jacquard.
In a specific embodiment, the plurality of conductive contacts are a plurality of pogo pins, one end of which is soldered at an input point of the underside of the circuit board and the other end of which is electrically connected with the corresponding contact point in a pre-tensioned manner.
Alternatively, the plurality of conductive contacts are a plurality of spring pins, both ends of the spring pins can be electrically connected with the input points on the circuit board and the contact points on the circuit board bottom plate in a pre-tightening manner, and the spring pins and the clamping seat are molded or glued into a whole.
The pre-tightening mode of the spring needle means that the needle tip of the spring needle is elastically pressed against the corresponding input point or contact point.
In one embodiment, an insulating layer is attached to the side of the circuit board substrate facing the underside of the circuit board, but the corresponding contact points are exposed.
In a specific embodiment, the number of contact points is 9, 12V+,12V-,180V+,180V-, CLK, EN, LAT, di, do, respectively.
In a specific embodiment, the circuit board bottom plate is fixed on the guide bar in a segmented manner, a plurality of groups of contact points corresponding to a plurality of jacquard cards are arranged on one surface of each section of circuit board bottom plate facing the lower side of the circuit board, and an input interface is arranged at one end of each section of circuit board bottom plate.
By adopting the piezoelectric jacquard mounting assembly with the conductive contact piece, the circuit board bottom plate is directly arranged on the guide bar, so that the space of a machine structure can be remarkably saved, and an external cable in the prior art can be not used for providing signal input and power input, so that the assembly and disassembly of the piezoelectric jacquard are more attractive, and the assembly and disassembly of the piezoelectric jacquard are extremely convenient.

Detailed Description
The application is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the particular embodiments of the application illustrated in the drawings are illustrative of the application and are not drawn to scale or exact dimensions and proportions. Accordingly, the drawings in the present application should not be construed as limiting the application in any way. The scope of the application is defined by the claims.
For simplicity, not all of the features or elements are labeled in some of the figures, and therefore, upon reading the following description, reference should be made to all of the figures for a clear and complete understanding of the present application.

Fig. 1 shows a schematic side cross-sectional view of a part of a piezoelectric jacquard mounting assembly of the application with conductive contacts, mainly illustrating a piezoelectric jacquard 100 with conductive contacts. The piezoelectric jacquard 100 includes a card holder 30, a piezoelectric ceramic plate 20 fixed to the card holder 30, and a circuit board 10 fixed to the piezoelectric jacquard 100 (e.g., the rear portion of the piezoelectric jacquard 100) and electrically connected to the piezoelectric ceramic plate 20. An important feature of the present application is that a plurality of conductive contacts 60 are connected at an input point (not shown, but known to those skilled in the art) on the underside of the wiring board 10iFor examplei=1, 2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9, that is to say, a total of 9 conductive contacts, such as 12v+,12V-,180v+,180V-, CLK, EN, LAT, di, do. Corresponding 9 holes are provided in the card holder 30 of the piezoelectric jacquard 100 so that the 9 conductive contacts pass through, but the size of the holes should not be so large that the conductive contacts do not swing significantly in front, back, left and right.

The wiring board bottom plate 80 may be attached to the guide bar 90 in sections (not shown) for ease of installation and signal section entry. Referring to FIG. 3, a partial perspective view of the wiring board bottom plate 80 is shown as having been secured to a bar 90Intent. At least one group of contact points 801iAn input interface 802 is connected to one end of the circuit board base plate 80 and provides power and signal input through the input interface 802.
When the circuit board base plate 80 is fixed to the guide bar 90 in a segmented manner, an input interface is arranged at one end of each segment of the circuit board base plate.
FIG. 4 shows a schematic side cross-sectional view of the wiring board baseplate of the present application as it has been secured to a guide bar. As shown in FIG. 4, the circuit board base plate 80 is provided with contact points 801-iAn insulating layer 803 is attached to one side of the substrate, but only the corresponding contact points 801-iIs exposed to achieve contact 801-iWith spring needle 60-iNeedle 601-iIs electrically connected to the other terminal. As shown in FIG. 5, by the locking screw 50, the piezoelectric jacquard 100 is reliably attached to the guide bar 90 and the conductive contact 60-iSuch as a spring pin, is pressed against a contact point (not shown) on the circuit board substrate 80 to achieve a reliable electrical connection therebetween.
As a preferred embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 6, the wiring board base plate 80 of the present application is connected to a central processing unit 95 (CPU) provided on the bar 90 via a connection line 98 through an input interface 802 (not shown) at one end thereof. In this way, the CPU is connected via the connection line 90, the input interface 802, the pogo pin 60-iThe power signal and the control signal are provided to the circuit board 10 to control the piezoelectric ceramic plates to operate in accordance with the desired motion.
When the circuit board bottom plate 80 is fixed on the guide bar 90 in a segmented manner, an input interface is arranged at one end of each section of the circuit board bottom plate, and each input interface is connected to a central processing unit arranged on the guide bar through a connecting wire.
Within the bar 90 are a vent hole 901 for receiving gas from an external gas source, and at least one vent hole 902 in communication with and at an angle to the vent hole. This structure is described in detail in chinese patent application publication No. CN106381605a, which is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety.
It should be appreciated that the conductive contact 60 of the present applicationiAny form other than spring pins that can implement the present application may be used.
It should also be appreciated that in an alternative embodiment, the conductive contact for grounding of the present application, such as a spring needle, may not be connected to corresponding contact points (and thus, these corresponding contact points may be omitted) and the spring needle may be directly connected to the bar 90. This is readily accomplished by those skilled in the art and will not be described in detail herein.
Based on the description of the preferred embodiments of the present application, it should be clear that the application defined by the appended claims is not limited to the specific details set forth in the above description, but that many apparent variations of the application are possible without departing from the spirit or scope thereof.

The piezoelectric jacquard mounting assembly with conductive contacts according to claim 1, wherein the circuit board base plate is fixed on the guide bar in sections, a plurality of groups of contact points corresponding to a plurality of jacquard cards are arranged on one surface of each section of circuit board base plate facing to the lower side of the circuit board, and an input interface is arranged at one end of each section of circuit board base plate.
