In one embodiment, the electronic device further comprises a reflective sheet, the front frame comprises a rectangular frame formed by a third side front frame, a fourth side front frame, a fifth side front frame and a sixth side front frame, and the middle frame comprises a rectangular frame formed by a third side middle frame, a fourth side middle frame, a fifth side middle frame and a sixth side middle frame; the lumens include a third lumen, a fourth lumen, a fifth lumen, and a sixth lumen; the third side front frame, the third side middle frame and the back plate form the third inner cavity, and the circuit board is arranged in the third inner cavity; a fourth side bezel, the back plate, and the reflector sheet form the fourth interior cavity; a fifth side bezel, the back plate, and the reflector sheet form the fifth interior cavity; a sixth side bezel, the back plate, and the reflector sheet form the sixth interior cavity; each of the fourth side front frame, the fifth side front frame and the sixth side front frame comprises a clamping part, a guide rail is arranged on one side of the fourth side middle frame close to the fourth side front frame, and the clamping part of the fourth side front frame is fixedly connected with the fourth side middle frame through the guide rail of the fourth side middle frame; a guide rail is arranged on one side, close to the fifth side front frame, of the fifth side middle frame, and the clamping part of the fifth side front frame is fixedly connected with the fifth side middle frame through the guide rail of the fifth side middle frame; and a guide rail is arranged on one side of the sixth side middle frame, which is close to the sixth side front frame, and the clamping part of the sixth side front frame is fixedly connected with the sixth side middle frame through the guide rail of the sixth side middle frame.
In the diagram shown in FIG. 2, the front boxes comprise 100a, 100b, 100c, and 100d, and the middle boxes comprise 122a, 122b, 122c, and 116; 100d, 116 and the back plate 105 may form an interior cavity in which a circuit board (not shown in fig. 2) may be disposed; 122a, the reflector 115, and the back plate 105 may form an interior cavity; 122b, the reflector 115, and the back plate 105 may form an inner cavity; 122c, the reflector 115, and the back plate 105 may form an interior cavity; 122a, 122b and 122c are all provided with guide rails; 100a, 100b, 100c are provided with engaging portions; the engaging part of 100a is fixedly connected with 122a through a guide rail of 122 a; the clamping part of 100b is fixedly connected with 122b through a guide rail of 122 b; the engaging portion of 100c is fixedly connected to 122c via a guide rail of 122 c.
In one embodiment, the electronic device further comprises a functional component, the functional component comprising one or more of: pronunciation subassembly, network subassembly, bluetooth subassembly, infrared sensitization subassembly, functional unit set up in the first inner chamber.
For example, referring to fig. 2, fig. 9 and fig. 11, the voice component may include microphones 107a and 107b, and the microphones 107a and 107b are used for playing sound. The network component may include a WIFI (wireless internet access) component 109 or may also include a network cable socket through which the electronic device may connect to a network. The electronic device may be bluetooth connected to other devices through the bluetooth module 110. The infrared photosensitive assembly 103 can receive an infrared light signal transmitted from a remote controller, and thus, is used for controlling the electronic device through the remote controller.
Continuing with the above example, the first side middle frame may be the ground side middle frame 116. In some cases, more components are disposed in the first cavity, which is not suitable for installing the middle floor frame 116 and the front floor frame 100d in a drawing manner. The above embodiments may be employed: the non-ground side front frames 100a, 100b and 100c are installed outside the 122a, 122b and 122c in a drawing manner; the ground side front frame 100d is screwed to the ground side middle frame 116; the ground side front frame 100d is detachably connected to the non-ground side front frames 100a, 100b and 100 c. Therefore, the front frames on the three sides are connected in a drawing mode, the front frame on one side is connected through the screws, the process is simplified, the cost is reduced, and the special structures of the front frame on the ground side and the middle frame are considered.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 2 and 7, the electronic device may further include:
the wall hanging support 123 is embedded in the inner surface of the edge of the back plate 105, the wall hanging support 123 is provided with a mounting groove, the mounting groove is used for being fixedly connected with the wall hanging piece 104, and the wall hanging piece 104 is used for hanging and fixing the electronic device.
The electronic device may be suspended from a wall or other mounting location by a wall hanger 104. For example, the wall hanging 104 may be first fixed to a wall or other mounting location; and then the electronic device is fixedly connected with the wall hanging piece 104. Referring to fig. 7, the edge of the wall hanging piece 104 is bent and inserted into the mounting groove of the wall hanging support 123, so that the electronic device is fixedly connected with the wall hanging piece 104.
