In addition, providing the protrusion 514 as a ring also facilitates the fabrication of the mounting hole of the glove 500.
It can be understood that, in this embodiment, a protrusion 514 may be further disposed on the inner wall of the first opening 511, and an elastic abutting portion 513 is disposed on the inner wall of the second opening 512, so that the top surface (the end surface close to the lid 200) and the bottom surface (the end surface far from the lid 200) of the electrical connector 300 are respectively acted by the elastic abutting portion 513 and the protrusion 514, and the stability of the electrical connector 300 in the mounting hole 510 is ensured.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the mounting hole 510 of the present embodiment may be a through hole directly formed on the sidewall of the handle cover 500, and the distance between the first opening 511 and the second opening 512 is the wall thickness of the handle cover 500.
Of course, in some examples, the present embodiment extends a blocking wall 515 towards the outside of the opening at the periphery of the opening of the through hole located on the inner side wall of the handle glove 500 and/or the opening of the through hole located on the outer side wall of the handle glove 500, and the blocking wall 515 and the inner wall of the through hole jointly enclose the mounting hole 510;
for example, a blocking wall 515 extends from the periphery of the opening of the through hole located on the inner side wall of the handle glove 500, the blocking wall 515 and the inner wall of the through hole together define a mounting hole 510, in this case, a first opening 511 of the mounting hole 510 is located at one end of the blocking wall 515 far away from the through hole, and a second opening 512 is located at one end of the through hole far away from the blocking wall 515. A portion of the electrical connector 300 is received in the blocking wall 515 and a portion is received in the through hole, so that the entire surface of the electrical connector 300 is completely received in the mounting hole 510 defined by the blocking wall 515 and the inner wall of the through hole, thereby making the assembly between the electrical connector 300 and the grip cover 500 more stable.
Compared with the case that the thickness of the handle sleeve 500 is increased to ensure that the electric connector 300 is completely received in the mounting hole 510 formed by the through hole, the embodiment only extends a section of the blocking wall 515 on the inner wall or the outer wall of the handle sleeve 500 to form the mounting hole 510 for receiving the electric connector 300, so that the structure of the handle sleeve 500 is simplified, the weight of the handle sleeve 500 is reduced, and the assembly of the handle sleeve 500 and the handle 400 is more convenient and faster.
In the present embodiment, a heat dissipation hole 5151 is formed on the blocking wall 515, so that the heat of the electrical connector 300 in the blocking wall 515 can be effectively dissipated through the heat dissipation hole 5151. Wherein, both ends of the heat dissipation hole 5151 extend to the top end and the bottom end of the blocking wall 515, so as to increase the size of the heat dissipation hole 5151, thereby improving the heat dissipation efficiency of the electrical connector 300, and further prolonging the service life of the electrical connector 300.
Referring to fig. 3 and 8, the handle 400 of the present embodiment includes a fixing portion 410 having a ring structure and a handle 420 disposed at one end of the fixing portion 410, the fixing portion 410 is fixed on an outer sidewall of the pot body 100, the handle sleeve 500 is sleeved on an outer surface of the fixing portion 410, and an avoiding hole 411 for avoiding the electrical connector 300 is formed on the fixing portion 410, so as to ensure that the handle 400 can smoothly avoid the electrical connector 300 and the mounting hole 510 when being mounted inside the handle sleeve 500, thereby ensuring that the handle 400 is stably sleeved on the handle sleeve 500.
Meanwhile, the provision of the escape hole 411 also enables both ends of the electrical connector 300 mounted on the handle sleeve 500 to pass through the escape hole 411 on the handle 400 and the handle sleeve 500 to be electrically connected with the functional device 600 in the lid 200 and the controller in the cooker 700, respectively.
The present embodiment provides the fixing portion 410 with a ring structure to make the shapes of the handle cover 500 and the fixing portion 410 more matched, so that the contact between the handle cover 500 and the fixing portion 410 is more tight.
When specifically arranged, at least a part of the outer surface of the fixing portion 410 is configured to match the shape of the inner surface of the handle cover 500, so as to increase the contact area between the outer surface of the fixing portion 410 and the inner surface of the handle cover 500, thereby enabling the connection between the handle cover 500 and the fixing portion 410 to be tighter, not only enhancing the connection strength between the handle cover 500 and the fixing portion 410, but also enabling the structure of the handle cover 500 assembled with the handle 400 to be more compact.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, in order to improve the stability of the handle cover 500 on the fixing portion 410, a stopping portion 412 extending in the direction away from the axis is formed on a circumference of the outer side wall of the fixing portion 410 of the present embodiment, and correspondingly, a limiting groove 520 matching with the stopping portion 412 is formed on the inner side wall of the handle cover 500, so that when the handle cover 500 is assembled on the fixing portion 410, the stopping portion 412 on the fixing portion 410 extends into the limiting groove 520 on the inner wall of the handle cover 500, thereby limiting the movement of the handle cover 500 on the fixing portion 410, preventing the handle cover 500 from being separated from the fixing portion 410, and improving the assembling stability between the handle cover 500 and the fixing portion 410.
The extending length of the stopping portion 412 may be equal to the depth of the limiting groove 520 on the handle bar 500, that is, the end of the stopping portion 412 directly abuts on the groove wall of the limiting groove 520 facing the axis of the handle bar 500. Of course, the extending length of the stopping portion 412 may be smaller than the depth of the limiting groove 520, as long as it is ensured that the stopping portion 412 extends into the limiting groove 520 to block the handle sleeve 500.
Referring to fig. 2, when the handle 400 of the present embodiment is specifically assembled with the pot body 100, a fixing member 900 may be disposed on an outer side wall of the pot body 100, a first connecting portion is formed on the fixing member 900, and a second connecting portion 413 matching with the first connecting portion is formed on the fixing portion 410 of the handle 400.
For example, the first connection portion may be a first screw hole provided on the fixing member 900, the second connection portion 413 may be a second screw hole provided on the fixing portion 410, and the handle 400 is fastened to the fixing member 900 by a fastening member inserted into the first screw hole and the second screw hole. Referring to fig. 8, in the present embodiment, a bending portion 440 extends from an end of the fixing portion 410 away from the handle 420 to a direction away from a central axis of the fixing portion 410, and the bending portion 440 is disposed opposite to the fixing member 900. The second screw is opened on the bending portion 440 so that when the first screw is aligned with the second screw, the bending portion 440 is attached to the fixing member 900, thereby making the alignment of the first screw and the second screw more convenient, and the alignment accuracy is higher, thereby facilitating the fixing of the fastening member.
When handle 400 and handle sleeve 500 of this embodiment are assembled on fixing member 900, at least a portion of fixing member 900 is located between handle sleeve 500 and the outer sidewall of pan body 100, so that handle sleeve 500 shields at least a portion of fixing member 900, thereby improving the aesthetic effect of appearance of the outer wall of pan body 100.
In addition, the handle 400 is fixed on the outer sidewall of the pot body 100 by the fixing member 900 in this embodiment, so as to facilitate the detachment and replacement of the handle 400.
