an exhaust means comprising an exhaust hood in communication with said first fryer means and a centrifugal fan in communication with said exhaust hood;
the pressure gauge is communicated with the first fryer device and is used for monitoring the pressure in the frying space formed by the first fryer device and the furnace cover device;
the first power switch is arranged on the device box body and used for powering on or powering off the first fryer device;
the heating switch is arranged on the device box body and used for controlling the heating pipe in the first fryer device to heat;
and the temperature control instrument is communicated with the first frying furnace device and is used for monitoring the oil temperature in the frying space formed by the first frying furnace device and the furnace cover device.

5. A food fryer apparatus according to claim 1, wherein said first fryer means has a drain valve at a bottom end thereof.
6. A food fryer according to claim 5, wherein the bottom end within the tank body of said apparatus is provided with an oil pan for containing oil, said oil pan being located below said oil drain valve.
7. A food frying apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein casters are provided at the bottom end of the apparatus housing.