Referring to fig. 10, wall hangers 104a and 104b may be connected to the left and right sides of the rear surface of the electronic device, respectively. The floor stand 106 of fig. 10 is an optional component, and the floor stand 106 may not be provided in an application scenario in which the electronic device is suspended and fixed.
Referring to fig. 11, corresponding to the wall hanging pieces 104a and 104b, wall hanging supporting pieces 123a and 123b are respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of fig. 11, wherein the mounting groove of 123a is used for being fixedly connected with the wall hanging piece 104a, and the mounting groove of 123b is used for being fixedly connected with the wall hanging piece 104 b.
Referring to fig. 12, the electronic device 300 can be attached to the wall 500 (or other installation location) through the wall hanging member 104, so that the distance between the electronic device and the wall (or other installation location) is reduced, and the back surface and the side surface of the electronic device are smoother and simpler and more beautiful.
In the present embodiment, in the first aspect, the electronic device is provided separately from the wall hanging member 104, and if the wall hanging member fails, the wall hanging member can be replaced independently without integrally maintaining the electronic device, the wall hanging member 104 is first fixed on the wall 500 by screws, and then the electronic device 300 is fixed on the wall by the wall hanging member 104. In the second aspect, through the cooperation of the wall hanging piece and the wall hanging support piece, the electronic equipment is attached to the wall (or other installation positions), so that the distance between the electronic equipment and the wall (or other installation positions) is reduced, the back of the electronic equipment is smoother and simpler, and the side face of the electronic equipment is more attractive.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 10 and 12, the wall hanging member 104 may include a main body 1041, a bearing portion 1042 and a limiting portion 1043, where the main body 1041 is a plate-shaped structure, and has a relatively thin thickness, which may ensure that a back plate of the electronic device is closely attached to a wall, the bearing portion supports a lower side of the electronic device 300, and the limiting portion limits relative movement between the wall hanging member 104 and the electronic device. The wall hanging piece can be made of metal.
In one embodiment, the circuit board includes: the display driving circuit board comprises a display driving circuit board and a mainboard, wherein the mainboard comprises a System On Chip (SOC) and a time schedule Controller (T-CON) which are integrally arranged, and the display driving circuit board is connected with the mainboard through a flexible circuit. In the embodiment, the SOC and the T-CON are integrally arranged, and the circuit board can occupy less internal space of the equipment, so that the volume of the equipment is further reduced.
For example, the display driving circuit board may include at least one of a data driving circuit board and a scan driving circuit board.
In one embodiment, the display driving circuit board is fixed on one side of the side wall plate of the first side middle frame, which is close to the first inner cavity, through a first circuit board fixing part; the first circuit board fixing part comprises a first mounting part and a first clamping part, the first mounting part is fixedly mounted on the side wall plate of the first side middle frame, and the first clamping part is used for fixing the display driving circuit board.
In one embodiment, the main board is fixed on one side of the back board close to the display panel through a second circuit board fixing part; the second circuit board fixing part comprises a second mounting part and a second clamping part, the second mounting part is fixedly mounted on the back plate and close to one side of the display panel, and the second clamping part is used for fixing the main board.
Referring to fig. 6, 117 and 118 in fig. 6 are both circuit board fixtures, and for the sake of distinguishing the description, 117 is referred to as a first circuit board fixture, and 118 is referred to as a second circuit board fixture. The main board 119 is fixed to the side of the back plate 105 close to the display panel 101 by the second circuit board fixing member 118. The display driver circuit board is not shown in fig. 6, and is fixed to a side wall plate of the first side middle frame 116 near the first inner cavity by a first circuit board fixing member 117. In one case, the first circuit board fixing member 117 and the second circuit board fixing member 118 may not be present in fig. 6 at the same time, or in other words, the first circuit board fixing member 117 and the second circuit board fixing member 118 may be located at different positions in a direction perpendicular to the paper surface (corresponding to fig. 6). Alternatively, in another case, the first circuit board fixing member 117 and the second circuit board fixing member 118 may also be present in fig. 6 at the same time, and the specific positions of the first circuit board fixing member 117 and the second circuit board fixing member 118 are not limited.
For example, the first circuit board fixing member may include, as shown in fig. 13, a first mounting portion 21, a first engaging portion 22, and an insertion guide portion 23; first joint portion 22 have be used for with the draw-in groove 221 of display driver circuit board joint, cartridge guiding part 23 are located first joint portion 22 and keep away from first installation department 21 one side and have the direction inclined plane to display driver circuit board inserts.
For example, as shown in fig. 14, the second circuit board fixing member may include a second mounting portion 24 and a second clamping portion 25, where the second clamping portion 25 includes a pair of hooks 222 disposed oppositely and having opposite clamping directions, and the pair of hooks 222 is used for clamping with the motherboard.
