According to actual needs, the temperature of the suction lip end is controlled not to exceed 55 ℃, the test results in the table 1-3 are referred, under the condition that the smoke volume and the sensory quality are both excellent, the length of the aerosol collecting and circulating element is selected to be 20mm-50mm, and the ratio of the sum of the cross sectional areas of the through hole channels to the cross sectional area of the aerosol collecting and circulating element is 0.1-0.5.
Comprehensive measurement and calculation show that the ratio of the sum of the cross-sectional areas of the through pore passages to the cross-sectional area of the aerosol collecting and circulating element is 0.08-0.18, and the optimal temperature, smoke amount, aroma, irritation and the like are achieved.
To demonstrate that too large a ratio of the sum of the cross-sectional areas of the through-channels to the cross-sectional area of the aerosol collection flow-through member results in a reduction in smoke, a test was conducted with the ratio set to 0.9, and the results are shown in table 4 below:

As can be seen from the data in table 4, when the cross-sectional area ratio is 0.9, the smoke amount is greatly reduced, and the suction experience is greatly affected.
Example 6
As shown in fig. 7, a heated non-combustible tobacco rod includes: the aerosol collecting and circulating device comprises a substrate section 1, an aerosol collecting and circulating element 2 and an external wrapping element 3; the external wrapping element 3 is made of tipping paper and circumferentially wraps the substrate section 1 and the aerosol collecting and circulating element 2. The substrate section 1 comprises an aerosol generation section 6 and an aerosol passing section 7, and is composed of a plurality of strip-shaped cigarette cores, and the width of each cigarette core is 1.1 mm; the length of the substrate segment 1 is 25mm (the length of the aerosol-generating segment 6 is 15mm, the length of the aerosol-passing segment 7 is 10mm), and the outer circumference is 15 mm.
The aerosol-generating section 6 and the aerosol-passing section 7 are of the same material, for example reconstituted tobacco material; the aerosol generation section 6 is used for being matched with a heating sheet 8 of the smoking set to generate aerosol by heating, and the aerosol passing section 7 does not participate in heating and aerosol generation and is mainly used for cooling the aerosol and adsorbing harmful substances when the aerosol passes through; because the surface of the cigarette core material is provided with the concave-convex surface or the fibrous tows, harmful substances in the smoke can be adsorbed, and meanwhile, the smoke can be rapidly cooled due to the large specific surface area.
In an alternative embodiment, the materials of the aerosol-generating section 6 and the aerosol-passing section 7 may also be different, and the material surface of the aerosol-passing section 7 may be coated or sprayed with a flavor component, which is advantageous in that the hot aerosol generated after the aerosol-generating section is heated passes through the aerosol-passing section and exchanges heat with the substrate, so as to accelerate the volatilization of the flavor substance on the substrate, and because the temperature of the hot aerosol is relatively low, the flavor substance can be ensured to be continuously and stably volatilized; if the fragrant substance is directly coated or sprayed on the aerosol generation section, the heating sheet directly heats the aerosol generation section, the temperature is higher, the fragrant substance is released quickly and unstably, and the smoking stability is poor.
The broken lines in the figure do not represent the division of the mist generation section 6 and the mist passage section 7, but merely illustrate these two sections.
The aerosol collecting and circulating element 2 is an acetate fiber tube and is arranged at the tail end of the substrate section 1 and is adjacent to the substrate section, four through hole channels 4 are arranged inside the aerosol collecting and circulating element 2, gear-shaped grooves 5 (see figure 5) are arranged on the inner walls of the through hole channels 4, the through hole channels 4 are used for circulating aerosol generated by the substrate section 1, and the ratio of the sum of the cross-sectional areas of the through hole channels 4 to the cross-sectional area of the aerosol collecting and circulating element is 0.18; the aerosol collection and circulation element 2 has a length of 25mm and an outer circumference of 15 mm.
The smoking article is obtained by loading the cigarette which is not burned by heating into a smoking set provided with a heating member.
By dividing the substrate section 1 into the aerosol-generating section 6 and the aerosol-passing section 7, the temperature of the generated smoke reaching the lip end can be reduced by 20-30%.
The application provides a heating incombustible cigarette packs into the smoking set, constitutes the electron cigarette. The smoking set can be heated centrally or peripherally. The smoking set mainly comprises a power supply part (such as a battery), a control part (such as a control circuit board) and a heating part (such as a needle type or a sheet type heating element). The power supply part supplies energy to the heating part under the control of the control part, the heating part heats the substrate section in the cigarette which is not heated, the substrate section generates smoke, and the smoke enters the oral cavity of a consumer after being filtered and cooled through the through hole of the aerosol collecting and circulating element under the suction effect of the consumer.
The application provides a cigarette is not burnt in the heating, and the flue gas volume is big, the cooling is effectual, promotion consumer's that can be fine suction experience.