The display driving circuit board and the mainboard are respectively fixed on different planes and are connected through a flexible circuit.
Alternatively, the display driving circuit board or the main board may be fixed by any one of the following fixing methods: clamping, screwing, spring plate fixing, and the like, and the details are not limited.
In addition, referring to fig. 3 and 11, the ground side of the electronic device is further provided with a sound pickup 102 for collecting voice data of the user. Referring to fig. 9, the ground side of the electronic device is also provided with an SOC component 108 for providing display signals to the display panel 101, controlling the backlight and the sound system, and the like. Referring to fig. 6, a terminal plate 120 attached to the front frame 100d is further disposed in the cavity to provide a different terminal interface for the circuit board, so that the process of the front frame 100d is simplified compared to the process of providing the terminal interface for the front frame 100 d.
In one embodiment, the backboard 105 and the middle frame can be fixed by solid glue or liquid glue, and the middle frame can be spliced by aluminum extruded sections, so that the backboard can be reinforced, the middle frame is convenient to assemble and transport, and the equipment cost is reduced.
For example, the electronic device may be a display device, such as a television or other display screen, and is not limited in particular.
By applying the embodiment of the utility model, on the first hand, the back plate forms the rear surface of the electronic equipment, that is, in the scheme, the back plate and the shell are integrally arranged, and the back plate not only serves as a module back plate for supporting other components in the module, but also serves as the shell of the electronic equipment, so that the thickness of the equipment is reduced compared with the structure that the back plate is arranged in the shell; the second aspect, among the current scheme, set up the circuit board usually between equipment housing and module backplate, in this scheme, form the inner chamber between center and preceding frame and the backplate three, set up the circuit board in the inner chamber, solved backplate and the integrative setting of shell and the unable problem of placing of circuit board that produces. In a fourth aspect, in an embodiment, through the cooperation of the wall hanging piece and the wall hanging support piece, the electronic device is attached to the wall (or other installation positions), so that the distance between the electronic device and the wall (or other installation positions) is reduced, the back of the electronic device is smoother and simpler, and the side surface of the electronic device is more attractive. In a fifth aspect, in an implementation mode, the front frame and the middle frame are installed in a drawing mode, the process is simple, and the cost is low. In a sixth aspect, in an embodiment, the SOC and the T-CON are integrated, and the circuit board may occupy less internal space of the device, thereby further reducing the volume of the device. In a seventh aspect, the electronic device may adopt a direct type backlight structure, and the direct type ground side light mixing triangular area is used as an inner cavity, so that the overall thickness of the direct type backlight structure is reduced, and the back of the electronic device is flat and simple.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will understand that: the discussion of any embodiment above is meant to be exemplary only, and is not intended to intimate that the scope of the disclosure, including the claims, is limited to these examples; within the idea of the invention, also technical features in the above embodiments or in different embodiments can be combined, steps can be implemented in any order, and there are many other variations of the different aspects of the invention as described above, which are not provided in detail for the sake of brevity.
The present embodiments are intended to embrace all such alternatives, modifications and variances which fall within the broad scope of the appended claims. Therefore, any omission, modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included within the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (14)

1. An electronic device, comprising:
a display panel forming a front surface of the electronic device;
a front frame surrounding an edge of the display panel;
a back plate forming a rear surface of the electronic device; and
the middle frame is arranged in a space formed by the display panel, the front frame and the back plate, an inner cavity is formed between the middle frame and the front frame and between the middle frame and the back plate, and a circuit board is arranged in the inner cavity.
2. The electronic device of claim 1, wherein the backplane is a glass backplane.
3. The electronic device of claim 1, wherein the middle frame comprises a first side middle frame, the front frame comprises a first side front frame, and the internal cavity comprises a first internal cavity;
the first side middle frame comprises a side wall plate which inclines from the inner side of the back plate to the edge of the display panel, the side wall plate, the first side front frame and the back plate form the first inner cavity, and the circuit board is arranged in the first inner cavity.
4. The electronic device of claim 3, wherein the circuit board comprises: the display driving circuit board comprises a display driving circuit board and a mainboard, wherein the mainboard comprises a system level chip and a time schedule controller which are integrated into a whole, and the display driving circuit board is connected with the mainboard through a flexible circuit.
5. The electronic device of claim 3, further comprising:
the inner frame is arranged between the first side middle frame and the first side front frame and comprises a first inner frame wall and a second inner frame wall which are perpendicular to each other, the first inner frame wall is used for supporting the display panel, and the second inner frame wall is connected with the first side middle frame and used for limiting an optical film of the electronic equipment.
6. The electronic device according to claim 1, wherein the middle frame includes a second side middle frame, the front frame includes a second side front frame, the second side front frame includes a fastening portion, a guide rail is disposed on a side of the second side middle frame close to the second side front frame, and the fastening portion of the second side front frame is fixedly connected to the second side middle frame through the guide rail.

The electronic device of claim 6, wherein the second side bezel comprises a first bezel wall, a second bezel wall, and a third bezel wall; the first middle frame wall comprises a guide rail side wall, a limiting side wall and a supporting side wall, the guide rail is arranged on the guide rail side wall, the limiting side wall is used for limiting an optical film of the electronic equipment and the display panel, and the supporting side wall is used for supporting the display panel; the second middle frame wall supports an optical film of the electronic device; the third middle frame wall is parallel to the surface of the back plate facing the display panel, and at least one part of the third middle frame wall is in contact with the back plate.
8. The electronic device of claim 7, further comprising:
the light bar assembly is arranged on one side, facing the display panel, of the back plate and is in contact with the back plate, and the light bar assembly comprises a plurality of light sources;
the reflector plate is arranged on one side, facing the display panel, of the light bar assembly and comprises a first portion and a second portion, the first portion is parallel to the surface, facing the display panel, of the back plate, the second portion and the surface, facing the display panel, of the back plate form an included angle, the first portion is provided with a plurality of openings, each light source on the light bar assembly penetrates through one of the plurality of openings, and at least one part of the first portion is in contact with the back plate;
the inner cavity comprises a second inner cavity, and the reflector plate, the back plate and the second middle frame wall form the second inner cavity.
9. The electronic device of claim 3, further comprising functional components comprising one or more of: pronunciation subassembly, network subassembly, bluetooth subassembly, infrared sensitization subassembly, functional unit set up in the first inner chamber.
10. The electronic device of claim 1, further comprising:
the wall hanging support piece is embedded in the inner surface of the edge of the back plate, the wall hanging support piece is provided with a mounting groove, the mounting groove is used for being fixedly connected with a wall hanging piece, and the wall hanging piece is used for hanging and fixing the electronic equipment.
11. The electronic device of claim 10,
the wall hanging piece comprises a main body part, a bearing part and a limiting part, wherein the bearing part supports the lower side of the electronic equipment, and the limiting part limits the relative movement of the wall hanging piece and the electronic equipment.
12. The electronic device according to claim 4, wherein the display driver circuit board is fixed to a side wall plate of the first side middle frame near the first inner cavity by a first circuit board fixing member;
first circuit board mounting includes first installation department and first joint portion, first installation department is fixed in the lateral wall board of first side center is close to one side of first inner chamber, first joint portion is used for fixing display driver circuit board.
13. The electronic device of claim 4, wherein the main board is fixed to a side of the back board close to the display panel by a second circuit board fixing member;
the second circuit board fixing part comprises a second mounting part and a second clamping part, the second mounting part is fixed on the back plate close to one side of the display panel, and the second clamping part is used for fixing the main plate.
14. The electronic device of claim 1, wherein the electronic device further comprises a reflective sheet, wherein the front frame comprises a rectangular frame formed by a third side front frame, a fourth side front frame, a fifth side front frame, and a sixth side front frame, and wherein the middle frame comprises a rectangular frame formed by a third side middle frame, a fourth side middle frame, a fifth side middle frame, and a sixth side middle frame; the lumens include a third lumen, a fourth lumen, a fifth lumen, and a sixth lumen;
the third side front frame, the third side middle frame and the back plate form the third inner cavity, and the circuit board is arranged in the third inner cavity; a fourth side bezel, the back plate, and the reflector sheet form the fourth interior cavity; a fifth side bezel, the back plate, and the reflector sheet form the fifth interior cavity; a sixth side bezel, the back plate, and the reflector sheet form the sixth interior cavity;
each of the fourth side front frame, the fifth side front frame and the sixth side front frame comprises a clamping part, a guide rail is arranged on one side of the fourth side middle frame close to the fourth side front frame, and the clamping part of the fourth side front frame is fixedly connected with the fourth side middle frame through the guide rail of the fourth side middle frame; a guide rail is arranged on one side, close to the fifth side front frame, of the fifth side middle frame, and the clamping part of the fifth side front frame is fixedly connected with the fifth side middle frame through the guide rail of the fifth side middle frame; and a guide rail is arranged on one side of the sixth side middle frame, which is close to the sixth side front frame, and the clamping part of the sixth side front frame is fixedly connected with the sixth side middle frame through the guide rail of the sixth side middle frame.
